However, it cannot provide sufficient strength especially in slightly large sheet metal assembled houses such as large multi-building garages and warehouses with two or more spans. Due to the condition, the roof had the disadvantage that external loads such as wind and rain were applied to the edges of the roof panels, causing significant changes in the roof.

Furthermore, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 55-77602 discloses a structure in which a column and a girder are fixed together via a metal fitting, and another metal fitting is attached to the end of the girder that projects outward from the column to secure the end of the roof plate. A structure supporting the is disclosed. According to the structure in this publication, deformation of the roof due to an external load applied from above to the edge of the roof plate is prevented, but the strength against external loads from below due to wind and rain is stronger than the pillars. The girder protrudes outward, so it has not been improved yet. On the other hand, in addition to the work of fixing the pillars and girders with metal fittings, it is necessary to attach the ends of the roof panels to the ends of the girders via the other metal fittings, which is required to be done at a separate location. The problem was that the assembly of the three-part joint between the girder and the end of the roof plate became more troublesome, and the structure of the joint became complicated. Additionally, in addition to the metal fittings to secure the columns and girders, additional metal fittings are required to support the ends of the roof shingles, and this, combined with the fact that the girders protrude outward from the columns, reduces the amount of material used. There were drawbacks such as a rise in costs.

The present invention was made to eliminate the above-mentioned defects, and its purpose is to provide the metal fittings for fixing the top ends of columns and the ends of girders with the function of supporting the ends of roof plates. This makes it possible to easily assemble the joints of the pillars, girders, and the ends of the roof sheets, and while the material cost is low, external loads such as rain and wind can be easily assembled at the ends of the roof sheets. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a support structure for the end of a roof plate that can prevent deformation of the roof plate caused by hanging on the roof plate, is strong and strong, and is suitable for a multi-building large sheet metal assembly house. be.

Although the above has shown one embodiment of the present invention, the design of the present invention can be changed without departing from the gist of the invention. For example, the connecting fitting 17 in the embodiment described above is provided with a flat belly piece 17a, which is shaped like a cross-section U along the cross-sectional shape of a column having four bolt insertion holes 47, as shown in FIG. A bent piece 17 that extends outward from both ends of the letter-shaped belly piece 17'a on the same straight line and perpendicularly to the outside, and has bolt insertion holes 48, 48 bored therein. 'b,1
7'c can also have the same function as the connecting fitting 17, and in the embodiment described above, the connecting fittings 17, 17' and the panel support frame, which are separate from each other, are provided. 27
These connecting fittings 17, 17'
If necessary, the panel receiving frame 27 may be formed integrally with the bent piece of one of the connecting fittings 17, 17' serving also as the panel receiving frame 27.

As described above, the present invention has the function of supporting the end of the roof board on the connecting fitting by integrally attaching the panel support frame to the connecting fitting for fixing the top end of the column and the end of the girder. Because of this structure, the work of fixing the top end of the column to the end of the girder and the work of attaching the end of the roof plate to the end of the girder can be done in one place, and these tasks can be done separately. The work is much easier than in the conventional case where it had to be done at each location, and it is easier to assemble the joints of the columns, girders, and the ends of the roof panels, and the structure of the joints is also simpler. Na. In particular, with the present invention, it is possible to attach the panel support frame to the connecting fitting in advance, or to form the two integrally from the beginning. Now it is possible to immediately support the end of the roof board on the panel support frame after fixing the end of the roof plate, and unlike the conventional example, after fixing the column and girder with the connecting fittings, the panel support can be further attached to the girder. Eliminates the hassle of having to install a frame. Furthermore, since the girder does not protrude outward from the column, it is not affected by external loads from below due to wind and rain blowing up, and the material cost is low.

In this way, the present invention allows the above-mentioned three-member joint to be easily assembled, and the material cost is low, but the end of the girder is fixed to the top end of the column, and the end of the roof plate is fixed to the top end of the column. Because the girder is supported by the panel support frame at the end of the girder, the girder does not protrude outward from the pillars, and the roof shingles are caused by external loads such as rain, wind, and snow being applied to the ends of the roof shingles. It can be made into a solid and strong prefabricated house that prevents deformation of the structure, and is particularly suitable for use in multi-building garages with two or more spans for large cars and bicycles, agricultural warehouses for agricultural machinery and tractors, and civil engineering for storing civil engineering materials. This provides excellent effects such as making it possible to construct a sheet metal assembly house suitable for a commercial warehouse.
