Abstract

PURPOSE:To obviate oil sagging and to improve the efficiency of oil recovery by providing the filter which is formed by pressing a parallel punching K to a corrugated shape and is specified in opening rate with punching holes in specific positions and is provided with oil discharging holes at a rear bracket of the filter of a range hood. 【実施例】本発明のものを図1より説明すれば、平行パ
ンチングKを波型にプレス加工した開口率19.5%か
ら30.5%のフイルター2であって、この場合パンチ
ング穴1は、図2のAに図示せる位置に設けた場合には
油垂れを発生するが、Bに図示せる位置にパンチング穴
1を設ける事により、油垂れは無くなり油の回収効率は
向上する。 この事は実験により確認した事である。従
来よりのグリスフイルター3は図3のCに図示せるよう
に、二枚使用の場合に5の部分に隙間を生じこの部分で
ロスをするが、これに対して本発明の波型フイルター2
の場合は、そのタイプをE、F、Gにし、それぞれを組
合せる事で隙間5を生ずる事は無くなる。DはGタイプ
を二枚使用した図で、6のように重ねる事が可能であ
り、隙間5の心配はない。Eタイプは一枚使用の場合、
三枚使用の場合にはGタイプを両端に、中央にFタイプ
を使用する。このフイルター2をレンジフード7に取付
ける場合、フイルター後受8の場合には、捕集されフイ
ルター下部に回収されて集まった油が、後受8より溢
れ、油溜り9に入らずに外部に油垂れを発生する。これ
を解決する手段として、図5のIのようにフイルター後
受8に穴11を設ける事で、この穴11より油10は流れ、す
べてが油回収容器12の中に回収されるようになる。図6
は普通のパンチングフイルター14の油回収効率を良くす
る目的のオイルガイド13であって、熱に強いシリコン樹
脂等により作られたもので、図7のようにパンチングフ
イルター14に取付けて使用する。パンチングフイルター
14はJの千鳥タイプは油垂れの発生が多く、平行タイプ
Kの方が油垂れを発生しない。 この事も実験により確
認した事である。又図8のLの様に、フイルター14の下
部横一列に切り起こしスリット部15を口を下に向けて数
個所設ける事により、レンジフード7のフイルター後受
8内にて、スリット15によりフイルター14は浮き加減と
なり、フイルター14により回収した油10を、効率良く穴
11より油回収容器内12に溜るようになしたる、グリスフ
イルターである。又切り起こしスリットの物は、清掃中
に手を切るトラブルを発生するが、これに対してパンチ
ング式の場合には清掃性はもっとも良いフイルターであ
る。
