ーティングした熱良導体からなる多孔性の伝熱板4を天
板7の円形開口部内縁を案内にパッキング6を介して断熱
筒3の上部開口部を蓋覆する如く嵌装してなる半密閉状
態にした筐体内で流体燃料を燃焼可能にした赤外線放射
燃焼装置である。

ナーヘッド2より噴出する燃焼炎が熱伝板4の内面に激突
すると同時に小孔5より一部の熱気体を通過して間隔11
に流入し更に燃焼室12に入り循環燃焼を繰り返す、これ
によって流体燃料は完全に燃焼され不必要になった二酸
化炭素等は燃焼器の筐体外側へ集中排出されしかも燃焼
停止後も一定時間赤外線を放射し続けこの循環燃焼によ
り極度に排気温度は低下する。

故に被調理物が美味であり従来の調理機器で調理された
ものとは異なる所似である。
