Description

Movable panel assembly for side-type range hood and side-type range hood
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of side-draught cigarette machines, in particular to a movable panel assembly for a side-draught cigarette machine and a side-draught cigarette machine with the movable panel assembly.
Background
At present, various side-suction range hoods, also called side-suction range hoods, exist in the market. The side-suction type range hood generally has a movable panel which is opened in the working state of the side-suction type range hood and forms a smoke collecting area facing the oil smoke with the main body of the side-suction type range hood so as to achieve the effect of gathering the smoke. In contrast, in the inoperative state of the side-smoking machine, the movable panel is closed. The movable panel in the closed condition typically forms part of a surface of the side-smoking machine.
When the movable panel is opened to gather the smoke, droplets, particularly oil droplets, are easily formed on the inner surface of the movable panel due to the fact that the back surface (i.e., the surface facing the smoke) of the movable panel is contacted with a large amount of oil smoke, or water droplets are formed on the back surface of the movable panel by water vapor in cooking. These droplets tend to drip into the pot or onto the cooktop during cooking, contaminating the food or fouling the cooktop.
Disclosure of Invention
The application provides a movable panel assembly for a side-smoking machine and a side-smoking machine with the movable panel assembly. With the technical solution proposed in the present application, it is possible to avoid, in a simple and cost-effective manner, the droplets that condense on the back of the movable panel during cooking from contaminating the food or the hob.
According to a first aspect of the present application, there is provided an active panel assembly for a side-smoking machine, the active panel assembly having an active panel for guiding smoke and an oil sump mounted at a back of the active panel, the back of the active panel facing a smoke collection area of the side-smoking machine. In the activity panel assembly according to this application, the oil trap has open cell body and allows the fluid at the back of activity panel to flow into the oil trap because of gravity, is provided with at least one oil drain hole in the bottom of cell body, the oil drain hole has towards the inside opening of cell body, and under the open mode of activity panel assembly, the open-ended height of the inside opening of orientation cell body in oil drain hole is higher than under the closed mode of activity panel assembly for under the open mode of activity panel assembly, the oil trap can collect the fluid.
Here, "the oil sump is capable of collecting the fluid" means, in particular, that in the open state of the movable panel assembly, the fluid flowing into the oil sump from the back side of the movable panel due to gravity cannot flow out of the oil sump through the at least one oil drain hole, so that in the open state of the movable panel assembly, the fluid on the back side of the movable panel does not contaminate the food being cooked or soil the cooking top.
Furthermore, according to the movable panel assembly of the present application, the groove body of the oil sump has in particular a sufficient depth such that the fluid collected in the oil sump in the open state of the movable panel assembly, for example, does not overflow through the oil drain hole beyond the opening of the oil drain hole towards the interior of the groove body. Reference should be made herein to the amount of fluid that can condense on the back of the movable panel under normal cooking conditions, and in particular to the power of the side-smoking machine and the size of the movable panel, etc.
According to a preferred embodiment of the active panel assembly of the present application, the active panels in the active panel assembly are inclined to the horizontal plane in the open state. By "inclined to the horizontal in the open state" is meant in particular that the fixed end of the movable panel, which is connected to the side-smoking machine, is directed obliquely downwards towards the ground towards a line connecting the free ends, which line encloses in particular an acute angle with the horizontal. Therefore, the movable panel and the main body of the side smoke exhaust machine form a smoke collecting area facing the oil smoke for achieving the effect of gathering the smoke.
According to a preferred embodiment of the active panel assembly of the present application, the active panels in the active panel assembly are perpendicular to the horizontal plane in the closed state. In other words, the movable panel in the closed state of the movable panel assembly constitutes a vertical wall which in particular constitutes a part of the outer surface of the side-smoking machine.
According to a preferred embodiment of the movable panel assembly of the present application, the movable panels in the movable panel assembly can also be inclined to the horizontal in the closed state, wherein "inclined to the horizontal in the closed state" especially means opposite with respect to a vertical plane compared to "inclined to the horizontal in the open state", i.e. the movable panels in the open state are located on both sides of the vertical plane with the movable panels in the closed state.
According to a preferred embodiment of the inventive movable panel assembly, the groove body of the oil sump has an elongated main body and a bottom, wherein the bottom is configured flat or with corners. A flat base means in particular that the base is an elongated rectangular plane, and a base with angled corners means in particular that the base has two elongated rectangular planes of the same length, the respective long sides of which are joined to one another so as to enclose an angle of in particular more than 90 °.
The oil collecting groove is arranged on the back of the movable panel by one longitudinal side wall of the groove body. The length of the body of the oil sump is preferably slightly less than the length of the movable panel, for example the length of the body is less than 1cm of the length of the movable panel, so that the oil sump is able to collect fluid substantially across the back of the movable panel. Furthermore, the oil-repellent openings form in particular the same long side of the bottom directly, for example they are arranged along the same long side of a long rectangular plane of the bottom which is formed flat; or oleophobic holes are formed, for example, in the corners of the base. In the closed state of the movable panel assembly, fluid in the oil sump drains out of the oil sump through the oleophobic aperture due to gravity. Here, the fluid in the sump drains from the oleophobic pores, inter alia, due to: the opening of the oil dredging hole facing the interior of the groove body is positioned at the lower position of the bottom in the closing state of the movable panel assembly. After exiting the oleophobic aperture, the fluid can drip, for example, into a cup on the underside of the side smoking machine.
According to a preferred embodiment of the active panel assembly of the present application, the at least one oil evacuation hole can be a punched hole directly constructing the same longitudinal side of the bottom portion. In other words, the oleophobic opening can be provided on the bottom of the housing directly by way of punching, which is cost-effective.
According to the preferred embodiment of the movable panel assembly of the present application, in the closed state of the movable panel assembly, the opening of the oleophobic hole toward the inside of the tank body is located at the lowest point of the inside of the tank body. For example, the oil-repellent openings are arranged in close contact with the same long side of a rectangular plane that is long and flat in the bottom of the tank, or the oil-repellent openings are arranged in the transition between the bottom and the side walls of the tank, i.e. across the bottom and the side walls of the tank. Furthermore, the oleophobic hole can preferably also be arranged at the corner of the angled bottom, i.e. across two elongate rectangular planes of the angled bottom. Furthermore, preferably, in the open state of the movable panel assembly, the other longitudinal side of the bottom remote from the movable panel is located at the lowest point inside the slot body, thereby advantageously achieving that the opening of the oil drain hole towards the inside of the slot body is higher in height than the other longitudinal side, so that the oil sump is able to accumulate fluid in the open state of the movable panel assembly.
It can be seen here that during movement of the movable panel assembly from the open condition to the closed condition, the lowest point inside the channel body shifts from the other lengthwise side (i.e., the lengthwise side without the oil drain hole) to the region of the bottom of the oil sump having the oil drain hole, thereby enabling fluid accumulated in the oil sump during operation of the side-shooter to be discharged through the oil drain hole. During this transfer of the lowest point, the fluid accumulated in the sump is typically a relatively viscous oil droplet with a relatively slow flow rate and therefore is not typically drained from the oleophobic orifice without the movable panel assembly having been fully closed.
According to a preferred embodiment of the movable panel assembly of the present application, the oil sump is adhesively mounted on the underside of the back face of the movable panel. The adhesive used for bonding can be an adhesive known to the person skilled in the art for bonding household appliances, whereby costs can advantageously be reduced.
According to a preferred embodiment of the movable panel assembly of the present application, the longitudinal side wall of the trough body, which is connected to the movable panel, is connected to the movable panel only at the opening of the oil sump in the longitudinal direction, the longitudinal side wall and the movable panel enclosing an angle different from zero. In this way it can advantageously be achieved that, for example in the case of a movable panel perpendicular to the horizontal in the closed state of the movable panel assembly, the bottom of the groove is not parallel to the horizontal, so that the opening of the oil drain hole facing the interior of the groove is located at the lowest point of the interior of said groove.
According to a preferred embodiment of the movable panel assembly according to the application, the longitudinal side wall connected to the movable panel is completely attached to the back of the movable panel, which is particularly advantageous if the bottom of the oil sump has a bend, since in this way it is possible in a simple manner both to ensure the connection strength of the oil sump to the movable panel and to achieve that in the open state of the movable panel assembly the opening of the oleophobic opening into the interior of the tank is higher than in the closed state of the movable panel assembly.
According to a preferred embodiment of the movable panel assembly of the present application, the oil sump further has a baffle such that fluid inside the movable panel is guided by the baffle into the oil sump due to gravity.
According to a preferred embodiment of the movable panel assembly according to the present application, the deflector is configured to be elongated and arranged lengthwise on an elongated side wall of the open side of the tank, wherein the deflector is obliquely directed to the bottom of the tank and encloses an angle with said elongated side wall which is not zero. For example, the flow guide plate is an elongated rectangular plate having a long side of the same length as the groove body of the oil sump, a long side of the rectangular plate is connected to one side wall of the oil sump in the longitudinal direction, and the rectangular plate and the side wall enclose an acute angle, for example, an acute angle of 10 ° to 70 °.
According to the preferable embodiment of the movable panel assembly of the present application, the oil sump is installed at the lower side of the back of the movable panel with one lengthwise side wall of the tank body, and the lengthwise side wall connected with the movable panel is the lengthwise side wall having the guide plate among the two lengthwise side walls of the tank body. That is, in the open state of the movable panel assembly, the fluid on the back of the movable panel flows downward due to gravity, first flows onto the guide plate without contacting the side wall of the groove body of the oil collecting tank, and is guided by the guide plate to drop to the bottom of the oil collecting tank.
According to a preferred embodiment of the movable panel assembly of the present application, the oleophobic aperture is arranged on one side of the flat configured bottom of the trough body close to the elongate side wall on which the baffle is arranged, the baffle being directed to the other side of the bottom. This makes it possible to implement in a simple manner: in the open state of the movable panel assembly, fluid guided by the baffle reaches the other side of the bottom as it drips off the baffle.
According to a preferred embodiment of the active panel assembly of the present application, the baffle is directed to an area of the bottom of the slot body where the oil drain hole is absent. In this case, in the open state of the movable panel assembly, the deflector guides the fluid of the movable panel back to the area outside the oleophobic hole in the bottom; in the closed state of the movable panel assembly, the guide plate guides the fluid on the back of the movable panel to the area of the groove body without the oil drain hole or directly to the oil drain hole. That is, in the open state of the movable panel assembly, it is important that the fluid guided by the deflector does not fall to the oil-repellent hole but falls to an area of the bottom of the tank body where there is no oil-repellent hole; and in the closed state of the movable panel assembly, the fluid can flow to the oil-repellent hole at the bottom of the groove body and can also flow to other areas of the groove body through the guide of the guide plate, such as the side wall of the groove body or the areas without the oil-repellent hole in the bottom.
According to a preferred embodiment of the movable panel assembly of the present application, the oil sump is integrally formed of a metal plate material.
According to a preferred embodiment of the movable panel assembly of the present application, the oil sump and the baffle are integrally formed of a metal plate.
By using sheet metal for the integrated oil sump design, in particular sheet metal forming, oil sumps meeting the requirements of the present application can be manufactured in a cost-effective manner.
According to a second aspect of the present application, there is provided a side-smoking machine having a smoke inlet and a movable panel assembly, wherein the movable panel assembly is rotatably mounted at the smoke inlet. In particular an active panel assembly having one or a combination of features according to those set out in the above description.
According to the side-smoking machine of the present application, the movable panel assembly is preferably tilted to the horizontal in the open position after being mounted on the side-smoking machine.
According to the side smoking machine of the present application, preferably, the movable panel assembly is perpendicular to the horizontal plane in the closed state or inclined to the horizontal plane on the opposite side of the open state with respect to the vertical plane.

The principles, features and advantages of the present application may be better understood by describing the application in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The drawings comprise:
1a-1c schematically illustrate a first embodiment of an active panel assembly according to the present application;
fig. 2a-2c schematically show a second embodiment of an active panel assembly according to the present application.
Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present application more apparent, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and exemplary embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and do not limit the scope of the present application.
It is first noted that the directional terms used herein refer to conventional usage of a side-draw machine for ease of description and are not to be construed as absolute limits on the corresponding features.
Fig. 1a-1c show side views of a movable panel assembly according to a first embodiment of the present application, having a movable panel 1 for guiding smoke and a sump 2 mounted on the back of the movable panel 1. The oil sump 2 has an open sump body 3, and at least one oil drain hole 4 is provided in a bottom 5 of the sump body 3, the oil drain hole 4 having an opening toward the inside of the sump body 3. The oil drain opening 4 can be provided in a cost-effective manner directly on the bottom 5 of the housing 3 by means of a stamping. The length of the body 3 of the oil sump is slightly less than the length of the movable panel 1 (not shown in fig. 1a-1 c) so that the oil sump is able to collect fluid substantially across the entire rear face of the movable panel.
In fig. 1a to 1c, the trough body 3 has a flat bottom 5, which bottom 5 is an elongated rectangular plane, only the cross section of the bottom 5 being shown in fig. 1a to 1 c. The oleophobic holes 4 in the bottom 5 are provided in the transition of the bottom 5 and the side wall of the tank 3 close to the mobile panel 1, i.e. across the bottom of the tank and the side wall of the mobile panel 1.
In the first embodiment shown in fig. 1a-1c, the trough body 3 is constructed integrally with the deflector 6, and the connection of the trough body 3 to the deflector 6 is at the same time the connection of the oil sump 2 to the movable panel 1. The deflector 6 is connected at the opening of the tank 3 to a longitudinal side wall of the tank 3, which encloses an angle with the movable panel 1 that is not zero, in particular an acute angle in fig. 1a-1 c. In this way, in the closed state of the movable panel assembly, the bottom 5 of the groove body 3 is not parallel to the horizontal plane, so that the opening of the oil drain hole 4 facing the inside of the groove body 3 is located at the lowest point of the oil sump 2.
In the first embodiment shown in fig. 1a-1c, the oil sump 2 is provided on the back of the movable panel 1, for example by means of adhesive bonding. The deflector 6 is directed obliquely downward toward the bottom 5 of the housing 3 at an angle different from zero, for example, an acute angle of 10 to 70 with respect to the lengthwise side wall contacting the movable panel 1, and the deflector 6 is directed toward a region of the bottom 5 where the oil drain hole 4 is not present. The flow guide plate 6 is a rectangular plate with a long side having the same length as the groove body 3 of the oil collecting tank 2. In the open state of the movable panel assembly, the fluid on the back of the movable panel 1 flows downwards due to the action of gravity, flows onto the guide plate 6 firstly, is not contacted with the side wall of the groove body 3 of the oil collecting groove 2, and is led by the guide plate 6 to drop to the bottom 5 of the oil collecting groove.
Fig. 1c shows the open state of the active panel assembly. In the open state of the movable panel shown in fig. 1c, the height of the opening of the oil-repellent hole 4 towards the interior of the tank is higher than the height of said opening in the closed state of the movable panel assembly, or higher than the side of the bottom 5 of the tank 3 facing away from the movable panel 1 in the open state of the movable panel assembly. As can be seen from fig. 1c, fluid, in particular oil and water, which condenses on the back of the movable panel 1 can flow by gravity along the deflector 6 into the tank 3 and accumulate in the tank 3 at the corner formed by the bottom 5 and the side wall facing away from the movable panel 1. Because the oil drain hole 4 is located at a higher position toward the opening inside the tank body, the fluid flowing into the oil collection tank 2 from the back of the movable panel 1 due to gravity cannot flow out of the oil collection tank 2 through the oil drain hole 4, so that the fluid on the back of the movable panel 1 does not contaminate food being cooked or contaminate the cooking bench in the open state of the movable panel assembly.
Fig. 1a and 1b show two closed states of the active panel assembly, respectively, wherein the active panel 1 is perpendicular to the horizontal plane in the closed state of the active panel assembly shown in fig. 1 a. In other words, the movable panel 1 in the closed condition forms a vertical wall which is in flush engagement with the main body 7 of the side-smoking machine forming part of the outer surface of the side-smoking machine. Furthermore, in the closed state of the movable panel assembly shown in fig. 1b, the movable panel 1 is inclined to the horizontal plane, which inclined state is opposite with respect to a vertical plane compared to the movable panel 1 in the open state in fig. 1c, i.e. the movable panel 1 in fig. 1c is located on both sides of the vertical plane as compared to the movable panel 1 in fig. 1 b. The movable panel 1 of the movable panel assembly shown in figure 1b is in flush engagement with the main body 7 of the side-smoking machine, forming part of the outer surface of the side-smoking machine.
As can be seen from fig. 1a and 1b, in the closed state of the movable panel assembly, the opening of the oil-repellent hole 4 towards the interior of the tank body 3 is located at the lowest point of the interior of said tank body 3, so that the fluid in the oil sump 2 drains out of the oil sump 2 through the oil-repellent hole 4 due to gravity. As can be seen in fig. 1a and 1b, the fluid exits the oleophobic aperture 4 and can be directed via the back of the body 7 into the oil cup (not shown) on the underside of the side smoking machine.
Fig. 2a-2c schematically show side views of a second embodiment of the active panel assembly according to the present application. The active panel assembly in fig. 2a-2c substantially corresponds to the active panel assembly of fig. 1a-1c, and therefore identical elements or functionally identical elements are provided with the same reference numerals.
In figures 2a-2c, figures 2a and 2b show two closed states of the movable panel assembly, respectively, which correspond to figures 1a and 1b, respectively, wherein the movable panel 1 is perpendicular to the horizontal plane in the closed state of the movable panel assembly shown in figure 2a, the movable panel 1 in the closed state constituting a vertical wall which is in flush engagement with the main body 7 of the side smoking machine, constituting a part of the outer surface of the side smoking machine. Furthermore, in the closed state of the movable panel assembly shown in fig. 2b, the movable panel 1 is inclined to the horizontal plane, which inclined state is opposite with respect to a vertical plane compared to the movable panel 1 in the open state in fig. 2c, i.e. the movable panel 1 in fig. 2c is located on both sides of the vertical plane as compared to the movable panel 1 in fig. 2 b. The movable panel 1 of the movable panel assembly shown in figure 2b is in flush engagement with the main body 7 of the side-smoking machine, forming part of the outer surface of the side-smoking machine.
Fig. 2c shows the open state of the active panel assembly. In the open state of the movable panel shown in fig. 2c, the height of the opening of the oil-repellent hole 4 towards the interior of the tank is higher than the height of said opening in the closed state of the movable panel assembly, or higher than the side of the bottom 5 of the tank 3 facing away from the movable panel 1 in the open state of the movable panel assembly. As can be seen from fig. 2c, fluid, in particular oil and water, which condenses on the back of the movable panel 1 can flow into the tank 3 along the deflector 6 due to gravity and accumulate in the tank 3 at the corner formed by the bottom 5 and the side wall remote from the movable panel 1, because the other longitudinal side of the bottom 5 remote from the movable panel 1 is located at the lowest point of the interior of the tank 3.
The difference of the movable panel assembly in fig. 2a-2c compared to fig. 1a-1c is that the bottom part 5 is configured with an angled corner. The angled bottom 5 has two elongate rectangular flat surfaces of equal length, the respective long sides of which, as can be seen in fig. 2a-2c, adjoin one another, thereby enclosing an angle of in particular more than 90 °. The oil drain holes 4 are configured at the corners of the bottom portion 5, i.e., arranged across two elongated rectangular planes of the bottom portion 5 having the corners.
Due to the configuration of the bottom 5 and the oil drain hole 4 in fig. 2a to 2c, the longitudinal side wall of the groove body 3 connected to the movable panel 1 is completely attached to the back of the movable panel 1, since this ensures in a simple manner both the connection strength of the oil sump 2 to the movable panel 1 and the opening of the oil drain hole 4 facing the interior of the groove body 3 in the open state of the movable panel assembly (fig. 2c) is higher than the height of this opening in the closed state of the movable panel assembly or than the side of the bottom 5 of the groove body 3 facing away from the movable panel 1 in the open state of the movable panel assembly.
Although specific embodiments have been described above, these embodiments are not intended to limit the scope of the disclosure, even if only a single embodiment is described with respect to a particular feature. The characteristic examples provided in the disclosure of the present application are intended to be illustrative, not limiting, unless differently stated. In the specific implementation, a plurality of features can be combined with each other according to actual needs, where technically feasible. Various substitutions, alterations, and modifications may be devised without departing from the spirit and scope of the present application.
