Conventionally, a cleaning tank equipped with an agitator is well known as a typical example of a cleaning apparatus for granular materials. In this cleaning device, the granular material is put into the cleaning liquid that has been poured into the tank, and the stirrer is driven to mix and stir the cleaning liquid and the granular material. In this cleaning device, the cleaning liquid and the particles are sufficiently contacted by stirring, so that the particles are cleaned well, but on the other hand, the particles contact the stirring blades or are subjected to the shearing force of the cleaning liquid, so that the strength is not strong. Therefore, there is a problem that the granular body is not suitable for use because it is damaged or deformed.

In addition, as a solution to the problems of the mechanical stirring type cleaning device described above, instead of stirring blades, a device that blows air into the bottom of the cleaning tank and agitates the cleaning liquid by the air flow circulating in the tank is also used. There is. In this air agitation type washing device, the stirring of the liquid is surely carried out slowly, and the mechanical action on the granules is small, but when the specific gravity of the granules is heavy, it sinks to the bottom of the tank and is sufficient for the cleaning liquid. No mixing and stirring,
Therefore, there is a problem that the cleaning effect cannot be sufficiently obtained.

The operation of the present invention having the above configuration is as follows. The granular material supplied from the inlet nozzle (6) rolls on the slope of the inverted funnel-shaped washing rack (2) installed at the top of the washing tank, descends radially outward, and then descends. Falls on the outer peripheral portion of the slope of the funnel-shaped trough-shaped washing rack (3) having a large opening diameter, and then descends inward in the radial direction while rolling on the slope. The granules then fall from the narrow part of the funnel-shaped shelf to the top of the slope of the lower inverted funnel-shaped shelf. The granules move to the bottom of the cleaning tank while repeating the descending motion in sequence and are delivered to the next step by the extracting means (11) through the outlet nozzle (8). During this time, the granular material rolls on the slope of the washing rack and makes good contact with the slope and the cleaning liquid, so that the adhered liquid adhering to the surface of the granular material is separated and removed. When the adhered liquid separated on the washing rack is insoluble in the washing liquid and has a low specific gravity, a part of it moves inward in the radial direction along the lower surface of the inverted funnel-shaped washing rack, and the narrow mouth is closed. After that, it rises in the center of the tank and reaches the liquid level. The remaining adhering liquid moves radially outward along the lower surface of the funnel-shaped shelf, reaches the gap between the outer periphery of the shelf and the tank wall, and rises along the tank wall to reach the liquid surface. To do. As described above, the adhered liquid reaching the liquid surface becomes a tank and is drawn out of the tank through a nozzle provided at the top of the tank wall.

As can be seen from the above description, since the granular material only moves downward while rolling on the slope of the washing rack, it is possible to obtain an effect that the granular material is not damaged or deformed. In addition, the adhered liquid separated from the granular material is insoluble in the cleaning liquid and does not come into contact with the granular material again when the specific gravity is low, so that a high cleaning effect can be obtained.

The contents of the present invention will be further described based on the above embodiments. FIG. 1 is an overall assembly view of a cleaning device according to the present invention. In the figure, 1 is a vertical tank body, and a cylindrical shape is most suitable. Reference numeral 2 denotes an inverted funnel-shaped mountain-shaped washing rack, which is coaxially mounted on the center of the tank 1 via a support member 4 on a valley-shaped washing rack 3 described later. Reference numeral 3 denotes a funnel-shaped trough-shaped washing rack whose diameters of the opening and the narrowed portion are larger than those of the mountain-shaped washing rack, and they are coaxially attached to the center of the tank 1 through a support member 5. At this time, the narrow portion of the mountain type washing rack is arranged so as to be inserted into the narrow portion of the valley type washing rack 3 of the upper stage. Follow the same procedure to install the required number of washing shelves. Reference numeral 6 is a raw material inlet nozzle provided on the upper part of the body plate of the tank 1, and reference numeral 7 is a guide plate attached along the tank wall so as to uniformly disperse the granular material in the tank.
Reference numeral 8 denotes a nozzle for discharging the washed granular material, which is provided at the lowest portion of the tank 1. A slurry pump 11 for extracting the granular material and having a variable rotation speed is installed immediately below the nozzle. The extraction means is not limited to this, and may be, for example, an overflow method using a U-shaped conduit. Reference numeral 9 is a nozzle for projecting the attached liquid separated by cleaning, which is provided on the uppermost part of the body plate of the tank 1. A liquid level controller 10 for controlling the upper liquid level of the tank 1 is an adjusting mechanism for inputting a control signal to the variable drive device of the slurry pump 11. Next, the operation of the embodiment having the above configuration will be described. The raw material granules are sprayed together with the cleaning liquid from the inlet nozzle 6 through the guide plate 7 to above the mountain-shaped cleaning rack 2. The granular material rolls down on the slope of the mountain-shaped washing rack 2 and descends radially outward, and then drops onto the outer periphery of the valley-shaped cleaning rack 3 in the lower stage. Inward, and falls on the top of the slope of the lower mountain-type washing rack. The granular material moves to the bottom of the tank 1 while repeating the above movement. During this period, the granular material rolls on the slope to make good contact with the cleaning liquid and the slope of the cleaning shelf, so that the adhering liquid adhering to the surface of the granular material is peeled off. If the removed adherent liquid does not dissolve in the cleaning liquid and has a low specific gravity, a part of the adhered liquid moves inward in the radial direction on the lower surface of the mountain-shaped cleaning shelf, gathers in the center of the tank 1 and rises, and the remaining part. Is moved outward in the radial direction on the lower surface of the valley type washing rack, gathers on the peripheral wall of the tank 1, rises along the tank wall, reaches the upper liquid surface portion, respectively, and is withdrawn from the tank 9 through the nozzle 9. The washed granular material enters the slurry pump 11 together with the outlet nozzle color cleaning liquid at the bottom of the tank and is sent out of the tank.At this time, the rotation speed of the slurry pump 11 is adjusted by the liquid level controller 10 so that the liquid level in the tank becomes constant. Is adjusted. The granular material is sent together with the cleaning liquid to a separate cleaning liquid separating device (not shown) for processing.
