Shaking occurs, and stability in the vertical and horizontal directions during cutting is extremely poor.
The problem is that it is very difficult to cut into uniform dimensions.

A lower blade is provided at the tip of the guide jig in front of the roll, an upper blade is placed opposite to the lower blade, and semicircular grooves are formed on each of the upper and lower blades at the same intervals as the grooves. It is characterized by having a cutting blade formed therein.

Moreover, since the cutting blade is semicircular, it is possible to cut the wax wire into a regular shape without significantly deforming the cross-sectional shape of the wax wire when shear cutting is performed.

The pitch is the same as b and approximates the wire diameter of the wax wire 5,
By forming the wire into a semicircular shape, the thin wax wire can be cut into a stable shape with less displacement such as crushing of the cross-sectional shape when shear cutting is performed.

に答えることができる効果を有する。According to the present invention described in detail above, a pair of rolls whose outer peripheries are covered with urethane material are arranged vertically facing each other, guide jigs are arranged before and after the pair of rolls, and guide jigs are arranged at the front and rear of the pair of rolls. Multiple grooves are formed on the surface to introduce thin wires, a lower blade is provided at the tip of the guide jig in front of the roll, an upper blade is placed opposite the lower blade, and the upper and lower blades have the same spacing as the grooves. By forming a semicircular cutting blade and synchronizing the rotation of the roll with the drive of the upper blade, a pair of rolls covered with urethane material can be reliably cut by introducing thin wires into the grooves on the surface of the guide jig. It is possible to feed the wire and cut it to a fixed size while accurately positioning and holding it with a guide jig. Moreover, since the cutting blade is semicircular, the cross-sectional shape of the thin wax wire is greatly deformed when shear cutting is performed. It has the effect of being able to cut into a regular shape without cutting, and meeting the demands for high dimensional accuracy.
