直部と、を有する開閉レバーとを備え、 該開閉レバーを把握部が外側に突出した状態で前記一対
の作動板の溝孔及び切欠溝に起立・倒伏自在に嵌着さ
せ、開閉レバーを起立させた状態では、一対の作動板が
逆ハの字形状を呈して綴環が閉鎖すると共に、開閉レバ
ーを倒伏させた状態では、一対の作動板がハの字形状を
呈して綴環が開放してなる、 ことを特徴とするリングバインダー。
