[Background Art] Conventionally, flat roof tiles have been roofed by stacking the exposed portion of the front part of the upper flat roof tile with the roof part of the rear part of the lower flat roof tile. In order to prevent the roof tile from invading from the front end of the roof tile to the roofing part of the lower flat roof tile and then from entering the roof substrate, various draining structures have been proposed for the flat roof tile. For example, as shown in FIGS. 11 (a) and 11 (b), a structure in which a plurality of drainage grooves 4'are arranged in parallel at the rear end of the roof tile 2 of the flat tile 1 or as shown in FIG. There has been proposed a structure in which a corrugated drainage groove 4 ″ is provided at the front end of the thatched part 2, but in either case rainwater that has invaded laterally or crossed over the drainage groove 4 and flat plate tiles in the lower stage. There was a problem that it would penetrate from 1 to the roof substrate.

The structure of the flat tile of the present invention is such that the exposed portion 3 of the front portion of the upper flat tile 1 is overlapped with the roofing portion 2 of the rear portion of the lower flat tile 1 and the central portion of the ridge side edge of the lower flat tile 1 is formed. It is a structure of a flat roof tile in which the side edge of the upper flat roof tile 1 is aligned with the mark 11 and the roof tiles 2 of the flat roof tile 1 are provided with a plurality of chevron-shaped draining grooves 4 at intervals in the front-back direction. The ridge is convex on the ridge side, and the top of the convex is the center mark 11 above.
The above-mentioned object is achieved by this configuration. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. In this embodiment, the front end of the front exposed portion 3 located on the eaves side is uneven in order to give a feeling of small division, and the exposed portion 3 has a concave portion 6 between arc-shaped convex portions 5. Subdivided grooves 7 are formed to reach the rear roofing portion 2 located on the ridge side toward the rear, and the flat tiles 1 adjacent to each other form subdivided grooves 7 on the side ends of the exposed portion 3. A stepped portion 8 is provided for this purpose. This flat roof tile 1 can bring out the appearance of three roof tiles. The rear end of the small groove 7 which reaches the roofing part 2 extends slightly rearward of the front end line FL of the upper flat roof tile 1 and alignment marks 9 are provided on both sides along the front end line FL. Has been.
This alignment mark 9 is used to align the front end of the flat tile 1 on the upper stage when the roof is installed from below when the roof has a steep slope. Alignment marks 10 and 11 are also provided on both side ends and the central portion of the roofing portion 2.
The alignment mark 10 is used when the flat roof tile 1 is roofed from above, and the alignment mark 11 is used for aligning the side end portions of the upper flat roof tile 1. Three mountain-shaped draining grooves 4 are provided in the front and rear at a substantially central portion of the rear end portion of the roofing portion 2. The angle θ of this drainage groove 4 is 150 °,
The rear draining groove 4 is formed to be shorter, and the draining groove 4
The shape of itself is deeper from the front to the rear, that is, from the eaves toward the ridge. The draining groove 4 may be shortened as it is located on the exposed portion 3 side, that is, on the front side as shown in FIG. In the roofing part 2, a distance S apart from the extension line 1 of the small groove 7 and the front end of the flat tile 1 on the upper stage is a predetermined distance S, for example, the front-back length L of the flat tile 1 is 414 mm. In the case of 50 mm or more, a nailing hole 12 is drilled at a position of 50 mm or more, and rainwater rising from the slit groove 7 and rainwater nailing hole 1 entering from the front end of the upper flat tile 1 by capillary action.
It is designed to prevent the entry into 2. On the outer peripheral portion of the nail driving hole 12, two ring-shaped drainage recesses 13 are formed. In addition, a spare nail driving recess 14 is also provided in the roofing portion 2. Thus, the flat roof tile 1 is aligned by using the alignment mark 9 when roofing from the bottom and the alignment mark 10 when roofing from the top, and through the nailing holes 12 By nailing and fixing by nailing, as shown in FIG. 7, the convex portions 5 of the upper flat tile 1 and the lower flat tile 1 are alternated in the position. This construction example is a so-called 1/2 thatch. Therefore, the draining groove 4 of the flat tile 1 in the lower stage is located at the rear end of the small groove 7 formed by the step portion 8 at the side end of the upper flat tile 1 adjacent to the left and right. Rainwater that has risen and entered the roofing part 2 of the lower flat tile 1 is stopped by the water draining groove 4 as shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 10, and is flushed to the eaves side along the water draining groove 4. Is.

In the present invention, since a plurality of mountain-shaped draining grooves are provided in the front-back direction in parallel with the roof tile of the flat tile, wind pressure is applied to the front end of the upper flat tile to the lower flat tile. Although the rainwater that infiltrates into the drainage part flows into the drainage ditch, because the drainage ditch is mountain-shaped, the rainwater flows down along the drainage ditch and is drained to the eaves, and before and after the roof tile of the flat tile. A plurality of mountain-shaped draining grooves are spaced apart in the direction, and the mountain side is convex on the ridge side, and the tops of the convexes are arranged side by side corresponding to the center mark above. In order to overlap the exposed part of the front part of the upper flat roof tile with the roof part and to make the side edge of the upper flat roof tile match the center mark of the ridge side edge of the lower flat roof tile, Each of the multiple mountain-shaped drainage grooves with the convex top facing this mark In the top of the convex, but that enables good display of the central flat tiles.
