[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a wiping cloth such as a dish towel or a dust cloth.

一般に、この種の拭布に要求される点として、
使用時の吸水性が良好であること、ボリユーム感

In general, the requirements for this type of wiping cloth are as follows:
Good water absorption during use, voluminous feel, high corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance,
It has a rich ability to remove dirt, easily removes adhering dirt, and has good dryability.

However, conventional wiping cloths of this type usually have
Fabrics woven from threads made of materials such as cotton were used, and although they were somewhat satisfactory in terms of water absorption, they were not sufficient in terms of ability to remove dirt, volume, and drying properties. Since the object to be cleaned is rubbed directly against the fabric, dirt tends to get into the texture of the fabric during use, and it is difficult to remove the dirt unless it is thoroughly rubbed and washed. It also had the disadvantage of a short lifespan due to low abrasion.

The purpose of this invention is to satisfy all the requirements of the above-mentioned wiping cloth, namely, to have good water absorption during use, to have a feeling of volume, and to have high corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. To provide a wiping cloth that can simultaneously satisfy the following requirements: rich in dirt removal functions, easy to remove adhering dirt, and good drying properties.

In order to achieve the above object, the wiping cloth of the present invention has a ground cloth formed by weaving threads made of a material that is hard to rot, such as chemical fibers, and a water-absorbing material such as rayon or cotton on the surface of the ground cloth. It is characterized by densely planted fibers with rich properties that are woven into the ground fabric.

When the wiping cloth having the above structure is used, the fibers densely planted on its surface come into pressure contact with the object to be cleaned, such as a tableware table, and the fibers function like a cleanser or rice bran to remove dirt. Therefore, it is not necessary to use as much detergent. Since the removed dirt mainly adheres to these fibers and rarely penetrates into the texture of the base fabric, these dirts can be easily removed by simple rinsing. Furthermore, since the surface is densely planted with highly absorbent fibers such as rayon, it has high water absorption and a voluminous feel. Also, since the inner fabric is made of chemical fibers, it has good drying properties. It also has excellent corrosion resistance and durability.

As described above, the wiping cloth of the present invention has a structure in which highly water-absorbing fibers such as rayon or cotton are densely planted on the surface of the base cloth woven from chemical fiber threads that are not easily corroded by water. The base fabric maintains the necessary strength as a wiping cloth, while the surface fibers maintain sufficient water absorbency and volume, and these fibers can be used as a cleanser against dirt. By acting like this, it is possible to maintain an excellent dirt removal function, and the fallen dirt is blocked by the densely planted fibers and is difficult to reach the fabric, and most of the dirt is on the surface of the fibers. These stains can be reliably removed with a simple rinse. Furthermore, highly water-absorbent fibers are placed on the surface of the cloth, and a ground cloth woven from threads such as chemical fibers that have low water absorption and are resistant to corrosion by water is placed inside the cloth. It is difficult for water to stay inside for a long time, so it can be dried easily and in a short time, making it very hygienic. Because it is hard to resist, its durability is extremely high.

In other words, the wiping cloth of the present invention has good water absorbency during use, has a voluminous feel, has high corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance, is rich in dirt removal functions, and has the ability to remove adhered dirt. It satisfies all the requirements such as being easy to remove and having good drying properties.
