The operation when the rubber sheet winding device is used as the above means will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings (FIGS. 1 to 4) and the reference numerals. In the place where the core tube 5 is set to the full-roll reel 6 (FIG. 1), the meshing teeth 1 of the drive side clutch plate 11 of the clutch mechanism 2
1a and the meshing teeth 23c of the collar portion 23b of the sleeve 23 are separated from each other. The sleeve 23 is pushed in the axial direction by the urging force of the spring 24, and the claw C1 of the collar portion 23a of the sleeve 23 is pressed.
And the claw C2 of the lid 21c mesh with each other (the reverse rotation preventing mechanism operates, FIG. 4A). Since the rotary shaft holder 21 is fixed to the rotary arm 1, the sleeve 23 is also fixed, and the rotary shaft 2 is spline-fitted with the sleeve 23.
2 is also fixed. Even if the position of the empty core tube 5 and the empty roll 6 is exchanged by rotating the rotary arm 1 a half turn in this state (FIG. 2), the full roll 6 is reversed and the rubber sheet is moved. It is possible to replace 4 without being loosened and to replace it with stability, remove the full-roll reel 6 and replace it with a new core tube 5. Next, the rubber sheet 4 and the PE tape 8 are cut by the auto cutter 7.
The remaining rubber sheet 4 on the core tube 5 side is likely to be in close contact with the core tube 5 and the distance (L) from the contact end P 1 to the auto cutter 7
Has a relationship of “πr / 2> L”, and thus easily adheres to the surface of the core tube 5 (FIG. 3 (B)). Drive side clutch plate 1 again
When the meshing tooth 11a of No. 1 is meshed with the meshing tooth 23c of the collar portion 23b of the sleeve 23, the claws C1 and C2 of the reverse rotation preventing mechanism are disengaged against the biasing force of the spring 24, and the rotary shaft 2
2 can be rotated (FIG. 4 (B). Further, the initial winding angle α is an acute angle (FIG. 2), and the adhesion between the rubber sheet 4 and the surface of the core tube 5 is increased, so that the winding is performed. It is possible to stabilize the fixing of the rubber sheet 4 and the core tube 5 at the start of taking the rubber sheet 4. The rubber sheet 4 is naturally attached to the surface of the core tube 5 mounted on the rotary shaft 22. After closely fixed, the next winding of the rubber sheet around the core tube 5 can be smoothly started.

FIG. 2 is a layout view of the winding apparatus for a rubber sheet according to the present invention as seen from the side, similar to FIG. 1, in which the rotating arm 1 is rotated a half turn (about 180 degrees). -The state immediately after exchanging the full-roll reel 6 which wound the grate 4 and the core tube 5 is shown. In this case, as shown in the figure, the turn sheave 3 is located below the rotation center O 1 of the rotation arm 1 so that the initial winding angle α becomes an acute angle when the winding is started by replacing the core tube 5. To place. That is, when arranging the turn sheave 3 directly below the rotary arm 1, it is possible at a position where the core tube 5 and the turn sheave 3 do not collide when the rotary arm 1 rotates. As far as the turn sheave 3 is, the rotation center O 1 of the rotation arm 1
By setting the position close to, the starting end of the rubber sheet to be wound next can be aligned with the center of the core tube, and there is also an advantage that positioning at the time of cutting becomes easy. In addition, the rotation
The core tube on the side where the rubber sheet 4 is not wound from the rotation center O 1 of the rotation arm 1 unless the turn sheave 3 is arranged directly below the rotation center O 1 of the rotation arm 1 The initial winding angle α is made as small as possible so as to minimize the initial winding angle α to increase the adhesion between the core tube 5 and the rubber sheet 4 at the start of winding. That is, if the turn sheave 3 is arranged so that it can be moved up and down and left and right to some extent, the rubber sheet 4 and the core tube 5 at the start of winding can be adjusted.
The fixation with and can be made more stable.

The construction of the rubber sheet winding device of the present invention is as described above. Next, its operation will be described.
At the place where the core tube 5 is fully rolled (FIG. 1), the meshing teeth 11a of the driving side clutch plate 11 of the clutch mechanism 2 and the meshing teeth 23c of the collar portion 23b of the sleeve 23 are separated. Then, the sleeve 23 is pushed in the axial direction by the urging force of the spring 24, and the claw C1 of the collar portion 23a of the sleeve 23 and the claw C2 of the lid 21c mesh with each other (the reverse rotation preventing mechanism works,
FIG. 4 (A)). The rotary shaft holder 21 is a rotary arm 1
Since it is fixed to the sleeve 23 is also fixed,
Further, the rotary shaft 22 which is spline-fitted with the sleeve 23 is also fixed. In this state, the rotary arm 1 is rotated by half (about 180 degrees) to empty the core tube 5 and the full-roll reel 6.
Even if the positions are replaced with each other (Fig. 2), the full-roll reel 6 does not reverse and the rubber sheet 4 does not melt, and the rubber roll 4 is stably exchanged, and the full-roll reel 6 is removed and a new core tube 5 is inserted. It is possible to change.

Next, the rubber sheet 4 and the PE tape 8 are cut by the auto cutter 7. The remaining rubber sheet 4 on the side of the core tube 5 (having a radius of r) easily adheres to the core tube 5, and the distance (L) from the contact end P 1 to the auto cutter 7 is "π.
Since it has a relationship of r / 2> L ”, it easily adheres to the surface of the core tube 5 (FIG. 3 (B)).

Again, the meshing teeth 1 of the drive side clutch plate 11
When 1a is meshed with the meshing teeth 23c of the collar portion 23b of the sleeve 23, the claws C1 and C2 of the reverse rotation preventing mechanism are disengaged against the biasing force of the spring 24, and the rotation shaft 22 can be rotated. (FIG. 4 (B). At this time, the initial winding angle α is an acute angle (FIG. 2), and since the adhesion between the rubber sheet 4 and the surface of the core tube 5 is increased, the rubber sheet at the start of winding is −
The fixing of the core 4 and the core tube 5 can be made more stable. In this way, the rubber sheet 4 is naturally adhered and fixed to the surface of the core tube 5 mounted on the rotary shaft 22, and the winding of the rubber sheet around the next core tube 5 can be smoothly started. I can.

The rotating shaft 2 is used instead of the reverse rotation preventing mechanism.
Even if a so-called one-way clutch is attached to 2, the unwinding of the rubber sheet 4 can be prevented.

Since the rubber sheet winding device of the present invention is constructed as described above in detail, when the sheets are continuously wound, the start end of the sheet is set at the beginning of the sheet winding. A special device for fixing to the core tube is not required, and automatic switching of the core tube can be easily performed. Also, when cutting the sheet or replacing the full roll with the core tube, the full roll does not reverse and the sheet does not unravel, so the start work for winding the next sheet can be started. It becomes smooth and can greatly improve work efficiency.
