The technical feature is that there is no infiltration of rainwater into the part (hereinafter simply referred to as the "polymerization part").

Conventionally, general Western straw was used as shown in Figure 5.
The main body A, which is approximately a regular quadrilateral in plan view, has a concave curved surface on the left half and a convex curved surface on the right half in the figure, and has a wavy shape when viewed from the front, and the upper right corner of the main body is cut out. Tesan butt notch part RO,
In addition, the insertion part C is recessed at the opposite apex corner, that is, the lower left corner, while the water return part C is convexly formed along the upper and left edges of the concave curved surface of the main body A, and a nail is fixed at an appropriate position on the upper edge. It has a hole drilled through it.

Unlike regular Japanese straw, the conventional structure of the Western roof straw described above has a large uneven curvature of the main board (hereinafter simply referred to as the "main board") when viewed from the front, so rainwater flowing on the roof surface is concentrated on the concave curved surface. There is a strong tendency for this to occur, making it an important issue to prevent rainwater from entering the active polymerization zone.

In view of the actual situation, the inventor of this case earnestly carried out experiments and
As a result of repeated research, a thin receiving plate was formed near the upper surface of the included angle part of the main plate's butt cut, and a drainage groove of a certain width was recessed in the insertion part corresponding to the receiving plate. This method is used to solve the problems of the conventional structure described above.

The western straw of this project has a receiving plate protruding from the included corner near the upper surface of the bottom notch of each main plate.
When installed, there is no direct gap between the overlapping parts of each main plate, and the direct intrusion of rainwater is not only prevented, but the recessed drainage grooves in the insertion part ensure that indirect infiltration of rainwater is also prevented. It has an effect.

Hereinafter, the structure of the Western straw according to the present invention will be described in more detail according to one embodiment. 1 is the main plate of the Western straw having a concave curved surface 1' and a convex curved surface 1'' in the vertical direction; 2 is the upper right corner of the main plate 1. Bottom notch cut into the corner, 3
4 is a recess formed on the upper surface of the main plate at the lower left corner, 4 is a water bar slightly protruding from the upper edge of the concave curved surface 1' and the left edge of the main plate excluding the above insertion part 3, and 5 is a water return on the upper edge. It is a fixed hole installed through the hole.

It is configured so as to be in contact with and supported by the insertion portion 3.

る。 Next, we will discuss one example of the construction of the Yogawara of this invention. The procedure is exactly the same as that of the previous Yogawara, but as illustrated in Figure 4, first, one main plate 1a of the above structure is After placing it in the specified position and fixing it by nailing using the fixing holes 5, remove the upper main board 1.
b are aligned with both the left and right edges of the main plate 1a, and the lower sides are overlapped and fixed by nailing so that they match the horizontal sides 2a of the bottom cut portion 2 of the main plate 1a. Next, main plate 1
Align the lower edge of c with the lower edge of the first main plate 1a, and at the same time bring the bottom notch 2 into contact with the insertion part 3 of the main plate 1b, so that the receiving plate 6 of the main plate 1c aligns with the lower edge of the main plate 1b. Place it so that it straddles the insertion part 3 and the drainage groove 7, and fix it by nailing using the fixing hole 5 in the same way as the previous two pieces. After that, by placing and fixing the upper main plate 1d (dotted chain line in Figure 4) from above the main plate 1c, the gap at the overlapping part of the front three main plates 1a, 1b, 1c is completely hidden. It is.

As mentioned above, the Western straw of this project has a receiving plate protruding from the included corner near the upper surface of the bottom notch of each main plate, so that after construction, each main plate overlaps as shown in Figure 6. The direct gap in the section is reliably closed to prevent direct intrusion of rainwater, and at the same time, the drainage grooves are provided in the insertion section to prevent rainwater from entering through the receiving plate and onto the back side of each main plate due to rainwater etc. Since it is possible to prevent indirect infiltration of rainwater, the remarkable effect of almost completely preventing rainwater leakage accidents is expected.
