ツターカーテンを上下昇降動せしめるようにしたものが
ある。この様な場合には、シヤツターカーテンの下降を
邪魔する障害物があつても制御室からは直接確認するこ
とができず、そこで、障害物が有ることを知らずに下降
制御指令を出すと、シヤツターカーテンが障害物に衝接
して障害物が破損したりシヤツターカーテンの逆巻き現
象が生じて電動シヤツター自身が損傷してしまうなどの
種々の不都合があつた。 【0003】そこで座板に障害物を感知する感知体を設
け、シヤツターカーテン下降の際に感知体が障害物を感
知することでシヤツターカーテンの下降を停止するよう
に構成したものがある。しかるに従来、障害物を感知す
る感知体は、障害物によつて押圧接触されることで閉成
して感知する例えばテープスイツチの如きものを座板下
面に取付けることで構成していた。このため、障害物の
感知は、障害物がテープスイツチを挟んで座板に直接押
圧せしめられた状態となつてしまい、従つて障害物の感
知によつて直ちにシヤツターカーテンが停止したとして
も、障害物は座板に押圧されて破損してしまうことがし
ばしばある許りでなく、単にシヤツターカーテンを停止
せしめただけでは障害物に座板が押圧した状態のままで
あるため障害物を取除くことができず、そこで障害物の
感知によつて停止したシヤツターカーテンを該停止位置
から適当量だけ上昇せしめる等の配慮をする必要があつ
て、制御機構の複雑化の要因となつていた。 【0004】そこで座板の下方に光線を走らせ、障害物
が光線を遮断することで障害物を感知するようにしたも
のが提案されているが、このものは従来、座板の左右両
側に一対の反射板を設け、シヤツターケース等に取付け
た投受光器からの光線を、該投受光器と一方の反射板と
の間の縦方向と、左右の反射板間の横方向とに反射せし
めながら走らせ、左右反射板間の光線が障害物によつて
遮断されることで感知するようにしていた。しかるにこ

ヤツターカーテン最下端の座板におけるガイドレールに
隠れる左右両端部には、シヤツターカーテンの下降を邪
魔する障害物が座板に接触する以前に光路が遮断される
よう座板下面よりも下方に突出した位置に投光器と受光
器とを配する一方、さらに座板には、前記光路の遮断で
昇降制御機構側の受信器に停止信号を送信する送信器
と、該送信器並びに投受光器を作動せしめる電源とを設
けると共に、さらに前記投受光器は、下側からの押し上
げで座板下面から座板内に没入できるよう座板に対して
出没自在に設けられており、かつシヤツターカーテンの
上限状態、下限状態で電源を切るための切換えスイツチ
が設けられていることを特徴とするものである。 【0006】そして本考案は、この構成によつて、座板

た受信器11に光信号を発するものであり、しかもこの
送信器10からの光信号は、前記光路Bが遮断されてい
ないときには何ら発信されることはないが、シヤツター
カーテン1の下降を邪魔する障害物の存在で光路Bが遮
断されることで発信されるようになつている。さらに受
信器11は前述の昇降制御機構Aに連動連結せしめられ
ていて、送信器10からの光信号を受信することで昇降
制御機構Aに対してシヤツターカーテン1の下降を停止

物があつた場合、座板5が障害物に衝接する以前で確実

は、座板5の左右両端部に設けた投受光器7、8を用い
て直接形成したものであるから、従来の反射板を用いて
形成したものの如く光損失が殆んどなく、従つて投光器
7側では殊更光量の大きいものを使用する必要がなく、
また受光器8側では特に感度の優れたものを使用する必
要がなくなつて汎用性が極めて高いものとすることがで
きる許りか、投受光器7、8を消費電力が少なく、かつ
ガイドレール3内に充分納まる小型のものとすることが
できる。 【0013】さらに送信器10は、光路Bが障害物によ
つて遮断されたときにのみ送信器10から光信号を発す
るようになつているから、送信器10による電力消費は

に投受光器を作動せしめる電源とを設けると共に、さら
に前記投受光器は、下側からの押し上げで座板下面から
座板内に没入できるよう座板に対して出没自在に設けら
れており、かつシヤツターカーテンの上限状態、下限状
態で電源を切るための切換えスイツチが設けられている
