Abstract

PURPOSE:To continuously execute the vacuum degassing treatment of molten steel by constituting a line so that execution of a vacuum degassing treatment and a repair treatment can be separately executed. CONSTITUTION:The vacuum degassing treatment of the molten steel in a ladle 12 is executed at a treatment position 2 in a vacuum degassing vessel 10A provided with a truck. At the time of needing the maintenance, by turning a turn table 1 by 180 deg. angle, the vacuum degassing vessel is moved to a waiting position 3 and turned by 90 deg. angle with transfer rails 8 and a truck turning device 4 and reached a repair position 6 through truck running rails 9B to execute the repair. Then the vacuum degassing treatment is executed by using the vacuum degassing vessel 10B and the stand-by position 3 is free. The vacuum degassing vessel 10C provided with the truck is arranged at the stand-by position 3 through the rails 9A and the transfer rails 8. ており、待機位置3は空いている。台車付き真空脱ガス
槽10Cが台車走行用軌道9A,乗換軌道8、乗換軌道
7を経由して待機位置3に配置される。この様にして、
それぞれの台車付き真空脱ガス槽は処理位置2−待機位
置3−補修位置5か6−待機位置3−処理位置2という
順にサイクルをえがいて順次移動し、脱ガス処理が連続
的に行われる。
