CONSTITUTION:A dust collecting cup 2 is arranged in such a way as covering the tool part of a spindle 1. A drill 3 provided with a collar is held by a collet chuck 1A. A counter sunk hole 2A into which the outer diameter of a magnet bush 4 can enter is formed on the bottom of the collecting cup 2, and an electromagnetic coil 6 which magnetizes the counter sunk hole 2A is attached to the collecting cup 2.
