[Prior art and problems to be solved by the present invention] Generally, in this type of electric shutter, an electric motor is driven by a remote control command from a control room installed in a separate location to raise and lower the shutter curtain. There is something that makes it move. In such a case, even if there is an obstacle that prevents the shutter curtain from descending, it cannot be directly confirmed from the control room, and if a descending control command is issued without knowing that there is an obstacle, There have been various inconveniences such as the shutter curtain colliding with an obstacle and damaging the obstacle, or the shutter curtain winding backwards and damaging the electric shutter itself.

Therefore, a sensor is installed on the seat board to detect obstacles.
Some shutter curtains are configured to stop the shutter curtain from descending when a sensor detects an obstacle when the shutter curtain is lowering. However, conventionally,
The sensing body for sensing an obstacle is constructed by attaching something, such as a tape switch, to the underside of the seat plate, which closes and senses when pressed into contact with the obstacle. For this reason, when sensing an obstacle, the obstacle is pressed directly against the seat plate with the tape switch in between, so even if the shutter curtain stops immediately upon sensing the obstacle, Obstacles are often pushed against the seat plate and damaged, and simply stopping the shutter curtain will leave the seat plate pressed against the obstacle, making it difficult to remove the obstacle. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures such as raising the shutter curtain, which has stopped due to the detection of the obstacle, by an appropriate amount from the stopped position.
This was a factor in complicating the control mechanism.

Therefore, a system has been proposed in which a light beam is passed below the seat plate and the obstacle is detected by blocking the light beam. is provided, and the beam from the emitter/receiver attached to the shutter case or the like is reflected in the vertical direction between the emitter/receiver and one of the reflectors, and in the horizontal direction between the left and right reflectors, Detection was done when the light beam between the left and right reflectors was blocked by an obstacle. However, with this device, it is extremely difficult to adjust the angle of the reflector, as the beam from the emitter/receiver must be accurately changed vertically and horizontally by reflecting it, and instead it uses the reflection of light. In addition, there are problems such as the light attenuation (loss) is severe at points, requiring a strong light source and a highly sensitive light receiving system. If this happens, the reflector will touch the ground before the seat plate when fully closed, and if it stops at this point, it will be in an incompletely closed state where the seat plate does not touch the ground. On the other hand, there were still problems in that if the seat plate was lowered until it touched the ground, the reflector would be pressed against the ground and be damaged.

On the other hand, as shown in Utility Model Application No. 57-96377,
It has been proposed that the emitter and receiver be installed at both the left and right ends of the seat plate, protruding below the bottom surface of the seat plate, eliminating the need for a reflector. Obstacles are detected by surrounding the optical path with a flexible obstacle abutting member and blocking the optical path due to the deformation of the obstacle abutting member. An elastic rubber plate is interposed between the abutting member and the lower surface of the seat plate to provide cushioning when the obstacle abutting member abuts against an obstacle. Efforts are being made to prevent obstacles from being damaged or becoming impossible to remove by pressing elastically. However, this device still detects obstacles by contact, so if the obstacle is softer than the obstacle abutting member or the elastic rubber plate, the sensor will not detect the obstacle until it has penetrated deeply into the obstacle. When it comes to obstacle detection, it is not inferior to sensitive obstacle detection.
If the obstacle is a human being and it comes into contact with the obstacle abutting member, the person will reflexively try to escape in order to protect itself, and in doing so, it will forcibly pull the obstacle abutting member and bend it. As a result, there is a problem in that the obstacle abutting member does not return to its original state, resulting in a lack of reliability.

[Means for solving the problem] The present invention was devised to provide a safety switch for an electric shutter that can solve the above-mentioned problems. In an electric shutter that is driven to move the shutter curtain up and down, a light emitter and a light receiver are arranged at both left and right ends of the seat plate at the lowest end of the shutter curtain so as to protrude below the lower surface of the seat plate. The space between the emitter and receiver below the bottom surface of the seat plate is set in an open state with nothing present, and an optical path exposed to the outside is formed between the light emitter and receiver below the bottom surface of the seat plate. The exposed optical path is configured to be blocked before an obstacle that obstructs the lowering of the shutter curtain comes into contact with the lower surface of the seat plate, and the seat plate is further provided with a receiver on the elevation control mechanism side that blocks the optical path. A transmitter for transmitting a stop signal to the device, and a power source for operating the transmitter and the light emitter/receiver are provided, and the light emitter/receiver can be inserted into the seat plate from the bottom surface of the seat plate by pushing up from below. It is characterized by being provided so that it can freely appear and retract from the seat plate.

Reference numeral 5 denotes a seat plate attached to the lower end of the shutter curtain 1. In this embodiment, the seat plate 5 has a cylindrical shape. Both ends are open by notching the bottom surface. A movable box 6 is fitted into the opening 5a so as to be slidable in the vertical direction, and in the position before the shutter curtain 1 reaches the lower limit position, the movable box 6 is pushed by its own weight to the seat plate 5.
Although the movable box 6 protrudes further downward, when the shutter curtain 1 is lowered to the lower limit position, the bottom surface of the movable box 6 touches the floor and sinks into the seat plate 5, so that the seat plate 5 is in contact with the floor. It's summery.

Reference numeral 7 indicates a light emitter installed in one movable box 6, and 8 indicates a light receiver installed in the other movable box 6.
By hanging below the bottom surface of the seat plate 5, there is no covering underneath the seat plate 5 and it is exposed to the outside.
An optical path B is formed which is directly blocked by the presence of an obstacle. These light emitters and receivers 7 and 8, as well as a transmitter 10 to be described later, are connected to a power source (battery) 9 provided at an appropriate position on the upper surface of the seat plate 5 on the indoor side via a lead wire 9a. The transmitter 10
is attached to the upper surface of the indoor side of the seat plate 5 like the power supply 9, but it emits an optical signal to the receiver 11 attached to the shutter case 4 side, and the optical signal from this transmitter 10 is not transmitted at all when the optical path B is not blocked, but is transmitted when the optical path B is blocked by the presence of an obstacle that obstructs the lowering of the shutter curtain 1. . Furthermore, the receiver 11 is interlocked and connected to the above-mentioned elevation control mechanism A,
By receiving the optical signal from the transmitter 10, a stop command to stop the lowering of the shutter curtain 1 is issued to the elevation control mechanism A.

In the embodiment of the present invention configured as described above, when a command to lower the shutter curtain 1 is issued from the elevation control mechanism A, the electric motor 2 is driven in response to this command, and the shutter curtain 1 is lowered. That will happen. At this time, if an obstacle occurs during the lowering stroke of the shutter curtain 1 and prevents the shutter curtain 1 from descending, the present invention allows the lower part of the seat plate 5 to be moved downward before the seat plate 5 collides with the obstacle. The formed optical path B is directly blocked by an obstacle, and the transmitter 10 receiving this causes the transmitter 10 to transmit an optical signal to the receiver 11 side, so that the lowering of the shutter curtain 1 is immediately stopped. Become.

In this way, in the present invention, the presence or absence of an obstacle is detected by directly blocking the optical path B running below the seat plate 5, and if an obstacle is encountered, the presence or absence of the obstacle is detected before the seat plate 5 collides with the obstacle. The shutter curtain 1 can be stopped at any time, and damage to obstacles can be prevented. Since it is directly formed using a reflective plate, there is almost no light loss compared to the case formed using a conventional reflector plate. Therefore, there is no need to use a particularly large amount of light on the projector 7 side, and On the side of the light emitting device 8, there is no need to use a device with particularly high sensitivity, making it extremely versatile. It can be made small enough to fit inside.

Furthermore, since the transmitter 10 emits an optical signal only when the optical path B is blocked by an obstacle, the power consumption by the transmitter 10 is extremely small during normal times when there are no obstacles. It is. Therefore, the light emitters and receivers 7 and 8 as well as the transmitter 10
is operated by a power supply 9 that is completely independent from the shutter case 4 side (building side), but the durability of the power supply 9 can be significantly extended, and the power supply 9 can be replaced or replaced over a long period of time. Charging can be made unnecessary. Furthermore, the optical path between the emitter and receiver 7 and 8 can be adjusted vertically and horizontally using reflectors as in the past.
There is no need to bend 90 degrees, and it can be done directly using the linearly arranged emitters and receivers 7 and 8, so the optical axis adjustment is not only extremely easy, but also easy to adjust due to slight vibrations. Accurate sensing can be reliably performed in a non-contact state without blurring.

Furthermore, since the light emitters and receivers 7 and 8 are housed in a movable box 6 that can move in and out of the seat plate 5, when the light emitters and receivers are fully closed, the light emitters and receivers 7 and 8 are pushed up from below by the ground. As a result, the seat plate 5 can be immersed in the seat plate 5 without being obstructed by the light emitters and receivers 7 and 8 provided to form an optical path below the lower surface of the seat plate. It is possible to securely ground the seat plate 5, and the light emitters and receivers 7 and 8 are securely protected from being damaged by the weight of the shutter curtain 1. In order to protect the light emitters and receivers 7 and 8, it is possible to make holes in the ground corresponding to the light emitters and receivers 7 and 8, and protect them by immersing them there when the light emitters and receivers are fully closed. Because it is on the ground, mud and pebbles can easily enter and become clogged, making it impossible to provide reliable protection for the light emitters and receivers 7 and 8 over a long period of time, but this does not occur with the present invention.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, since the light emitters and receivers 7 and 8 are arranged in areas hidden behind the guide rail 3, even though the light emitters and receivers 7 and 8 protrude downward from the lower surface of the seat plate 5, This does not come into contact with people's eyes under normal conditions, so it cannot be tampered with, and the light emitters and receivers 7 and 8 can be reliably protected.

Further, there is a switch lever 12a that opens when the shutter curtain 1 comes off the guide rail 3 at the upper limit, and a switch lever 12b that opens when the shutter curtain 1 touches the ground and is pressed by the raised movable box 6 when the shutter curtain 1 reaches the lower limit. Since the switch 12 is provided with a switch 12, when the shutter curtain 1 is at the upper or lower limit, the power is turned off and the operation of the light emitter/receiver and the transmitter is automatically stopped, thereby reducing the waste of the power supply 9. This makes it even more convenient as it prevents excessive wear and tear.

[Operations and Effects] In summary, the present invention is constructed as described above, and the presence or absence of an obstacle is sensed by the light path running below the seat board being blocked, and the shutter curtain can be detected by detecting the presence or absence of an obstacle. Although it is possible to reliably stop the object before it comes into contact with the object and prevent damage to the object, the optical path for detecting the object is between the emitter and receiver installed at both the left and right ends of the seat plate. As a result, it is completely unnecessary to use a reflector that is difficult to adjust and has a large optical loss as in the past. Not only can this be done simply and reliably by direct adjustment of the mounting angle of the receiver, but it also enables completely non-contact obstacle detection and a detection light path that requires straight forward movement. Unlike covered models, the covering material is easily bent and obstacles cannot be detected, and the reliability is high, the light loss is extremely small, and the light intensity is weak on the projector side. can be used, and even if a receiver with low sensitivity is used, it is possible to detect obstacles with high accuracy.

Furthermore, since the emitter and receiver protrude below the bottom surface of the seat plate, the emitter and receiver come into contact with the ground first when fully closed, but at this time the emitter and receiver are pushed up from the ground. The person will be immersed in the seat board. As a result, the seat plate can be reliably grounded without being disturbed by the emitter/receiver that protrudes downward from its lower surface, making it possible to achieve a fully closed state with no gaps. The light receiver will not be damaged, and reliable protection of the light emitter and receiver can be reliably achieved over a long period of time.
