Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a decorative panel of a high quality in a short period of time by keeping a heating temperature at a specified temperature ( deg.C) or lower, and compensating the shortage of a heating value of the heating temperature by the increase of a compressing force, when a decorative sheet is attached to a base panel by heating them by heat blow while compressing by a roll. CONSTITUTION:When a decorative panel is manufactured, at a process (A), a decorative sheet 2 is laminated on a base panel 1. Then, at a process (B), an R surface 3 is machined at the ends of the base panel 1 while leaving the decorative sheet 2 on the surface as it is. Then, at respective processes (C), (D), on the R surfaces 3 of the base panel 1, a hot melting adhesive 4 and vinyl chloride adhesive 5 are applied in order. Then, at a process (E), the adhesives are dried by heat blow, and the decorative sheet 2 is bonded to the R surface 3 by pressing by compressing rolls 6. At the same time, the sticking out decorative sheet 2 is trimmed by an automatic cutter. Then, the heating temperature by heat blow is kept at 50 deg.C or lower, and the shortage of heating value by the heating temperature is compensated by the increasing of the roll compressing force.

Hereinafter, a conventional method of manufacturing a decorative board with an R surface will be described with reference to FIG. First, as shown in FIG. 2 (A), an edge of a substrate 11 made of wood is cut by a cutting machine along a dotted line to form an R surface 12. Next, as shown in FIG. 1B, the adhesive 13 is applied to the main surface including the R surface 12 of the substrate 11 by spraying or brushing. Next, a decorative sheet 14 having a pattern is attached to the main surface of the substrate 11 as shown in FIG. Here, the decorative sheet 14 is made of di-allyl phthalate (DAP), melamine, veneer, coated paper, or a vinyl chloride sheet. Further, as shown in FIG. 3D, the decorative sheet 14 is adhered to the substrate 11 by heating and pressing. Of course, the R surface 12 is also pressed and adhered by a pressure roller or the like. Then, as a final step, as shown in FIG. 8E, the protruding extra portion of the decorative sheet 14 is cut by a cutter to complete the decorative plate.

The above-mentioned conventional method for manufacturing a decorative plate is performed by applying the adhesive 13 shown in FIG. 2B, applying the decorative sheet 14 shown in FIG. Each of the stretching process and the heating and pressing process shown in FIG. 2 (D) requires labor and working time. For example, each process requires 15 minutes, which leads to poor productivity, cost increase, and also in terms of deburry. There are many problems. Also, it is difficult to manufacture the decorative sheet because it is thermally deformed when heated. Especially, when the decorative sheet is PVC, the thermal deformation is caused, and the buckling on the R side makes the product difficult to be manufactured. However, there was a problem that it could not be completed.

When the decorative sheet is adhered to the substrate having the R surface, the above-mentioned method for manufacturing a decorative plate is apt to cause thermal deformation by setting the heating temperature by heat blow to 50 ° C. which is lower than the temperature required for the adhesion. The heat deformation of the decorative sheet is prevented, and the insufficient amount of heat for bonding is compensated by the roll pressing force, so that the decorative sheet can be sufficiently bonded.

Next, as shown in FIG. 1B, at the end of the substrate 1, the decorative sheet 2 is left and the R surface 3 is processed and formed. Next, as shown in FIG. 1C, a hot melt adhesive 4 is sprayed on the R surface 3 of the substrate 1. Next, Figure 1
As shown in (D), an acrylic copolymer emulsion and a sunflower adhesive 5 are sprayed on the R surface 3.

When a vinyl chloride sheet is used as the decorative sheet 2, the vinyl chloride sheet is heated to 60 ° C. when heated.
If it exceeds, thermal deformation will occur. The hot air temperature during the heating is 4
When an experiment was performed every 0 ° C., 50 ° C., 60 ° C., 70 ° C., it was confirmed that no problem occurred up to 50 ° C.

Therefore, in the present invention, the temperature is lowered at the time of heating after the adhesive is sprayed in the above step, and the blow is adjusted so that the surface temperature of the decorative sheet 2 is maintained at 50 ° C. or lower. The lowering of the temperature causes a shortage of heat required for bonding, but the number of pressing rolls is increased to increase the subsequent pressing amount (pressing time × pressing force) to compensate for the insufficient amount of heat for the temperature decrease.
