Description of the Related Art Regarding Tay, it seems that there are few applications such as the present application, but the following description is made in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 66-5486. In the same application, page 1, line 6, "Provide a waterproof finish on the surface of the tee" and page 2, page 1
There is a description in lines 5 to 17 that "paraffin or water-repellent paint is used for waterproofing the surface". However, the characteristics of the main body of the Tay are essentially different from the composition and the like of the Tay based on the same application and the Tay based on the application already filed by the present applicant. For example, the Tay of the present application has a characteristic that it is immediately decomposed and disintegrated by water, but it is not in the same application. The present application intends to impart a gradual water resistance temporarily by subjecting these tees having such characteristics to a processing treatment, and therefore no application related to the present application was found.

No. 95, Japanese Patent Application No. 63-156698), both of which are strong in strength and can be sufficiently used as golf tees, but are sensitive to water. For example, when these are immersed in water, they easily absorb water. , Decomposes and disintegrates. Therefore, there was a practical concern regarding storage and transportation of these products. Therefore, in order to temporarily enhance the water resistance of these tees, a hydrophilic coating liquid is appropriately applied to the surface of the tee body as described below, or the tee body is appropriately heat-treated to be temporarily applied to these tees. By imparting gradual water resistance, the above practical anxiety was resolved. In addition, since the tay treated as in the present application is easily decomposed and disintegrated after being left on the ground for a period of time, it can contribute as a soil recycling tay and cause no environmental damage. According to the present invention, as described above, the tee formed by using the raw materials based on the patents already filed can be used for golf in terms of strength, but has a property of immediately absorbing, decomposing and disintegrating in water. Since this is a concern for practical use such as storage and transportation as a product, in the present application, these tees are subjected to a processing operation as described below to temporarily impart gradual water resistance to these tees. The purpose is to eliminate such practical anxiety.

Therefore, it was possible to prevent this by temporarily imparting gradual water resistance to these tees for eliminating the above anxiety. Therefore, as described below, the water resistance of the Tay body can be appropriately controlled according to the concentration difference or the number of times the hydrophilic body coating solution or the coating solution in which the color material is mixed is applied to the surface of the Tay body. In the same manner as described above, the above-mentioned tee such as C was able to temporarily impart water resistance to the C body in the same manner as described above.

For example, the tees are treated by immersing them in water. It maintains its form for 1, 3 or 10 days depending on the degree of processing, and absorbs water, decomposes and disintegrates with each passing day. Of course, since it is safe to leave it in its normal state, there is no practical concern about storage or transportation. In addition, the hydrophilic paint coating surface used for the processing of these tay bodies has a transparent luster color, and the paint coating surface mixed with a color material has a color corresponding to the color material, rather, these products It can contribute to the improvement of value. Furthermore, even if the tay treated in this way is left on the playground, it will easily absorb water, decompose, and disintegrate, and be returned to the soil to cause no damage to the environment.

It is a tee molded based on the patents of Japanese Patent No. 95 and Japanese Patent Application No. 63-1566698. That is, A is a molded product tee consisting only of the amount of organic material as a raw material, B is a molded product tee of a mixture of an organic material and a smaller amount of inorganic material, and B is a raw material. Let C be the molded product tee from the mixture consisting of All of these tees are sufficient for golf play in terms of strength, but they are hypersensitive to water. For example, if they are immersed in water, they easily absorb water, decompose, and disintegrate. In this case, this tendency becomes stronger as the number of organic materials increases. Therefore, there was practical concern about storage and transportation of the product. The purpose of the present application is to temporarily suppress the hypersensitivity of these tees to water and eliminate the anxiety as described above. For this reason, it was possible to almost reach the suppression purpose by the treatment as described below. As these methods, first of all, the surface of each of the above-mentioned molded products A, B, and C is coated on each body surface according to the density of the concentration of the hydrophilic coating liquid or the coating liquid in which a color material is appropriately dispersed in these liquids or the coating frequency. When soaked in water, its form is maintained for 1, 3, and 10 days, but it gradually absorbs water, decomposes, and disintegrates over time. In this case, as the hydrophilic paint to be used, a commercially available product or a hydrophilic adhesive such as polyvinyl acetate emulsion, polymethacrylic acid ester emulsion, copolymer solution of acrylic acid and methacrylic acid ester, or the like is used.
Furthermore, a liquid in which a color material is mixed in the above resin liquid, for example, a polymethacrylic acid ester emulsion liquid which is appropriately mixed in such as disazo yellow or red, or an appropriate cadmium sulfide in a copolymer solution of acrylic acid and methacrylic acid is added. The added liquid can also be used. In addition, next, the above C
In the case where the amount of the organic material is smaller than that of the inorganic material as described above, unlike the above case, the tay body can be given a temporary water resistance in the same manner as above by subjecting the tay body to an appropriate heat treatment. For example, the above tee in a microwave oven for 2 min, 5 m
When the heat-treated product for 10 minutes is immersed in water, the Tay body gradually decomposes and disintegrates day by day, 3 days, 10 days or longer depending on the degree of treatment. As described above, the microwave oven is used, and the dielectric heater is heated and heated by the following formula due to the penetration of the high frequency that oscillates when the dielectric heater (natural body) is placed in a uniform electric field. This is because, in this case, the heating body is uniformly heated in cross section, and the moisture contained therein generates heat, evaporates and is dried. P≈2πfε′tanδE 2 P ... Heating power, f ... Oscillation frequency (2450MH
z), ε ′ ... dielectric constant, tan δ ... dielectric cutoff, E
... Electrolytic strength. The Tee used in the above microwave oven is C-type and contains 35 to 40% of water content immediately after molding, but it becomes 3.5 to 4.0% in 5 minutes in the microwave oven, 3% in 8 minutes and 10 minutes. To reduce it to 2.8%. As described above, these C-forms can be temporarily imparted with stepwise water resistance depending on the heat treatment. As described above, since the tees appropriately processed in the present application are temporarily water-resistant, they are stable under normal conditions, and there are no worries in practical use such as storage and transportation. When left on the playground, it can be easily decomposed and broken down in nature and returned to the soil.

When thoroughly dipped and applied once to each tay body surface and left at room temperature for one day, when immersed in water, each tay gradually decomposed and disintegrated after 1 to 2 days. Next, when the above-mentioned other tees were applied three times and left at room temperature for one day, they were immersed in water. After 5 days, they were almost intact and gradually decomposed and disintegrated after 7 days.

Therefore, the purpose of the present application is to temporarily impart water resistance to these tees and eliminate the above anxiety. For this reason, these tay bodies are processed so that the water resistance of the tay can be maintained in stages depending on the density of the hydrophilic coating liquid or the coating liquid in which a color material is mixed in this liquid or the number of coatings, and With respect to the C body, it was possible to temporarily impart the water resistance to the Tee body in stages in the same manner as above depending on the heat treatment. From the above, water resistance is imparted by treatment as in the present application, and there is no change in the normal state of these tees, so there is no practical concern about storage or transportation of these treated tees, and as expected Quickly decomposes naturally when left on the playground,
It will not be destroyed and returned to the soil to cause any environmental damage.
