In order to form the opening by the former method (1), it is necessary to make the heat-sealing strength considerably small. Therefore, a liquid material package or a heavy material which requires a high heat-sealing strength. It cannot be applied to packaging and retort packaging. In addition, the heat sealing strength of the planned opening easily varies, so it is often difficult to open it, and if you try to open it forcibly, the bag will be destroyed, the contents will be scattered, and you will not be able to use it. It tends to be.

On the other hand, in the latter case, since a part of the bag is torn, a considerable force is required for tearing, and it is difficult to tear in a desired direction, so that the state of the opening is not constant and the contents are It is easy to lead to accidents that cause scattering. Therefore, use a material that has been strongly stretched substantially parallel to the tearing direction,
Or a method of tearing in a desired direction by a combination of stretching directions,
Alternatively, a method using perforations for controlling the tearing direction, a plastic-based reinforcing material, and the like have been proposed, but the effect is not sufficient although the cost is increased.

FIG. 5 shows the structure of the tape-shaped easy-to-peel material 4, and layers 41 and 42 for heat fusion with the laminate 5 of the bag body are laminated by an easily-peelable adhesive layer 43. . The base materials 411 and 421 of the layers 41 and 42 are preferably made of polyester, nylon (trade name), polypropylene, polyethylene, or the like, and may be a simple substance or a composite thereof. As the heat-bonding layers 412 and 422, resins that can be heat-sealed to the heat-sealing layer of the bag body, for example, polyolefins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers, ionomers, polyacrylonitrile, polyesters, polyamides and the like are used. Used. In addition, if the base materials 411 and 421 have a heat-sealing property with the laminated body 5 of the bag body, the thermal adhesive layers 412 and 422 can be omitted. Further, a printing layer, a coloring layer, or the like can be provided between the base materials 411 and 421 and the heat-bonding layers 412 and 422.

The easily peelable adhesive layer 43 comprises a resin layer 431 and an adhesive layer 432, and the resin layer 431 has relatively weak adhesive strength, such as vinyl resin, urethane resin, acrylic resin, polyamide resin, silicone resin, etc. Of the resin, which is formed by part coat of this resin. An example of the pattern is shown in FIG.
As shown in (a), (b), and (c), the uncoated portion forms, for example, a dot-like, linear, or lattice-like pattern.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive used for the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 432 is not particularly limited, and acrylic type, rubber type, vinyl type, silicon type and the like can be used, but the removable type is preferable to the permanent adhesive type. . Further, considering the removability of contents, resealing property, and impact resistance of the bag, it is more preferable that the holding force is strong and the adhesive force and tack are not so strong.

FIG. 7 shows the structure of the laminated body 5 forming the bag body in FIGS. 3 and 4, which is composed of a laminated body of a base material 51 and a heat sealing layer 52. The base material 51 is a laminate of a surface protective layer 511, a gas barrier layer 512, and a reinforcing layer 513, and a printing layer and a coloring layer can be appropriately provided. Also, depending on the application, it is not limited to this,
For example, there may be a configuration without the gas barrier layer 512 or a configuration without the reinforcing layer 513. Further, the positions of layers 512 and 513 may be interchanged. As the heat-sealing layer 52, polyolefin, ionomer, polyacrylonitrile, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and the like are used, but the heat-sealing layer 52 is not limited to this, and the point is that the heat-bonding layer 412 of the tape-shaped interlayer easily peelable material 4 is used. 422 as long as it can be heat-sealed. It should be noted that the base material 51 is the thermal bonding layers 412, 42.
This layer 52 can be omitted if it has a heat fusion property with 2.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the tape-shaped easily peelable material 4 is provided so as to project more into the bag body than the heat-sealing portion B. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, it may be provided outside the bag main body, and in that case, it is preferable to separate it into two pieces on the outside of the bag main body. The easily peelable material 4 protruding to the outside of the bag body serves as a tab for opening the bag, and the layers 41 and 42 are pinched with fingers.
If it is pulled to the left and right, the easily peelable adhesive layer 43 is broken and the bag can be easily opened. In FIG. 3, the easily peelable adhesive layer 43 is omitted in the knob portion separated into the layers 41 and 42. However, the resin layer 431 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 432 are provided on the entire surface at that portion, and the It can also be peeled off to form the knob piece. Further, the protruding portion of the tape-shaped easy-to-peel material 4 protruding inside the bag is for ensuring the pressure resistance strength, the drop impact strength, and the heat sealing strength of the bag, and each stress is applied to the fused C portion. Since they are concentrated, the easily peelable adhesive layer 43 is not destroyed by the normal internal pressure. It is presumed that the adhesion of the protrusions prevents the layer 43 from breaking. However, it is possible to adjust the adhesive force of the layer 43 so as to be automatically opened by, for example, a rapid increase in internal pressure during cooking with a microwave oven. In that case,
As described above, it is not necessary to project the easily peelable material 4 outside the bag, but rather it is preferable not to project it in order to prevent erroneous opening.
At this time, it is preferable that the protruding length into the bag is about 1 to 30 mm.

[Effect] As described above, the easily-openable bag of the present invention has the tape-shaped inter-layer easily peelable material inserted into the heat-sealed portion of the bag body by heat fusion, and the easily-peeled layer of this tape-shaped material is peeled off. Since the peeling strength is stable, it can be opened very easily and without failure by increasing the internal pressure during hand or cooking. Further, since this tape-like material is projected to the inside of the bag rather than the heat-sealing portion with the bag, it is excellent in pressure resistance, drop impact strength and heat-sealing strength as a bag.

Length of two protruding tabs

And 42 are laminated and integrated with the laminated bodies 5 and 5 behind, respectively.
If you leave it open, the picking piece will become thicker and easier to pick
Easy to seal. In that case, it is not necessary to project the easily peelable material 4 to the outside of the bag as shown in FIG. 4, and rather it is preferable not to project it in order to prevent erroneous opening. In addition,
At this time, the length of protrusion into the bag is preferably about 1 to 30 mm.
