However, the above-mentioned conventional technique has the following problems. That is, the flow direction of the plating solution may change when the plating bath 8 is continuously replaced or the flow state of the plating bath is changed.
Therefore, the thin plates 7 may come into contact with each other to cause defective plating.

Therefore, it is conceivable to widen the intervals of the thin plates 7, but it is necessary to remake all the intervals of the locking grooves 93 of the plating rack 9. Also, the plating rack 9
Even if the thin plate 7 is mounted in the locking groove 93, the thin plate 7 may be deformed or warped due to its own weight as shown in FIG.

Therefore, as in the above case, the thin plates 7 come into contact with each other to cause defective plating. Such defective plating means
For example, in a printed circuit board, there is a break in the pattern circuit. Further, the warp of the thin plate 7 may cause the both end portions 70 to be disengaged from the locking groove 93 of the plating rack 9, and the thin plate 7 may drop. The present invention has been made in view of the above conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a plating rack in which the thin plates do not come into contact with each other during plating of the thin plates and a plating failure does not occur. .

The most remarkable point in the present invention is that a rack for plating is constituted by the rack substrate provided with the rack pins, the pressing plate, the cylindrical spacer, and the rack body. The rack substrate is made of a lightweight material such as wood or plastics material to which the plating film does not adhere in the plating bath. The same applies to the rack pin pressing plate, the rack body, and the cylindrical spacer.

Examples of the thin plate include a printed circuit board,
A metal plate or the like has a thickness of about 0.5 to 2.0 mm. The cylindrical spacer has a cylindrical shape and has a through insertion hole at the center thereof, which is slightly larger than the diameter of the rack pin. The tubular spacer is interposed between the thin plates to prevent the thin plates from contacting each other.

The thin plate and the pressing plate have a plurality of insertion holes for inserting the rack pins therethrough. The holding plate has a slide piece and a fixture for fixing the holding plate in a predetermined position, while the rack body has a guide groove for slidably supporting the slide piece toward the rack substrate, and It is preferable to have a fixing plate for fixing the fixing tool.

Further, it is preferable that the fixing device comprises a screw rod and a nut, while the fixing plate has an elongated hole for slidably supporting the screw rod. This makes it possible to easily adjust the distance between the rack substrate and the holding plate according to the number of thin plates to be plated. Further, the pressing plate can be easily slid and the positional stability of the pressing plate is improved.

[Operation and effect] In the plating rack of the present invention,
It has a plurality of rack pins for inserting many thin plates into the rack board. Therefore, when the plating rack is used, a thin plate is inserted through the rack pin and a cylindrical spacer is arranged between the thin plates. Finally, the insertion hole of the holding plate is inserted through the rack pin.
Then, the pressing plate is moved forward with respect to the rack substrate.

This makes it possible to keep the distance between the thin plates constant and to apply a constant tension to each thin plate.
Therefore, the thin plate is not deformed or warped as in the conventional case. Therefore, even when a plating rack with a large number of thin plates is immersed in a plating bath for plating, the thin plates do not touch each other. In addition, the thin plate does not fall off the plating rack during plating.

Therefore, the plating failure of the thin plate does not occur. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a plating rack in which the thin plates do not come into contact with each other during plating of the thin plates and the defective plating does not occur.

Finally, the insertion hole 130 of the pressing plate 13 is inserted through the tip of the rack pin 11.
In addition, the pressing plate 13 has a slide piece 13 below it in advance.
4 is engaged with the guide groove 18 of the rack body 15, and the screw rod 171 of the upper upper piece 132 is inserted into the elongated hole 160 of the fixing plate 16 of the rack body (FIGS. 3 and 4). Next, the holding plate 13 is pushed toward the rack substrate 12 along the guide groove 18 to sandwich the tubular spacer 14 and the thin plate 7 therebetween (FIG. 3). Then, in this state, the nut 172 is screwed into the threaded rod 171 protruding from the elongated hole 160 of the fixed plate 16 to fix the holding plate 13 to the fixed plate 16.

As a result, the distance between the thin plates 7 can be kept constant, and a constant tension and holding force can be applied to each thin plate 7. Therefore, the thin plate does not deform, warp, or drop as in the past. Therefore, when the plating rack 1 equipped with a large number of thin plates 7 is immersed in a plating bath for plating (see FIGS. 5 and 6), the thin plates 7 do not touch each other.

Therefore, the plating failure of the thin plate 7 does not occur. By changing the size of the cylindrical spacer 14, the distance between the thin plates 7 can be freely adjusted. Further, since the slide piece 134 is provided below, the position of the holding plate 13 can be changed by freely sliding the holding plate 13 according to the number of the thin plates 7.
