Claims (2)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 一部に適宜厚み間隙を存してカッターを
取り付けた回転円板に対し、所要の傾斜角をなして甘藷
など被切断根菜材料を供給し、該被切断材料を所要厚み
の傾斜切りに切断する装置において、前記被切断材料の
供給部を前記回転円板面に対し所要の傾斜角で配設した
供給筒により形成し、該供給筒両側面に筒軸方向に延び
るガイド溝を側面中央部より前後何れかの側に偏して設
けると共に、前記被切断材料供給筒内に嵌脱自在で、下
面に被切断材料を保持して供給筒内を、該供給筒に沿っ
て降下し、被切断材料を回転円板面に対し押圧せしめる
被切断材料押圧部材を具備せしめてなり、該押圧部材は
円筒錘下面を傾斜切断して一側が他側に比し短い傾斜下
面を有する形状をなし、下面に被切断材料を保持固定す
る突刺面を有し、かつ両側に前記ガイド溝内に嵌入して
押圧部材を誘導する腕杆を延設してなると共に前記腕杆
の延設方向に直交する側面に押圧部材の誤嵌入を防止す
る突条体を有してなることを特徴とする甘藷等の傾斜切
断装置。
1.
