[Prior Art] Generally, a waste melting furnace such as a coke bed type melting furnace is provided with an air supply device for injecting an oxygen-containing gas for combustion into a high-temperature hearth formed in the lower part of the coke. By burning such substances, waste such as sludge that is sequentially added is melted.

On the other hand, in recent years, a level meter detects the height of the upper surface of the high-temperature hearth that changes depending on the amount of raw material supplied, and based on this information, a proposal has been made to control the amount of air supplied ("Industrial waste melting furnace"). JP-A-62-158913).
According to this proposal, it becomes possible to accurately maintain the height of the upper surface of the hearth, and it is possible to prevent energy loss due to a large amount of carbon monoxide (CO) generation and a reduction in processing capacity due to a temperature decrease in the high-temperature hearth. .

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] By the way, the air supply port (tuyere) of the air supply device may be clogged during operation due to solidification of molten material (slag), coke, or the like. As a countermeasure against this, conventionally, when a worker looks into the air supply nozzle and visually recognizes the blockage, the worker manually pushes out the blockage.

Therefore, there is a problem that the worker is exposed to the high temperature of the furnace, and it takes time to remove the furnace, which affects the operation.

However, since the force of pushing the obstruction is defined by the rigidity of the wire 6, there is a limit to the removal ability. Further, since the wire 6 is configured to change its path after the tip fitting 9 once contacts the inner wall 8 of the detection path 4 from the branch path 5, there is a problem that it is caught and cannot operate smoothly.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention has an air supply device for supplying a combustion gas into the hearth and a level meter for non-contact detection of the height of the hearth upper surface. In the waste melting furnace, a straight guide tube connected to the air supply passage of the air supply device and the detection passage leading to the inside of the furnace from the level meter so as to intersect at the tuyere, and the inner side of the guide pipe. And a drive means for moving the hard rod so that it comes in and out of the tuyere.

[Operation] When the tuyere of the air supply device or the level meter is closed, the hard rod is driven by the drive means and moves along the guide tube. Due to this movement, the blockage sticking out from the tuyere and sticking to the tuyere is removed due to its rigidity. Also, avoid immersing during normal operation and separating from the air supply passage and the detection passage to prevent obstruction of air supply or level measurement.

FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a waste melting furnace according to the present invention. An air supply device 12 for supplying combustion gas into the high temperature hearth 11 and an upper surface of the high temperature hearth 11 are shown. It has a non-contact type level meter 2 such as a laser level meter for detecting the height. The air supply device 12 and the level meter 2 are provided with a first projecting device 14 and a second projecting device 15 for removing the blockages of the passages 13 and 4, respectively.

As shown in FIG. 2, the first protruding device 14 includes a steel hard rod 16 movably provided in the air supply passage 13 forming the air supply device 12, and the hard rod 16 provided in the air supply passage 13. It is mainly formed by a driving means 18 for moving the tuyere 17 in and out. The air supply passage 13 has an opening 20 in the furnace body 19.
Is divided by a ventilation pipe 21 that is inserted into and fitted to a horizontal pipe 22, which is a guide pipe for guiding the movement of the hard rod 15. That is, the shaft 23 of the ventilation pipe 21 and the shaft 24 of the horizontal pipe 22 are

The drive means 18 is the air cylinder 2 in this embodiment.
6 and is connected to the base end of the hard rod 16 and has a stroke length such that the tip of the hard rod 16 extends beyond the tuyere 17 and projects into the furnace 3 by a predetermined length. Further, when it is immersed from the tuyere 17, it is made to stand by at a position sufficiently separated from the intersecting position so as not to hinder the air supply.

The second projecting device 15 is, similarly to the first projecting device 14, a hard rod 27 movably provided in a direction intersecting the detection passage 4 leading from the level meter 2 into the furnace, and a hard rod 27. 27
Is formed from the outlet 28 on the furnace body side which is the tuyere of the detection passage 4. The difference from the first projecting device 14 is that since the detection passage 4 is formed substantially horizontally, the guide tubes 30 for guiding the hard rods 27 are diagonally crossed. .

When the tuyere 17 of the air supply device 12 is blocked by the solidified slag or the like during the operation of the melting furnace, the first projecting device 14
Moves the hard bar 16 to push the obstruction into the furnace 3 and remove it. When the detection passage 4 of the level meter 2 is closed, the second projecting device 15 is also removed. These hard rods 16 and 27 are retracted to a position where they do not interfere with air supply and detection during normal operation.

In this way, the hard rods 16 and 27 having high rigidity are connected to the driving means 1
Since the protrusions 8 and 29 make it possible to easily and surely remove the obstruction, and because it moves linearly toward the tuyere 17 or the outlet 28, there is no catch or the like and smooth work can be performed. Since the horizontal pipe 22 and the guide pipe 30 are connected so as to intersect at the tuyere 17 and the outlet 28, if the hard rods 16 and 27 are immersed, there is no obstacle to air supply and level measurement. Further, the present invention is extremely versatile because it has a simple structure that does not require design changes in the configuration of the air supply device 12 and the non-contact type level meter 2.

If necessary, the stroke length of the air cylinder 26 or the length of the hard rods 16 and 27 may be extended so that the combustion product (coke) in the furnace can be thrust. In this case, if it is expected that the ejection force will be insufficient, it may be possible to provide a hydraulic cylinder instead of the air cylinder.

Further, the driving means 18, 29 can be configured as an automatic operation using a timer or a blockage detector (color sensor or the like) in addition to the manual operation of a push button operation that can be arbitrarily started. In this case, visual confirmation or the like is unnecessary.

Since the air supply device and the level meter are provided with a projecting device consisting of a guide tube that intersects at the tuyere, a hard rod that moves along the guide tube, and a drive means that causes the hard rod to project and retract from the tuyere, removal of the obstruction Can contribute to stable operation of the melting furnace by performing quickly and safely and reliably, and does not interfere with the functions of the air supply device and the level meter, and has a simple structure and is versatile.
