Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a leakage of liquid from an open end, enhance the strength of fastening members and prevent deformation which is caused by a fastening force, by making the open ends of a fastening band overlap and by providing reinforcing ribs in the band attaching parts of the fastening members and the part where a lever attaching part and a locking strip are connected.
