いて帯状部材の内面に段差が殆んど生じることなく、し
かも係合部の傾斜部の存在でレバー基端部近傍を強固に
押圧し、被締付体、特にゴム製ブーツの場合、当該部分
を強く押圧するので、この部分に空間が生じることはな
い。
