Abstract

PURPOSE:To form disklike three-dimensional woven fabric excellent in strength by rotating and moving a shuttle into a yarn shed formed by operating plural annularly arranged yarn shedding means and successively advancing the shuttle from the central position to the outside. CONSTITUTION:Plural warp yarns (Y) are stretched among yarn shedding means 2 composed of annularly arranged and individually operable heald devices in a state of the yarns passing through the center of the yarn shedding means 2 and two vertical yarns (Z) are arranged for one warp yarn (Y). The ends thereof are simultaneously secured to the respective warp yarns (Y) at the central position of the yarn shedding means 2. A yarn shed 3 is formed by the operation of the yarn shedding means 2 to rotate a shuttle 4 into the yarn shed 3 by the magnetic force of a magnet 19 provided at the tip of a rotating rod 13 and a magnet 16 additionally installed in the undersurface of the shuttle 4 and a reed 18 is simultaneously beaten toward the center to form a weave. The operation is successively repeated to advance the weaving from the central position to the outside to form disklike three-dimensional woven fabric having a prescribed diameter and thickness.

A plurality of yarn opening means 2 which can be operated separately
Are arranged in an annular shape, the vertical thread Z and the warp thread Y are inserted into each thread opening means 2, and the plurality of thread opening means 2 are respectively actuated to raise and lower desired threads in the respective vertical thread Z and warp thread Y. By using the three-dimensional weaving loom in which the shuttle 4 is provided to move around the inside of the yarn opening 3 when the yarn opening 3 is formed, and the shuttle 4 is connected to the vertical yarn Z and the weft yarn X. A method for weaving a disk-shaped three-dimensional woven fabric 1 composed of warp yarns Y, wherein a plurality of warp yarns Y are arranged between the yarn opening means 2 and the center of the yarn opening means 2 arranged in an annular shape is formed. It is stretched in a passing state, two vertical yarns Z are arranged for one of the plurality of warp yarns Y, and the end portions of the respective vertical yarns Z are arranged at the center position of the yarn opening means 2. It is fastened to each warp yarn Y and used for the operation of the yarn opening means 2 and the circular movement of the shuttle 4. The weft yarn X is inserted through the yarn opening 3 formed by the warp yarn Y and the vertical yarn Z to form a structure woven by the weft yarn X, the warp yarn Y, and the vertical yarn Z. By repeating this weaving, The present invention relates to a disk-shaped three-dimensional woven fabric weaving method using a three-dimensional woven fabric loom, which is characterized in that a texture is sequentially formed from the center position of the yarn opening means 2 in the outward direction.

By operating a plurality of thread opening means 2 arranged in an annular shape, the desired thread in the vertical thread Z and warp thread Y penetrating each thread opening means 2 is moved up and down to open the thread opening 3. A weft thread X connected to a shuttle 4 that moves around is formed in each thread opening 3 formed therein, and a tissue is sequentially formed outward from the center position of the thread opening means 2 arranged in an annular shape to form a three-dimensional structure. The woven fabric 1 is woven to form a disk body having a predetermined thickness and a predetermined diameter.

The weft thread X that has moved through the center of the thread opening 3 and has passed through the thread opening 3 is pressed toward the center. This means that one organization has been woven. Subsequently, even in the heald device 2b located at the next position, the heald frame 9 operates in the same manner, and the shuttle 4 is guided by the rotation of the rotating rod 13, and similarly, in the heald devices 2c to 2f as well, the heald frames respectively. 9 works. Therefore, when all the heald frames 9 (for example, the first heald frame 9 in FIG. 6) at the same position of each heald device are activated, the weft yarn X has made one round.

When the shuttle 4 is mechanically moved around,
Although the device becomes complicated and the movement of the shuttle 4 is not smooth, the shuttle 4 according to the present embodiment moves circularly due to the magnetic force, so that the shuttle 4 can be moved very smoothly. As in the present embodiment, the shuttle guide plates 14 are arranged in parallel at intervals less than the length of the shuttle 4, and the shuttle 4 is moved by magnetic force. Since it does not come into contact with Y, it is possible to prevent the vertical yarn Z and the warp yarn Y from being damaged.

Further, the heald device according to the present embodiment is illustrated in a case where six heald devices are annularly arranged with a space L, but the number of heald devices is not limited to six. . Reed
The shuttle 4 must not be in the shuttle orbit when the reed 18 is operated in order to enable the movement of the shuttle 18. In order to secure an escape place for the shuttle 4, the shuttle track is not a continuous circular track, but at least two semicircular divided shuttle tracks are essential. Therefore, at least two heald devices are required.
