運転室9の前をクレーンに吊下げられたロールスタンド
が通過するため、圧延機1の運転操作に支障を来たすと
いう問題があった。更に、走行台車の位置するA位置及
びB位置は圧延機1の近傍であるため、玉掛作業に危険
を伴うという問題がめった。
