Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本考案は、塗料用使い捨てバケツの改良に関するもので
ある。
［従来の技術］ 塗料を塗料缶から小出しして、作業する場合、従来、金
属缶を用いていたが、金属缶では、塗装作業終了後の缶
の洗浄等後始末がきわめて面倒であり、かつ、洗浄廃液
による水汚染も大きな問題となっている。
これに替えて、塗装作業用のバケツを、使い捨てとし、
焼却，埋め立て等の処理に適するように、硬質プラスチ
ックシートから例えば１〜２リットル容量のバケツを成
形し、提げ手の付いたホルダーに嵌め込み使用し、使用
後廃棄する方法が行われている。
しかしながら、上記方法では、塗料を含ませた塗装刷毛
から余分の塗料のしごき取り，刷毛の毛並揃えが、バケ
ツ上端縁を利用して行われるため、塗料がバケツ上端縁
から外側に垂れ、作業上好ましくなく、また、提げ手の
付いたホルダーと組にして使用しなければならない不便
さがあり、その改善が要望されている。
［考案が解決しようとする課題］ 考案者は、上記事情に鑑み、硬質プラスチックシートか
ら真空成形，圧空成形等により成形でき、かつ塗料刷毛
の余分の塗料しごき等に際しても塗料でバケツ外側を汚
すことがなく、かつホルダーを要しない形状について考
究し、本考案を完成するに至った。
［課題を解決するための手段］ かくして、本考案によれば、硬質合成樹脂シートから成
形されたバケツであって、バケツ本体(1)と、対向する
１対の本体連続部(2)を有する内周切込み(3)を設けた水
平縁(4)からなり、該バケツ本体に突出縁部(5)と胴部折
曲縁(6)をコ字形に形成し、傾斜平面と三角形側面とか
らなる対向する１対の膨出部(7)を設けたことを特徴と
する塗料用使い捨てバケツが提供される。
すなわちバケツ内上部に刷毛のしごき部分を設けるとと
もに、バケツ提げ手を容易に形成できる水平縁を設けた
ものである。
本考案の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。第２図はバ
ケツの平面図で、第３図は中心をとおる縦断面図であ
る。バケツはバケツ本体(1)と上端の水平縁(4)からな
り、バケツ本体と水平縁は対向する１対の本体連続部
(2)で一部連結される以外、内周切込み(3)により切り離
されている。また、バケツ上端縁には対向する１対の突
出縁部(5)が形成され、この突出縁部と胴の胴部折曲縁
(6)とで、バケツの胴から外側に突出した膨出部(7)が形
成されている。胴部には、装飾と胴部の補強を兼ねて、
胴部に環状に段差部(8)を設けることが好ましい。
上記膨出部は、突出縁部と胴部折曲縁をコ字形に形成
し、傾斜平面と三角形側面からなっている。
本考案に係る塗料用バケツは、引張り強さ，引裂強さの
優れた硬質合成樹脂シートから、真空成形法または圧空
成形法により成形され、内周切込みが切り込まれて、製
品となる。
合成樹脂としては、例えば中低圧ポリエチレン，ポリプ
ロピレン，高重合度ポリ塩化ビニル等が好ましく用いら
れ、シートの厚みとしては使用する合成樹脂の物性にも
よるが、0.2mm〜0.3mm程度の範囲が好ましく、0.2mmよ
り薄いとバケツとしての形状保持特性に劣り使用し難
く、また３mmも有れば強度の点からも、充分であるから
である。
［作用］ 本考案の塗料用バケツは、第１図に示すように、上端の
水平縁をそれぞれの本体連続部で上方に折曲げることに
より、提げ手が形成される。
また、膨出部の胴部折曲縁は、塗料刷毛に含ませた余分
の塗料をしごき落とすためと、刷毛の毛並を揃える部分
として使用されるので、従来のようにバケツ上端縁から
塗料が外側に垂れおちることがない。さらに、対向して
設けた膨出部の胴部折曲縁は剛強であって、バケツの形
状保持に有効に作用する。
［考案の効果］ 本考案によれば、従来のように、塗料刷毛の使用に際
し、塗料がバケツ外壁に垂れて汚すことがなく、さらに
専用のバケツホルダーを必要とせず、それ自体で提げ手
を形成することができるので、使い勝手がよく、塗料用
使い捨てバケツとして経済性にも優れている。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案に係る塗料用使い捨てバケツの使用状態
を示す斜視図で、第２図は同バケツの平面図で、第３図
は第２図III−III線に沿う断面図である。 (1)……バケツ本体，(2)……本体連続部，(3)……内周

  1. 【請求項１】硬質合成樹脂シートから成形されたバケツ
    であって、バケツ本体(1)と、対向する１対の本体連続
    部(2)を有する内周切込み(3)を設けた水平縁(4)からな
    り、該バケツ本体に突出縁部(5)と胴部折曲縁(6)をコ字
    形に形成し、傾斜平面と三角形側面とからなる対向する
    １対の膨出部(7)を設けたことを特徴とする塗料用使い
    捨てバケツ。
