In the case of controlling and adjusting the amount of adhesive applied by adjusting the gap by the combination of both rollers which has been conventionally adopted, thermoplastic hot melt adhesive and reactive urethane hot melt adhesive are used. From the melting and melting apparatus for the agent (hereinafter, both are simply referred to as an adhesive), the agent is transferred to a storage location in the upper surface recess of both rollers and temporarily stored, and
Since a method for mounting a heater for heating on the shaft cores of both rollers to prevent the adhesive from cooling is adopted, it is necessary to heat both rollers while the adhesive is constantly stored.

Therefore, when an adhesive is applied to a long and wide workpiece, distortion often occurs inside both rollers, and when the distortion occurs in the same direction of both rollers. It is good, but in the case of toothing that occurs in opposite directions, it is impossible to adjust the gap between both rollers, which eventually causes "unevenness" in the application of adhesive on the surface of the work piece, and also the outer peripheral surface of both rollers. The flow-back of the uncoated adhesive agent causes a decrease in the adhesive temperature of the adhesive agent stored in the concave portions on the upper surfaces of both rollers, and there are many problems such as the difficulty of maintaining the adhesive temperature.

When an adhesive is applied to the surface of an ultra-thin material such as the laminate and aluminum foil, the above-mentioned "unevenness" of application of the adhesive is not absorbed and adheres to the surface of the adhered material "wrinkle". It was generated as an aggregate. Therefore, commercialization is impossible, and the extra consumption of adhesive has increased.

In addition, in the regulation of the amount of adhesion by both rollers, no matter how carefully the adjustment is carried out, the minimum limit is 0.07 mm. Therefore, the adhesive is applied to the above-mentioned laminate and an extremely thin material such as aluminum foil. In this case, various problems have occurred even if the gap between both rollers is narrowed to the maximum and the work is carefully performed while gazing at the coated surface.

As described above, according to the present invention, the adhesive is temporarily stored in the upper surface concave portion by the combination of the doctor roller as well as the coating roller having the heater therein, and the gap between the both rollers is adjusted to regulate the coating amount of the adhesive. The adhesive was applied by controlling the application rollers, but both rollers were relatively large and the heaters were installed inside, so there was a lack of uniform stabilization of the application amount due to the distortion of both rollers. The coating thickness was the limit.

For this reason, the doctor roller is eliminated from both rollers, and instead a block is formed and arranged so as to face the coating roller, and the adhesive is temporarily stored in the intermediate recess. In addition, the block is subjected to heat treatment to remove internal strain before processing to completely remove the internal strain of the material, and each member is laminated to absorb the occurrence of strain due to heating and cooling of the block to each other. Concentration of strain is eliminated on the plate that is dispersed and regulates and adjusts the gap with the coating roller.

Therefore, as described above, the conventional coating amount is 0.0
Although the limit was up to 7 mm, the minimum value of 0.
It was possible to regulate the coating amount to around 03 mm. Therefore, it is possible to easily secure a uniform coating surface even on ultra-thin products, that is, laminates and aluminum foils, which have been problematic in the past, and determine the amount of adhesive applied to thick and thin products. Therefore, it is possible to change the amount of the adhesive, so that the consumption of the adhesive can be minimized to secure a perfect coated surface, and it is possible to completely prevent the occurrence of wrinkles on the coated "uneven" adhesive surface.

Conventionally, the coating amount is determined by visual and tactile sensation of the coated surface, and most of the time, it is the "intuition" experienced by a worker on site.
There was a place that depended on. The present invention has the greatest effect in accurately determining the coating amount without relying on the conventional "intuition" by changing the combination of the combination spacers while checking the scale of the dial gauge.

Further, the drive roller is abolished and each member subjected to sufficient heat treatment for removing internal strain is stacked to form a block, and the adhesive is temporarily stored in the space with the coating roller, and the stored adhesive is adhered. A heating heater for heating the adhesive and maintaining an optimum bonding temperature and a sensor for detecting the temperature are provided in each block to enable the adhesive to be kept warm. However, even if heating is applied to the block and distortion occurs due to the stacking of each member, each member has the effect of absorbing and dispersing the distortion. The plate that regulates and adjusts the amount is prevented from being affected by distortion to the minimum, so even if the work is continued for a long time, it is possible to completely prevent uneven coating amount on the coated surface and coating "unevenness".
