An overload detector is provided in the drive circuit of the opening / closing motor, and it is detected that the shutter curtain interferes with an obstacle by detecting a change in the number of revolutions when a load is applied, an increase in current value, and the like.

A light emitting source such as a photoelectric tube and a light receiver are provided on the case side that houses the shutter curtain, a reflector is provided on the seat plate of the shutter curtain, and the light projected from the light source and reflected by the reflector is detected by the light receiver. In this manner, the presence or absence of the obstacle is determined by detecting the state where the optical path is blocked by the obstacle or the seat plate interferes with the obstacle or the like and is tilted so that the reflected light does not enter the light receiver.

A plurality of light emitters are provided at predetermined intervals in the height direction on both the left and right guide rails of the shutter curtain, or one of the outer frames, and a light receiver is provided on the other side of the guide rail and the outer frame so as to face each light emitter. It is judged that an obstacle is present when either one of the light paths of the projector and the light receiver forming the block is blocked.

A tape switch is installed on the lower surface of the seat plate at the lower end of the shutter curtain, and a wireless transmitter that emits a detection signal by the operation of the tape switch is installed on the seat plate, and a receiver is installed in the case that houses the shutter curtain. When the object comes into contact with the object and operates, a detection signal is emitted from the transmitter, and the receiver receives the detection signal to determine the presence of an obstacle.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] However, in the case of using the overload detector, it is necessary to have a wide range of detection values so that malfunction does not occur when the guide rail slips badly or when wind pressure or the like acts. Therefore, the detection accuracy decreases. Also, in the case of reflected light detection,
A space for mounting a reflection plate, a photoelectric tube, etc. is required, and when the sash of the window frame or the shutter curtain is wound, it easily interferes with the slats. A signal converter and the like are also required. Therefore, it is not easy to fit, it is not good in appearance, and the optical axis alignment is troublesome. Further, in the case where a plurality of detection optical paths are provided in the shutter opening, even if there is an obstacle between the optical paths, it cannot be detected, the number of parts is large, and the wiring work is troublesome. Furthermore, the number of sensors increases, and the detection circuit for determining an obstacle becomes complicated. Furthermore, in the case where the tape switch is provided on the seat plate, the transmitter and the like are housed in the guide rails in order to improve the external appearance, but this makes the housing uncomfortable. Also, the transmitter requires a power source such as a battery,
Maintenance such as confirmation of the charged state of the battery and periodical replacement of the battery is required.

従って、上述した従来のシャッタ障害物検知装置は、
どれも一長一短があり充分であるとは言えなかった。
Therefore, the conventional shutter obstacle detection device described above,
None of them had merits and demerits, so it was not enough.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In the present invention, a tape switch is attached to one side of a guide rail of a shutter curtain, which is parallel to the shutter curtain, and has a width substantially equal to that of the shutter curtain at the lower end of the shutter curtain. The sensing lever is rotatably supported at least at both ends of the shutter curtain so as to be rotatable about a horizontal axis parallel to the surface of the shutter curtain, and the transmission lever is extended from the sensing lever and transmitted by the rotation of the sensing lever. The lever is configured to be pressed by the tape switch, and the tape switch is attached to one surface of the guide rail of the shutter curtain parallel to the shutter curtain, and the shutter curtain is attached to the lower end of the shutter curtain. A sensing lever of approximately the same width should be installed on at least both ends of the shutter curtain, and should be parallel to and horizontal to the surface of the shutter curtain. The shutter curtain is rotatably supported. One end of the shutter curtain is slidably in contact with the sensing lever and the other end is a floating lever capable of pressing the tape switch. It is characterized by being provided rotatably around the heart.

Next, if there is an obstacle in the operation range of the shutter curtain 1, the sensing lever 2 first comes into contact with the obstacle. By contacting the obstacle, the sensing lever 2 is pushed upward and rotated. By the rotation of the sensing lever 2, the floating bar 14 is further rotated in the clockwise direction, and finally the operating lever 17 presses the tape switch 5 to electrically actuate the tape switch 5 (ON state) (Fig. 5). . The controller 6 of the opening / closing motor (not shown) detects the operation of the tape switch 5 and stops or reverses the opening / closing motor to stop the movement of the shutter curtain 1.

Such an obstacle can be detected at any position in the shutter opening and the vertical direction. Further, since the sensing lever 2 and the skirting board 7 are rotatably fitted over the entire width, the obstacle can be detected. The sensing lever 2 does not rotate in a tilted state at any position in the width direction, and the movement upon contact with an obstacle is accurately transmitted to the floating bar 14.

[Advantages of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, the tape switch is operated by utilizing the movement of the rotatably provided sensing lever, and the configuration is extremely simple and the operation is reliable. Since the tape switch is provided on the inner surface of the guide rail, damage when an obstacle such as a carriage collides with the guide rail is prevented. Furthermore, it is not necessary to mount a transmitter or the like on the shutter curtain side, and its power supply is not required, so that it is excellent in mounting and storage properties and does not require maintenance, and thus various excellent effects are exhibited.
