When you try to confirm whether the overload detection device operates normally by actually loading a predetermined load on the car, prepare multiple weights and load these weights on the car sequentially to detect the load. It is necessary to confirm the operating point of the switch. In this method, the maintenance staff must carry out the inefficient work of carrying a heavy weight by repeatedly going back and forth between the inside of the car and the landing.

In addition, in this type of overload detection device, the overload detection value initially set does not change drastically if set once. Therefore, during normal maintenance and inspection, the load detection switch is energized when the load detection switch is activated. It is sufficient to confirm that the operation blocking function circuit that blocks the operation of the car normally operates by being operated. Therefore, at the time of normal maintenance inspection, one of the maintenance personnel enters the bottom of the hoistway and manually operates the load detection switch that turns on when the loaded load reaches the specified value to check whether the operation blocking function circuit operates normally. We are confirming.

To check the operation of the operation prevention function circuit by manually operating the load detection switch by the maintenance personnel who have entered the bottom of the hoistway, a total of two maintenance personnel must be assigned to the bottom of the hoistway and the car. Therefore, the labor cost for maintenance work increases. Further, since it is necessary to confirm the function of the overload detection device in an automatic operation state, there is a problem in terms of security of maintenance personnel located at the bottom of the hoistway.

<Means for Solving the Problems> In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides an overload detection device that operates when the load of a car reaches a specified value and prevents the operation of the car, and an alarm. In an elevator apparatus equipped with an overload alarm that notifies overload by means of the above, an illumination lamp switch provided in the car and a power supply drive switch of the overload detection device are interlocked, and the power supply drive switch is turned off. By connecting an overload alarm operation prevention device to the drive side contact, switching the power supply drive switch to the open state in response to switching the lighting lamp switch to the extinguishing side, and forcibly the overload detection device. A function of the overload detection device that activates the operation prevention device of the overload alarm device and thereby prevents the operation of the car without operating the overload alarm device. It is provided with a means for confirming.

<Operation> In the present invention, when the switch for the illumination lamp is switched to the off side,
The same energization state as when the overload detection device detects the excess load of the car is set in the operation blocking function circuit. Therefore, the operation preventing function circuit operates in the same manner as when the overload is detected, the door opening preparation relay cannot be energized, the elevator door does not close, and the operation of the car is blocked.

As shown in the figure, between the power supply terminals P and N, one section of the interlocking type illumination light switch S 1 and the in-car illumination light L are connected in series with each other. Similarly, the power supply terminals P and N
In the meantime, the other section of the switch S 1 for illumination lamp, the switch WD of the load detector (not shown), the contact 43C 1 of the low speed operation command relay of the elevator and the overload detection relay 65W are connected in series with each other, and are connected in parallel to the switch WD. Door switch contacts 40 1
Are connected. An overload detection buzzer cutoff relay X is connected between the power supply terminal N and the cut-off terminal of the other section of the illuminating light switch S 1 . Here, the load detector and its switch WD are attached to the bottom of the car, and when the load detector detects that the loaded load is exceeded, the switch WD is turned off.

In the embodiment of the present invention having such a configuration, a series connection circuit of the switch S 1 for lighting lamp, the switch WD, the contact 43C 1 and the overload detection relay 65W, the switch S, the door opening operation button switch OB, and the contact 65W 2 , Contact TA 1 and door closing preparation relay 1
The series connection circuit of 00, the contact 100 and the door opening operation button switch CB which are connected to the contact TA 1 in parallel with each other in the series connection circuit form an operation blocking function circuit.

In this case, the power supply terminal P, the illumination lamp switch S 1, switch WD, contact 43C 1, closed circuit overload detection relay 65W and the power supply terminal N is formed, the overload detection relay 65W is excited state. Further, since the door of the car is open, the switch CLS is ON, and the contact 43C 2 of the low speed operation relay is also ON. Therefore, the door closing time limit timer TA operates and the contact is made after a predetermined time.
TA 1 turns on. When the contact TA 1 is turned on, the power supply terminal P, the switch S 1 the door opening operation button switch OB, the contact 65W 2 ,
Since the closed circuit is formed by the contact TA 1 , the door closing preparation relay 100 and the power supply terminal N, the door closing preparation relay 100 is excited. In this way, when the door close preparation relay 100 is excited, the door is closed and the elevator is ready for operation. In this case, even if the door close operation button switch CB is operated regardless of the door close time limit timer TA, the door is closed and the elevator becomes operable.

However, when the user exceeds the prescribed load and gets into the car, the load detector detects the excess of the load and the switch WD is turned off. When the switch WD is turned off, the overload detection relay 65W is not excited, so the contact 65W 1 is turned on and the contact 65W 2 is turned off.

In this way, when the contact 65W 1 is turned on, the overload detection buzzer BZ operates, and the user is notified that the load has exceeded. Further, since the contact 65W 2 is in the OFF state, the door closing preparation relay 100 is not excited, and the door is not closed, so that the elevator cannot operate.

Therefore, in the embodiment, in order to check the normal operation of the operation prevention function circuit of the overload detection device, the switch for the lighting lamp is used.
Switch S 1 to the cut side in the figure. As a result of this switching, the car interior illumination lamp L is turned off, the overload detection relay 65W is disconnected from the power supply terminal P, and the overload detection buzzer cutoff relay X is excited.
