[Prior Art] A wiper made of a hydrophilic plain woven fabric which is plain-woven with a fiber thread such as cotton has been known for household use. Such a conventional dishcloth is a soft gauze-like cloth that feels good and is suitable for wiping off stains such as broth and for wiping off, but for stains that are dry and strongly sticky. It is difficult to wipe off easily, and it is thin and soft, so it has a problem that it will be worn out in a short period of time and it will wear out quickly. Therefore, there is a problem that it is unavoidable to become unsanitary.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] However, a special machine is required for the processing machine in order to weave the cloth for the cloth together with the metal wire and the ordinary thread, and the completed cloth is a soft cloth for the cloth. Since the hardness of the metal is added as it is, the original function of the wiper is impaired, and the manufacturing process requires a lot of work, which causes a problem that the cost becomes significantly high.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to apply a metal coating to the fiber yarns for weaving the cloth for wipes and to provide the coated fiber yarns. An inexpensive and highly practical cloth that has an antibacterial effect by adding an appropriate amount of metal hardness to the softness of the fiber by weaving the cloth with an ordinary fiber thread. Is to provide.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the cleaning cloth according to the present invention comprises:
A cloth made of a hydrophilic plain weave plain-woven with a fiber thread, and a coated fiber thread 1 obtained by coating the surface of the fiber thread 1a with a thin film 1b of an antibacterial metal such as copper. The uncoated fiber yarns 2 which are not coated are combined or individually woven into both warp and weft yarns to form a woven cloth 10 which is formed by stacking several woven cloths.

[Effects of the Invention] The present invention comprises a coated fiber thread coated with a thin film of an antibacterial metal and a non-coated fiber thread that is not coated, or individually woven into both warp and weft threads to form a cloth for wipes. I formed several wrapping cloths, so the whole woven cloth is plain weave of normal fiber yarn.
The cloth can be easily and reliably provided without the need for a special machine for the manufacturing and processing of the cloth, and the softness, suppleness and hydrophilicity of the fibers are not impaired, and the cloth can fully function as a cloth. Moreover, the antibacterial metal coating has a practically excellent effect that stains that are difficult to remove with a stubborn can be easily wiped off, and that a durable and easy-to-use seed cloth can be provided easily and inexpensively.
