(Prior Art and Problems) Dish towels made of several layers of hydrophilic plain weave fabrics made of cotton yarn such as kama-weave or gauze weave have been generally known for household use. These known dish towels have a soft gauze-like fabric that feels good to the touch, and are suitable for wiping away dirt from boiling liquid, etc. However, they are difficult to dry and harden dirt. There is a problem in that it cannot be easily removed without vigorously scrubbing with a scrubbing brush made of highly woven or knitted fabric.

In addition, dish towels are soft and have low strength, so they tend to fall apart in a short period of time and wear out quickly.

(Technical Problem) Therefore, in the present invention, it is possible to partially provide a scrubbing function with an appropriate hardness in a soft-touch dish cloth, and
To provide a new type of dish towel that increases the strength and durability of the dish cloth and has a beautiful and fashionable appearance due to the glittering glitter effect on the surface of the dish cloth.

(Means for solving the problem) In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention
In a dish towel made of a hydrophilic plain-woven fabric plain-woven using threads such as cotton yarn as both warp and warp threads, a flat metal wire 2 formed by forming a metal film on a film tape is attached to a part of the dish cloth 1. Warp 1a or weft 1b
The flat metal wires 2 are woven along the surface of the cloth 1 so that they are partially exposed in dots.

(Example) The dish towel fabric 1 is made by plain weaving a bundle of several threads of cotton or the like into warp threads 1a and weft threads 1b, and is the same as the dish towels commonly used in the past.

The flat metal wires 2 are made of a synthetic resin film tape coated with aluminum vapor deposition or a metal film, and the flat metal wires 2 are woven into the dish towel fabric 1, but the method of weaving is as follows. As shown in FIG. 2, the flat wires 2 are made parallel to the weft yarns 1b, and are arranged at predetermined intervals by skipping several weft yarns, so that dotted portions 2' of the flat wires are exposed on the surface. The dotted portions 2' are exposed on both the front and back sides or only on one side. Also, changes can be made by changing the degree of weaving, such as increasing the amount of the front side and exposing less of the back side than the front side.

(Operations and Effects) The present invention is made by forming a metal film on a film tape on a part of a dish towel fabric 1 made of a hydrophilic plain weave plain woven using threads such as cotton yarn as both warp and warp threads. The flat wires 2 are woven along the warp 1a or the weft 1b, and the flat metal wires 2 are partially exposed in dots on the surface of the dishcloth 1, so that a scrubbing effect can be created in the soft dishcloth. It has dotted flat metal wires in some parts, so it won't damage the table surface even if you press it hard and rub it.It absorbs moisture just like a conventional dish towel, and can also wipe away stubborn dirt. However, by incorporating flat metal wires, the dish towel fabric can be reinforced and its durability can be increased. In addition, the flat metal wires are exposed in sparkling dots on the surface of the dish cloth, giving it a beautiful sense of fashion.
The manufacturing process is also simple and can be carried out at low cost.
