Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To roof and overlap vertically roofed and overlapped tile plates at arbitrary places in the horizontal direction in roofing tiles, in which projecting sections and recessed groove sections formed along the longitudinal direction are formed alternately to the surfaces of the tile plates in the cross direction. SOLUTION: The top face of the ridge-side end section 11 of a tile plate 10 is formed in a flat ridge-side flat surface 3, on which the eave-side end section 12 of another tile plate 10 laid on the ridge side can be placed, while recessed groove sections 2 are formed in height lower than the ridge-side flat surface 3, and stepped sections 5 are shaped among the recessed groove sections 2 and the ridge-side flat surface 3. A lower-side receiving surface 6, on which the other end section of the adjacently laid tile plate 10 can be put, is formed to one of both left-right end sections of the tile plate 10 along the longitudinal direction of the end section while an upper-side superposing surface 7 capable of being placed on the lower-side receiving surface 6 of the tile plate 10 laid as being adjoined to the other is formed along the longitudinal direction of the end section, and it is more preferable that the tile plates 10 are constituted in shiplap sections 8 being mutually overlapped freely.

In the above-mentioned conventional roof tile, when another tile sheet 10B is laid on the ridge side of the previously laid tile sheet 10A, the ridge of the other tile sheet 10B is used. The part 1 must be aligned with the ridge 1 of the previously laid tile plate 10A, and it is not possible to shift the position of the groove 2 to the left and right, so that it is laid on the eaves side, for example. It was not possible to form a tile roof with a different taste, such as the arrangement of the ridges 1 of the tile plate 10B laid on the ridge side with respect to the groove 2 of the tile plate 10A. In addition, since the position in the left-right direction of the tiles 10B that are laid on the ridge side is regulated by the ridges 1 and the concave grooves 2, for example, tiles facing the valley ridge, ridges and ridges of the descending ridge, If you cut off the tiles connected to the role, you can not cut at any position,
There is also a problem that the scraps of the tiles to be cut have to be wasted. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems and to provide a roof tile that enables a tile plate to be laid up and down at any position in the left-right direction.

[Advantages and effects of each characteristic configuration] According to the above-mentioned first characteristic configuration, it becomes possible to lay another tile at an arbitrary position on the ridge side of the tile laid on the eave side. That is,
Since the upper surface of the ridge side end of the tile plate is formed as a flat ridge side uneven surface on which the eave side end of another tile plate laid on the ridge side can be placed, it is laid on the eave side. The tiled tile and the other tiled tile are superimposed on each other on uneven planes, so that the tiles can be laid at any position in the left-right direction. Moreover, since the concave groove portion of the eaves-side tile plate is formed lower than the ridge-side uneven plane, rainwater flows into the concave groove portion during rainfall, and the bottom of the concave groove portion is lower than the ridge-side uneven plane. Since it is formed low, the rainwater flowing into the groove can be prevented from climbing to the ridge-side uneven plane. According to the second characteristic configuration, it is possible to prevent water leakage between the tiles laid adjacent to the left and right. In other words, the lower receiving surface formed on one of the left and right ends of the tile, and the upper overlapping surface of the tile laid adjacent to the other are formed along the longitudinal direction of the ends, respectively. Since the upper and lower overlapping surfaces can be placed on the lower receiving surface, there is no possibility of rainwater leaking downward from between the two tiles. Further, according to the third characteristic configuration, since the step portion is formed between the concave groove portion and the ridge-side uneven plane, even if the rainwater flowing into the concave groove portion during rainfall blows up with the wind, Since the ascent is prevented by the steps, the water climbing phenomenon can be reliably prevented. Furthermore, according to the fourth characteristic configuration, the tiles to be laid on the ridge side can be freely arranged without being restricted in the left-right direction with respect to the tiles laid on the eaves side. In other words, the lower surface of the eave-side end of the tile board that is laid on the ridge side is formed as an eave-side uneven plane formed so as to be able to contact the ridge-side uneven plane of another tile board laid on the eave side. Therefore, by overlapping the eaves-side uneven plane formed on the lower surface of the eaves-side end portion on the eaves-side end surface on an uneven plane that is continuously formed in the left-right direction on the ridge side of the another tile board that is laid in the left-right direction. Regardless of the position in the left-right direction, the tiles to be laid on the ridge side can be brought into surface contact with the other tiles. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the gap between the upper and lower tiles and prevent the blowing of rainwater. Further, according to the fifth characteristic configuration, the tiles blown on the ridge side can be surely aligned with the tiles laid on the eaves side in the eaves ridge direction. That is, since the ridge side edge of another tile laid on the eaves side is provided with a contactable portion, the roof tile is laid on the another tile laid in the left-right direction. By laying the board so that the contact portion abuts on the ridge side edge of the another tile, the tile board blown onto the ridge side so as not to be displaced in the eaves ridge direction. It can be laid. Further, the contact portion contacts the ridge-side edge portion of the eave-side tile plate, so that the positional deviation in the left-right direction can be suppressed. As a result, a tile plate that is laid up and down can be easily laid at an arbitrary position in the left-right direction.

The groove portions 2 are formed by shaving the respective groove portions from a rectangular plate-like material obtained by extruding a kneaded material of a cement material into a plate shape. In this manner, the upper surface of the ridge side end 11 of the tile plate 10 is formed into a flat ridge side uneven plane 3 so that the eave side end portion 12 of another tile plate 10 laid on the ridge side can be placed. At the same time, the concave groove 2 is formed lower than the ridge-side uneven plane 3, and a step 5 is formed between the concave groove 2 and the ridge-side uneven plane 3. Further, the lower surface of the eave-side end portion 12 is formed on the eave-side uneven plane 4, and is formed so as to be able to contact the ridge-side uneven plane 3 of another tile board 10 laid on the eave side. A nail hole 16 for fixing the tile plate 10 to the roof field 14 is formed in the ridge-side uneven plane 3.

Further, the lower receiving surface 6 on which the left end 10b of another tile 10C laid adjacent to the right side can be placed is arranged on the right end 10a side of the tile 10D in the longitudinal direction of the right end. On the left end 10b side, an upper overlapping surface 7 that can be placed on the lower receiving surface 6 of the tile board 10D laid adjacent to the left is formed along the left end longitudinal direction. Thus, they are configured as eyelid portions 8 which can be overlapped with each other (see FIG. 2). The lower receiving surface 6 is provided with a water guide groove 6a for guiding rainwater entering between the tile plates 10 on both sides toward the eaves along the longitudinal direction of the end portion.

<5> In the above embodiment, the lower receiving surface 6 is provided with a water guide groove 6a for guiding rainwater entering between the tile plates 10 on both sides toward the eaves in the longitudinal direction of the end. Although an example is shown along the bottom surface, a draining ridge projecting along the longitudinal direction of the end portion may be provided on the lower receiving surface 6. The drainage ridge provided on the lower receiving surface 6 can form the water guide groove 6a. In short, it suffices if the flow of rainwater that has entered the lower receiving surface 6 can be guided to the eaves side, and can be prevented from flowing into the adjacent tile plate.

<6> In the above embodiment, the point of providing the draining ridge on the upper overlapping surface 7 was not mentioned, but when no gap is provided between the upper receiving surface 7 and the lower receiving surface 6, Although the drainage ridges can be omitted, for example, as shown in FIG. 8, it is preferable that a drainage ridge protruding downward is formed on the upper overlapping surface 7 along the longitudinal direction of the end portion. . In this way, even if rainwater infiltrates along the upper stacking surface 7, it is possible to prevent further intrusion by the draining ridges, so that it is possible to prevent the infiltration of rainwater into the field and to prevent the roof from leaking. It becomes possible.

0, the lower receiving surface 6 on which the left end portion 10b of another tile plate 10 laid adjacent to the right side can be placed,
The right end is formed along the longitudinal direction, and the left end 10
On the b side, an example is shown in which an upper overlapping surface 7 that can be placed on the lower receiving surface 6 of the tile board 10 laid adjacent to the left side is formed along the left end longitudinal direction, The right and left sides with respect to the tile board 10 may be reversed. <8> Also, as shown in FIG. 9, the lower receiving surface 7 is formed on the upper surface of the ridge portion 1 so that the contact portion between the tiles adjacent to the upper surface of the laid roof tile is not exposed. It may be configured. In this way, it is possible to suppress the inflow of rainwater from the contact portion between the adjacent tiles, and at the same time, to make the width of the ridge 1 on the roof tile in the laid state uniform even if it is narrow. It becomes possible. In addition, in order to share the protrusion 1 of the adjacent tile plate 10 as one protrusion 1 described in <1>, such a configuration of the eye jar 8 is preferable.

<9> Further, an upper ridge 17 is provided on the ridge-side uneven surface 3 in the lateral direction of the roof tile, and the lower groove 18 is recessed upward to receive the upper ridge 17 on the eave-side uneven surface 4. May be provided. With such a configuration,
The ridge side surface of the upper ridge 17 abuts on the eave-side wall surface of the lower groove 18 to facilitate positioning of the tiles 10 that are laid up and down. That is, the ridge side surface of the upper ridge 17 functions in the same manner as the ridge side edge portion 13, and the eave-side wall surface of the lower concave groove 18 functions as the contact portion 9. Moreover, due to the presence of the upper ridge 17 located in the lower groove 18, even if rainwater is blown between the ridge-side uneven plane 3 and the eave-side uneven plane 4 due to strong wind, The side surface on the eave side of the ridge 17 and the wall surface on the ridge side of the lower groove 18 also have a function of preventing water climbing. Specifically, for example, as shown in FIG. 10, as the upper ridge 17, an eave-side ridge 17 a along the step 5 on the ridge-side uneven plane 3, and further, the eave-side ridge 17 a The ridge-side ridges 17b may be formed with an interval therebetween. These two ridges 17a, 17
b forms a double waterproof embankment. The upper ridge 17 is 1
If it has a height of about 2 mm, the effect as the waterproof embankment is exhibited. The lower groove 18 is formed in the eaves side uneven plane 4 of the tile plate 10 laid on the upper side with respect to the two upper ridges 17.
For example, as shown in FIG.
Eave-side groove 18a and ridge-side groove 18 for receiving 7b respectively
b may be provided. In the example shown in FIG. 11, the nail holes 16 are arranged so as to open to the ridge-side ridges 17b, and the upper openings of the nail holes 16 are slightly elevated.
The upper opening is 1 m from the upper surface of the ridge side protrusion 17b.
If the height is set to about m, rainwater can be prevented from flowing from the nail hole 16. Forming the upper opening of the nail hole 16 slightly higher is also effective in the above-described embodiment. The reason why the nail holes 16 are arranged so as to open to the ridge-side ridges 17b is to prevent rainwater that has entered from the eaves-side end portion 12 from running up by the eaves-side ridges 17a. The upper opening of the nail hole 16 is raised even if rainwater is blown into the ridge-side ridge 17b due to strong winds despite the eaves-side ridge 17a preventing run-up. Rainwater can be prevented from reaching the ground 14 through the gap between the nail hole 16 and the tile nail 19. If the width of the lower groove 18 is somewhat larger than the width of the upper ridge 17, the upper ridge 1
7 can be easily inserted into the lower groove 18, and if the depth of the lower groove 18 is set to be somewhat deeper than the height of the upper ridge 17, the tile 7 can be inserted in the laid state. Since a gap can be secured between the upper ridge 17 and the lower groove 18, it is more effective in preventing water climbing. <10> Eaves-side edge 13 of the tiles 10 laid on the upper side
May be arranged so as to protrude more toward the eaves side than the step portion 5 of the lower tile plate 10 in the laid state, and the roof-side uneven plane 3 of the lower tile plate 10 and the tile to be overlapped with the roof The effect of suppressing the blowing of rainwater from between the plate 10 and the eaves-side uneven plane 4 is provided. For example, if it is configured as shown in FIG. 11, rainwater in the concave groove portion 2 of the lower tile plate 10 can be prevented from climbing at the step portion 5 even in a strong wind. <11> If the overhanging portion of the eave-side edge portion 13 is extended downward, the effect of suppressing the blowing of rainwater by the wind can be more effectively achieved. For example, as shown in FIG. 12, the eaves end side of the eaves-side uneven plane 4 shown in FIG. 6 is extended downward to form a groove-like eaves-side uneven plane to be formed.
May be brought into contact with the ridge-side uneven plane 3.
