(57)【要約】 【目的】 この考案は、月極有料駐車場等における無断
不法駐車を防止するための器具である． 【構成】 土台の上部にプレート付ポールを差しこむた
めの穴と、それを倒して置く時のための溝を作る．駐車
時はプレート付ポールを溝に沿って倒して駐車し、駐車
場所より出車する時は同プレート付ポールを穴に差しこ
んで立て、他車の進入を防止する．

この考案は、月極有料駐車場等における無断不法駐車防止に関するものである ．

【從来の技術】
從来、コンクリート製土台にプレート付ポールを埋めこんだものはあった．

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
これには、次のような欠点があった． （イ） 駐車場所の前部又は中央部に設置しないと効果がないため、自分が駐 車する時には最後部迄異動させなければならない。又出車する時は再度異動させ なければならない。 （ロ） 風力対策のため、ある程度の重量が土台に要求されるので、異動させ ることが女性等には大変である．

【課題の解決するための手段】
駐車場所の中央部に土台を置く．駐車時はプレート付ポールを土台上面の溝に 沿って倒しておく．駐車場所より出車する時は土台上部の穴に同プレート付ポー ルを差しこんで立て、他車の不法駐車を防止する．

  1. 【請求項１】 土台（１）上部にプレート付ポール
    （２）を差し入れる穴と、プレート付ポールを倒して置
    く時のための溝を作り、駐車時はプレート付ポールを溝
    に沿って倒し、出車時は穴に同プレート付ポールを差し
    こんで立てることにより、土台を異動させる必要のない
    無断駐車防止器具．
