Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an enlarged partial sectional view showing an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a side view showing a roof constructed by assembling a roof body according to an embodiment of the present invention to a support column, and FIG. 3 is a plan view of the same. . 4 is an enlarged partial perspective view of the vicinity of the arrow Y in FIG. 2, FIG. 5 is an exploded perspective view of FIG. 4, FIG. 6 is an enlarged side view showing the side shape of the bracket, and FIG. 7 is the same enlarged view. It is a top view.

The assembled roof shown in the figure has an L-shaped corner portion in a plan view as shown in FIG. 3, and is constructed by bridging a roof unit 20 on a girder 22 attached to an upper end of a column 21. . The roof unit 20 mainly includes a beam 23, a purlin 24, a bracket 25, a panel receiving member 26, and a panel material 27. Each of these components is made of aluminum extruded die or die steel.

First, the support column 21 and the girder 22 will be described. The cross-sectional shape of the girder 22 is such that a rectangular portion 29 for fixing a connecting fitting 28 for mounting the roof unit 20 is formed on the inside and a groove portion 30 serving as a gutter is formed on the outside, and a connecting pillar 31 is screwed on the bottom surface. It is fixed and attached to the upper end of the support column 21. The mounting screw hole 28a of the connecting fitting 28 is a long hole extending in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the beam 22.

Next, the roof unit 20 will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the beam 23 has a substantially rectangular cross-sectional shape, and a protrusion 33 to be combined with the pressing member 32 is formed in the central portion. The beam 23 has an arc shape with a relatively large radius of curvature in order to form a flat, semi-cylindrical roof-shaped arch (see FIG. 2). The purlin 24 has a substantially rectangular cross-sectional shape like the beam 23, and has a projection 35 formed by slightly recessing the central portion and combining with the pressing member 34. These protrusions 33 and 35 allow a gap to be formed along the longitudinal direction of the side surface when the pressing members 32 and 34 are combined with the beam 23 and the purlin 24, and the edges of the panel member 27 are relatively loosely sandwiched and held. It allows you to do it.

The bracket 25 includes a base portion 37 having a hollow portion 36 inside, a plug-in end portion 38 projecting from the base portion 37 toward the purlin 24, and a drainer having an inverted L-shaped cross section formed at the rear end of the base portion 37. And a mounting portion 39. The base 37 is provided with a shaft hole 40 on its side surface for pin-connecting to the connecting fitting 28 on the girder 22, and a step portion 42 for screwing a receiving plate 41 for attaching the panel receiving member 26 is provided on the insertion end 38 side. Has been formed. The insertion end portion 38 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape with a slight taper at the tip, and a plurality of screw holes 38a are provided so that the insertion end portion 38 can be inserted into the beam 23 and screwed. Further, the water drain attachment portion 39 is provided with a screw hole 44 for screwing the water drain 43.

The panel receiving member 26 has a generally inverted L-shaped cross-sectional shape, and has a groove 45 at one edge and a panel insertion portion 46 at the other edge. The groove portion 45 is for connecting the panel receiving member 26 to the side surface side of the bracket 25 by receiving the tip of the receiving plate 41 and connecting it with a screw. Further, the panel inserting portion 46 forms a groove having a U-shaped cross section, and can receive and hold the lower end edge of the panel material 27. In addition, the bracket 25 side of the panel insertion portion 46 is cut out in an appropriate size so that rain or the like flowing down the surface of the panel material 27 flows into the groove portion 30 of the girder 22 from there.

The panel material 27 is, for example, a translucent synthetic resin flat plate, but of course, is a roof material used for an assembled roof of this kind, in which the side edge and the upper edge are the beam 23, the purlin 24 and the pressing. Any material can be used as long as it can be sandwiched between the materials 32 and 34 and the lower edge can be inserted into the panel insertion portion 46 of the panel receiving member 26.

Next, a procedure for assembling the roof body as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 using the assembled roof body according to this embodiment will be described. Assembly is performed as follows. (1) A girder 22 is attached to the upper end of a plurality of columns 21 standing upright at a predetermined position via a connecting column 31. A connecting fitting 28 is temporarily fixed to the beam 22 at the connecting position of the beam 23 by a screw 28b. (2) On the other hand, the roof unit 20 is assembled as follows as a work separate from the stand upright and the girder 22 installation. Unlike the work of the conventional example, the work of assembling the roof unit 20 is performed on the ground or a workbench. (A) Insert the insertion ends 38 of the brackets 25 into both ends of all the beams 23, and screw in screws (not shown) into the screw holes 38a from the upper surface side of the beams 23 to fix them together. (B) The purlin 24 is connected to the central portion of the beam 23 to form a so-called frame structure as the roof unit 20. Although the connection structure between the beam 23 and the purlin 24 is omitted in the drawing, various conventionally known connection methods may be adopted. (C) The panel receiving member 26 is positioned with respect to the bracket 25 so that the end of the receiving plate 41 fixed to the stepped portion 42 of the bracket 25 with the screw 47 enters into the groove 45, and the receiving plate 41 and the panel The receiving member 26 is connected and fixed with a screw 48. Although illustration is omitted, in this state, an opening portion similar to the opening portion X of the conventional example is formed by the pair of beams 23, 23, the purlin 24, and the panel receiving member 26. The arrow X1 portion in FIG. 3 corresponds to the opening portion, but of course in FIG. 3, the panel material 27 is already attached. (D) The lower edge of the panel material 27 is inserted into the panel insertion portion 46 of the panel receiving member 26, and the side edge is placed on the beam 23. The upper edge of the panel material 27 is placed on the main building 24. As a result, the opening portion X1 is closed, and the pressing members 32 and 34 are placed on the side edge and the upper edge of the panel material 27 and fixed to the beam 23 and the purlin 24 to complete the unitization. As described above, the side edge and the upper edge of the panel material 27 are sandwiched between the beam 23 and the purlin 24 and the pressing members 32 and 34 so as not to ride over the projections 33 and 35 of the beam 23 and the purlin 24. Of course, (3) The roof unit 20 assembled as described above is lifted by a plurality of workers or by using a unic car or the like and placed on the girder 22, and the girder 22 is placed in the hollow portion 36 of the base 37 of the bracket 25. The upper connecting fitting 28 is fitted. (4) Finally, the bolt 49 is inserted into the shaft hole 40 of the bracket 25 for pin connection. (5) If the bracket 23 and the connecting fitting 28 are misaligned due to the beam 23 being cut down, move the connecting fitting 28 within the range allowed by the screw hole 28a, which is a long hole, and Finely adjust by changing the tightening position of 28b. At this time, the angle of the bracket 25 is different from the expected angle, but as described above, the bracket 25 and the connecting fitting 28 are a pin connection that allows the bracket 25 to swing in the vertical direction. As long as it is attached to the, the change in angle is not a problem during the attachment.

The attachment of the drainer 43 to the drainer attachment portion 39 of the bracket 25 may be performed in the above (2) (c) or (d), or may be performed after the above (4) or (5). . Further, the roof unit 20 may be assembled on-site, or may be pre-assembled in a factory or the like and transported to the site. Therefore, the procedure of (1) above and the steps of (2) to (4) above may be performed. A procedure does not mean that either one must precede it. Further, in the case of an assembled roof having corner portions as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the corner portions and the portions on both sides thereof were assembled so as to form different roof body units and mounted on the girder. If they are connected and integrated later, the construction is easy.
