Claims (7)
- 1.静止形点火ディストリビュータを備え、各シリンダに点火プラグ、点火コイ ル、および個別スパーク作動用点火装置制御回路の出力段が配属されている、4 サイクルオットーエンジンの点火装置において、各点火過程の動作監視のために 、点火電圧(Up)の時間経過特性を1次側で捕捉検出し評価することを特徴と する、4サイクルオットーエンジンの点火装置。
- 2.エンジン始動時に、各シリンダそれぞれの2つの相続く点火過程を比較する ことにより、すなわち排気サイクル中ないし圧縮サイクル中の点火時におけるそ のつど1回の点火過程を比較することにより、圧縮サイクル識別用の時相信号を 得る、請求項1記載の点火装置。
- 3.各シリンダに対し、得られた時相信号をエンジンの以降の作動時に、点火装 置の個別スパーク作動用の各シリンダの出力段を制御するために、および燃料供 給を制御するために用いる、請求項2記載の点火装置。
- 4.各シリンダに対し各点火過程ごとに、測定された瞬時の電圧値を、規則正し い点火爆発過程の際に測定されメモリに格納された電圧値と比較することにより 、点火および爆発検出信号を得る、請求項1記載の点火装置。
- 5.エラーのある点火および爆発検出信号の場合、制御ロジックにおいてエラー を表示し、該当するシリンダを遮断する、請求項1または4記載の点火装置。
- 6.シリンダ遮断後、周期的にテスト用点火スパークを当該シリンダに供給し、 規則正しい点火過程であれば該シリンダを再び付加投入する、静求項5記載の点 火装置。
- 7.動作監視のために、点火電圧の1次側における捕捉検出および評価に加えて 別の監視システムも設けられている、請求項1、4または5記載の点火装置。
