Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1)クロマトグラフ分析で要求される時間を低減化する方法であって: クロマトグラフ・カラム上での分析体のクロマトグラフ分離の時間を圧縮し、結 果的にクロマトグラフ溶液の損失をもたらすこと;カラム溶離剤を質量分光計イ オン源内に移送すること;イオン源内にイオンを発生すること; 迅速なアレイ検出質量分光による質量分析;重なるクロマトグラフ・ピーク値の 数学的非旋回を含む前記質量スペクトル情報の入手とコンピューターによる処理 ;及び前記非旋回がクロマトグラフ分析情報全ての回復を構成することから成る 方法。 2)迅速なアレイ検出による質量分所が集積化する選位レコーダーの使用による 時間アレイ検出を採用しているタイム・オプ・フライト質量分光計により達成さ れる請求の範囲1項記載の方法。 3)質量スペクトルが溶離クロマトグラフ・ピーク値に含まれる一時的情報と補 合し且つ重なるピーク値の非旋回にとって十分な割合にて発生される請求の範囲 2項記載の方法。 4)質量スペクトル情報の入手と集積化がタイム・オプ・フライト質量スペクト ル選位のディジタル的合計化により及びディジタル入手に引き続く関連あるスペ クトル領域のアナログ集積化により選択的に達成される請求の範囲3項記載の方 法。 5)時間圧縮によりアクセス不能とされる情報を回復出来るコンピューター化さ れた非旋回アルゴリズムを通じて質量スペクトル・データが処理される請求の範 囲4項記載の方法。 6)時間圧縮されたクロマトグラフィー用の装置であって:カラムとサンプル入 りロシステムを有するクロマトグラフ;及びカラム溶離剤を質量分光計イオン源 内に移送するインターフェイス; 高速アレイ検出が出来る質量分析装置;質量分光計データ・ファイルの収集、処 理、貯蔵及び出力を成すデータ・システム; 前記処理が重なるクロマトグラフ・ピーク値の数学的非旋回に対して適したアル ゴリズムの実行を含むこと;前記ピーク値が時間で圧縮されかくして前記時間圧 縮により発生される溶液の損失が前記データ・システム内に残り且つデータ・シ ステム内で実行される数学的非旋回により回復されることから成る装置。 7)分所体のクロマトグラフ的分離が、ビューレット・パッカード5890−A ガス・クロマトグラフといったクロマトグラフ及び集積化する選位レコーダーに よりタイム・アレイ検出器を採用しているタイム・オプ・フライト分光計におい て行われる請求の範囲6項記載の装置。 8)データ・システムが十分なデータ移送割合を得ることが出来、処理速度が質 量スペクトル・データを集め、処理し、記憶し、出力し;前記処理に重なるクロ マトグラフ・ピーク値の数学的非旋回に対して適した非旋回アルゴリズムの実行 が含まれる請求の範囲6項記載の装置。 9)イオンが発生されタイム・オブ・フライト質量分析に対してイオンの同時的 抽出を行えるイオン源に貯蔵される請求の範囲8項記載の装置。 10)イオンがタイム・オブ・フライト質量分光により質量分析され、前記イオ ンがイオン・ミラー又は他の手段の使用により関連ある全体の質量範囲全体にわ たり一時的に無点合わせされる請求の範囲8項記載の装置。 11)ナノ秒範囲の時間応答を行うことが出来、広い動的範囲を提供出来るマル チ・チヤンネル・プレート検出器といった検出器によりイオン信号が測定される 請求の範囲10項記載の装置。
