Abstract

PURPOSE:To obviate the necessity of removing burrs by forming the sectional surface to a nearly triangular form by joining an erection surface and a horizontally laid surface by an inclined surface and forming a space at the angular part where the erection surface and the horizontally laid surface cross. CONSTITUTION:An erection surface 20 faced to the parapet 2 of a body and a horizontally laid surface 21 faced to the slab 1 of the body are connected by an inclined surface 22 to form a nearly triangular form. Further, at the angular part where the erection surface 20 and the horizontally laid surface 21 cross, a space 24 is formed, and the surface of the erection surface 20 and the horizontally laid surface 21 which cross with the parapet 2 and the slab 1, a cut part 23 having a shallow groove form is formed, and a corner cant member 3 is formed. In execution, the molten asphalt material is allowed to flow into the cut 23 of the corner cant member 3, and the horizontally laid surface 21 and the erection surface 20 are closely attached on the slab 1 and the parapet 2, and burrs 25 are concealed.

2. Description of the Related Art On the roof of a building, etc., a waterproof layer is formed on the surface of the frame by using asphalt or the like, and a corner cant material is provided at the base end portion of the rising portion of the frame so that the waterproof layer does not bend at an acute angle. It is provided. This corner cant material is generally a triangular prismatic member made of expanded polyethylene material or the like, and is adhered to the corners of the rising portion which rises at a right angle.

However, it is difficult to finish the corners at a right angle, and burrs are formed at the corners due to the mortar portion that oozes out from the joint of the mold. If a corner cant material is attached with the burr left unattended, the cant material will not be correctly positioned at the corner and the cant material will not be properly adhered. Therefore, at the present time, when the conventional corner cant material is attached, the burr is manually removed. The present invention has been proposed in view of the above, and an object thereof is to provide a corner cant member that can be attached without removing burrs generated at the rising portion.

The corner cant material 3 according to the present invention is made of polystyrene, for example, with a foaming ratio of about 3 to 5, and has a standing surface 20 facing the rising portion of the body and a recumbent body facing the horizontal portion of the body. It is a member having a surface 21 and an inclined surface 22 connecting the both surfaces and having a substantially triangular cross section, for example, a standard length of about 2000 mm and a side of about 35 mm.

According to the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, this corner cant member 3 is provided with a shallow groove-shaped notch 23 on the surface in contact with the slab 1 which is a skeleton and the parapet 2 which is a rising portion, and at the corners. A space 24 is provided. Although the surface in contact with the slab 1 is almost horizontal, the surface in contact with the rising portion is not a vertical surface but is inclined so that a slight gap is formed between the surface and the rising portion. By doing so, even if the side surfaces of the parapet 2 are poorly built, the respective surfaces come into close contact with each other.

In order to dispose the corner cant member 3 as described above, the molten asphalt is poured into the notch 23 so that the recumbent face 21 and the upright face 20 are brought into close contact with the upper and rising wall surfaces of the slab 1. Good. At this time, the corner cant material 3 may be slightly dissolved.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, a space 2 is formed at the corner.
4 is provided, the corner cant material 3 floats up even in the case where the burrs 25 are generated in the corners formed by the upper surface and the rising surface of the slab 1 due to the mortar flowing out from the mold. Therefore, each surface of the corner cant material 3 and each surface of the concrete can be brought into close contact with each other.
Therefore, it is not necessary to remove the burr 25, and the labor can be remarkably reduced. In addition, when molten asphalt is used for the disposition, a waterproofing process in a later step can be performed, so that it is not necessary to apply an adhesive or wait for curing, so that it is possible to shorten the construction time.

Then, the waterproof layer 4 is raised from the floor material 30 to the wall material 31, and the mortar is used to chamfer the corners between the floor material 30 (post-cast concrete 35) and the wall material 31. In this case, the wall material 31 and the floor material 30 behave differently due to the earthquake, and the mortar is broken,
This causes the waterproof layer 4 to break.

It is advisable to bond only the vicinity of both end faces of 6 to the wall material 31 and the floor material 30. By doing so, the waterproof layer 4 is in an insulating state without adhering to the base. Therefore, the behavior at the time of an earthquake can be absorbed in this portion, and the breakage of the waterproof layer 4 can be prevented. Also, even if the post-cast concrete 35 is slightly wet, this part is not used as an adhesive surface,
It leads to shortening the construction period.

In summary, the present invention is made of foamed synthetic resin and has an upright surface facing the rising portion of the body, a recumbent surface facing the horizontal portion of the body, and an inclined surface connecting the both sides. The cross-sectional shape is approximately triangular, and a space was provided at the corner where the upright surface and the recumbent surface intersect. Therefore, when forming the upright part, burrs are generated at the corner due to the mortar flowing out from the formwork. Even at the corners that are formed, the corner cant material can be reliably arranged without rising. Therefore, it is not necessary to manually remove the burrs generated at the corners, and the labor can be remarkably reduced, which can contribute to the reduction of the construction period and the labor cost. Moreover, since the synthetic resin foam having a predetermined compressive strength is used instead of the soft sponge-like foam, even if an extruding stress is exerted on the holding concrete, the waterproof layer is hardly broken or damaged.
