Description

The present invention relates to a cutting waste collecting instrument for an electric drill for collecting cutting waste generated during drilling with an electric drill.
The cutting scrap collecting device for an electric drill according to the present invention is configured to prevent scattering of cutting chips generated during drilling with an electric drill and automatically collect the cutting scrap.

Recently, electric drills are widely used and used in various applications. Chips generated when drilling with an electric drill are scattered around the drill, which not only makes the room dirty and uncomfortable, but also requires a lot of time to clean the chips after work. It was difficult to remove completely, and there was a problem in terms of hygiene.
For this reason, various methods for collecting cutting waste have been proposed. For example, in a cutting waste collecting device disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-167645, an adsorber comprising a magnet and a coated cylinder covering the magnet is stored in a tool magazine, and the adsorber is rotated by rotating the tool magazine. The tool is placed at the tool change position and mounted on the tool bar. The tool bar descends and pushes the coated cylinder containing the magnet into the recess of the work piece. To be adsorbed. Then the toolbar is raised and the adsorber is directed to the container. The cutting waste adsorbed on the coated cylinder by feeding pressurized air on the container falls into the container so that the metal cutting waste can be recovered.

However, the conventional cutting waste collecting device as described above can collect metal-cutting cutting waste, but it cannot collect cutting waste scattered during wood processing, and its use is not limited, and it is complicated. Since a large-scale device is required, it has become an expensive device. In addition, it is necessary to connect a cutting waste collecting device for collecting cutting waste from wood to a cutting waste suction device such as an electric vacuum cleaner. Even though it is a complicated device, it cannot collect metal cutting waste. There was a problem.
For this reason, realization of an inexpensive cutting waste collecting tool with a simple configuration that can be used not only for metal processing but also for wood processing is demanded.

Reference numeral 50 denotes a workpiece to be drilled by a drill (a target to be drilled), and 51 denotes a punch hole on the workpiece indicating the position of the hole.
When using the cutting waste collecting tool of the embodiment of FIGS. 5 and 6, the guide protrusion 15 a of the bottom cover 15 is aligned with the punch hole 51 of the workpiece 50 as shown in FIG. The container 10 is fixed by the container fixing member 30. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 6, the drill is inserted through the through hole 21 of the lid 20 and the drill guide 40 onto the drill guide hole 17 of the bottom lid 15, and the drill is advanced along the drill guide hole 17. After the guide hole 17 is cut to the same diameter as the drill, the workpiece 50 is drilled.
The cutting waste collecting tool of the embodiment of FIGS. 5 and 6 has a drill guide hole 17 that matches the diameter of the drill, and an inclined side wall 17a provided around the drill guide hole 17 after drilling operation. Since the cutting waste is reliably prevented from falling from the gap of the drill when the drill is pulled out from the work piece 50, work such as lean room and food factory where it is required to collect the cutting waste reliably is performed. Easy to do.
In addition, it is difficult for a skilled person to make a right-angle hole with respect to the workpiece. However, since the drill guide 40 is provided, anyone can easily make a right-angle hole.

Hereafter, the operation | movement of cutting waste collection | recovery of the cutting waste collection | recovery instrument of the electric drill of this invention is demonstrated with reference to FIG.
First, as a preparatory work, after attaching the lid 20 to the cutting waste collecting container 10 with a screw, the cutting waste collecting container 10 is brought into close contact with the upper surface of the drilling position of the workpiece 50, and the workpiece fixing member 30 is used to fix the workpiece 50. Fix on top.
Next, as shown in FIG. 7, the workpiece 50 is drilled by inserting a drill 60 through the through hole 21 of the lid 20 of the cutting waste collecting container 10.
The cutting waste generated by drilling the workpiece rises along the groove of the drill 60 for drilling and is collected in the cutting waste collection container 10. The cutting waste collection container 10 is provided with a lid 20. Therefore, the cutting waste is not scattered outside the cutting waste collecting container 10.

When the drilling operation at one place is completed, the drilling position of the next workpiece is inserted in the state in which the drilling drill 60 is inserted into the cutting waste collecting container 10 in which the lid 20 is mounted and the cutting waste is accommodated therein. The machining drill 60 is moved to the position.
Also in this case, since the through holes 11 and 21 into which the cutting waste collecting container 10 and the lid 20 drill 60 are inserted are set to be slightly larger than the diameter of the drill, they are plugged by the inserted drill 60. Yes, the cutting waste collected inside the cutting waste collection container 10 does not spill out.
After the machining drill 60 is set at the next drilling position of the workpiece 50, the cutting waste collecting container 10 is brought into close contact with the upper surface of the drilling position of the workpiece, and the double-sided adhesive tape of the container fixing member 30 is used to fix the workpiece. Fix to the top surface and drill again.

When such a drilling operation is repeated and the collected cutting waste fills the inside of the cutting waste collection container 10, the drilling operation is interrupted, and the lid 20 is attached and drilling is performed from the cutting waste collection container 10. The machining drill 60 is removed. Thereafter, the lid 20 is removed from the cutting waste collection container 10, thereby removing the cutting waste collected in the cutting waste collection container 10.
When the cutting waste collection container 10 is a transparent plastic, it can be easily confirmed that the cutting waste is filled inside the container 10.
Since the cutting waste collecting instrument of the electric drill according to the present invention does not require an adsorbing means for cutting waste such as a magnet for cutting waste collection, the workpiece can be used not only for metal but also for wood.

As is clear from the above description, the cutting waste collecting instrument of the electric drill according to the present invention drills the workpiece by the drill for drilling inserted into the cutting waste collecting container 10 to which the lid 20 is attached. Since all the cutting waste generated at this time is collected in the cutting waste collecting container 10, since the cutting waste is not scattered even during the drilling process, the inside of the room is not soiled and uncomfortable, and the work is finished. This eliminates the need for cleaning the cutting waste and improves the efficiency of the drilling operation.
Since the cutting waste collecting instrument of the electric drill according to the present invention has a simple configuration including the cutting waste collecting container 10 and the lid 20, it is not a large-scale device as in the prior art, and can be manufactured at low cost.

The present invention can be used in various industries using electric drills.
