Claims (12)
- 1.光電陰極(310)、電子増幅器として作用する少なくとも1つのマイクロ チャネルプレート(330、331)及び金属層(342)を備えた光放出用蛍 光体スクリーン(340)を有する光増幅管(300)と、受取った光子を電子 に変換することに適した光電マトリックス配列(410)を備えた電子カメラ( 400)と、 前記電子カメラ(400)を制御するための制御手段(700)と からなる微弱光高解像度イメージ管であって、前記光放出蛍光体スクリーン(3 40)の金属層(342)に集受された電子に応答する増幅器(710)を有す る前記制御手段(700)が、前記光増幅器(300)の入射口ヘの光子の出現 時に同期した繰り返しワンショット・モードで前記光電マトリックス配列(41 0)の積分周期を制御するようにしたことを特徴とする微弱光高解像度イメージ 管。
- 2.前記光増幅管(300)は2つのマイクロチャネルプレート(330、33 1)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のイメージ管。
- 3.前記光増幅管(300)の電子/電子利得が105オーダであることを特徴 とする請求項1又は2記載のイメージ管。
- 4.前記電子カメラ(400)の光電マトリックス配列(410)が電荷結合デ バイスであることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのうちの何れか1項記載のイ メージ管。
- 5.前記蛍光体スクリーン(340)の金属層(342)が抵抗(R712)を 介して接地されており、かつ前記制御増幅器(710)の入力にも接続されてい ることを特徴とする請求項1から4までのうちの何れか1項記載のイメージ管。
- 6.前記制御増幅器(710)の出力と前記電子カメラ(400)の間に波形整 形論理ゲート(714)を介在させたことを特徴とする請求項1から5までのう ちの何れか1項記載のイメージ管。
- 7.入力放射線を光に変換するのに適したシステム(200)を前記光増幅管( 300)の上流に配置したことを特徴とする請求項1から6までのうちの何れか 1項記載のイメージ管。
- 8.シンチレータ(200)を前記光増幅管(300)の上流に配置したことを 特徴とする請求項7記載のイメージ管。
- 9.前記光増幅管(300)が近接集束管であることを特徴とする請求項1から 8までのうちの何れか1項記載のイメージ管。
- 10.前記光増幅管(300)が静電集束を備えた管であることを特徴とする請 求項1から9までのうちの何れか1項記載のイメージ管。
- 11.前記光増幅管(300)の金属層(342)がアルミニウムベースのもの であることを特徴とする請求項1から10までのうちの何れか1項の記載のイメ ージ管。
- 12.前記光電マトリックス配列(410)がCID型のものであることを特徴 とする請求項1から11までのうちの何れか1項記載のイメージ管。
