CONSTITUTION:This treating device is provided a water treating chamber 4 connected to an air intake port 1 for taking in the air in a treating tank 2 and is provided with a reheating chamber which is connected thereto and in which the greater part of the air circulates and a deodorizing chamber 8 in which a part of the air circulates. The reheating chamber is connected to an air return port 3 for returning the air into the treating tank 2. The deodorizing chamber 8 is so provided with a discharge passage 11 that the air passage 11 is opened inside or outside the device. As a result, the moisture which is included in refuse and is regarded to to be average 80% is efficiently and continuously removed.
