Many of these buildings simply support the roof with a framework of pillars and beams, or are simply attached to panels that serve as wall materials. This is required not only in terms of appearance but also in terms of design.

By the way, when repairing a roof or the like, the roof is lightweight and lacks the strength to support the weight of a human being, so a ladder or stepladder alone is often insufficient. However, the cost is high because repair scaffolding must be erected from the cut earth upwards and special work vehicles must be prepared.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention is a simple building in which the roof is built on beams connected to pillars. A channel member is formed with a U-shaped guide rail on both sides, and a projecting flange that projects diagonally upward is formed on one of the horizontally extending portions, and the head of the bolt is inserted into the blind groove. Bolts are secured to the upper surface of the beam in this manner, and the protruding flange is brought into contact with the lower surface of the hollow frame at the end of the roof and secured with screws, and both ends of the maintenance scaffold are inserted into the guide rails of the channel member. The gist is that it spans across opposing beams in a horizontally movable manner.

In this way, a building is formed by supporting the roof with the beams 3. On the top surface of the beams 3, a channel member 4 made of extruded aluminum alloy and having a substantially horizontal U-shaped cross section is fixed, and this channel member 4 supports the roof 5. The ends are fixed with supports.

This channel member 4 also serves as a roof fixing hardware, a horizontal gutter, and a guide rail for moving the scaffolding, which will be described later.
The lower part extends left and right to form a coupling groove 4a, and the open end of the upper surface extends laterally, and a pop-out flange 4b projects diagonally upward on one side.
A perpendicular flange 4c was formed on the other side. In this way, U-shaped guide rails 4d, 4d are formed on both sides of the channel member 4.

Although not shown in the drawings, the roof 5 may also be made of polyurethane foam sandwiched with colored aluminum and framed with a channel-like frame at the end, and the inside of the pillar 1 may have a downpipe. Therefore, the joint hardware 2 is made hollow to allow communication between the beam 3 and the inside of the support 1, and the opening of the channel member 4 is made to communicate with the inside of the beam 3 and the connecting tube. Further, the openings at both ends of the channel member 4 are closed by end plates.

A ladder-shaped scaffold made of aluminum hype is suitable as a scaffold for maintenance of such a building, and as shown in FIG. Both ends of a shaped scaffold 6 are inserted into the guide rails 4d of the channel member 4 and spanned between the opposing beams 3, 3. The end of the scaffold 6 has a shape that allows the guide rail 4d to slide on it, but it may also be provided with rollers or the like so that it can slide. In addition, the scaffold 6 can be carried by a worker and attached to the building as necessary. In that case, the end plate at the end of the channel member 4 is removed to secure an opening, and from there the scaffold can be attached. 6 may be inserted into the guide rail 4d.

As described above, the simple building of the present invention allows scaffolding needed for repairs to be movably and easily attached to buildings in which the roof is constructed on beams connected to pillars. As a member for mounting the scaffold, the guide rail that allows the scaffold to move laterally is composed of the roof fixing hardware, the horizontal gutter, and the channel member that also serves as the guide rail, so there is no need to provide a dedicated member for the guide rail. It can be formed simply with a small number of parts, and the installation work does not require much effort.
