Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a disc-shaped three-dimensional fabric having a uniform strength. CONSTITUTION:This i a disc-shaped three dimensional fabric (A) composed of plural warp yarns (Y) arranged in the radial direction from the center, plural vertical yarns arranged in the thickness direction and weft yarns (X) arranged in a wound state in the peripheral direction. This disc-shaped three-dimensional fabric is woven so that a continuous ring-shaped end part (2), not a free end part may be formed at the starting end parts of the wrap yarn (Y) and the vertical yarn existing at the hole part 1 formed in the center of this fabric (A).

The thickness of the disk to be woven is set according to the number of vertical warp threads Y (the number of steps) (the outer diameter depends on the position where the weaving process is stopped). It will be fixed.). Next, a method for weaving a second doughnut-shaped three-dimensional fabric will be described (see FIGS. 12 to 17). This method is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 5-43039 of the present inventor.

This opening member 60, as shown in FIG.
The three-dimensional woven fabric 61 to be woven (hereinafter, this position is referred to as a reference position L) is composed of a lower support member 62 and an upper support member 63 that are moved up and down by appropriate means.
The opening member 60 is mounted on the mounting rod 62b of the vertical rod 62a of 62.

Therefore, for example, when the uppermost one opening member 60 is raised and the remaining opening member 60 is lowered to form the opening 70 between them as shown in FIG. The connecting pin 66 is removed from the through hole 64 of the opening member 60 and the connecting pin 69 is removed from the through hole 67 of the opening member 60, and the through hole 68 of the vertical rod 63a of the upper support member 63 and the through hole 67 of the opening member 60 are removed.
When the connecting pin 69 is inserted into the uppermost opening member 60 and the uppermost opening member 60 is fixed to the vertical rod 63a, the upper support member 63 is raised and the lower support member 62 is lowered. An opening 70 will be formed between the opening member 60 and the remaining opening member 60.

First, the case of using the first weaving method will be described (see FIG. 19). The jig 3 is fixed to an upper position (see FIG. 3) of the rotating shaft 40 by an appropriate means,
The piano wire 7 of the jig 3 is inserted through the ring portion formed at the tip of each warp yarn Y, and each warp yarn Y is stretched in the radial direction around the jig 3. In this state, weaving of the three-dimensional woven fabric A is started. The starting end of the vertical thread Z is simply hung downward, and when weaving proceeds, the starting end of the vertical thread Z is folded back in a state in which the weft thread X is wound, and the vertical thread is fixed with an appropriate adhesive or the like. An annular end portion 2 is formed at the starting end portion of Z (the weft yarn X passes through the annular end portion 2). Finally, when each piano wire 7 is cut and the jig 3 is disassembled and removed, the warp yarn Y and the starting end portion of the vertical yarn Z in the hole portion 1 formed in the central portion of the three-dimensional fabric A as shown in FIG. The doughnut-shaped three-dimensional fabric A having uniform strength is formed on the annular end portion 2 which is not the free end. Incidentally, it goes without saying that a ring portion may be formed at the tip of the vertical yarn Z in advance and the weft yarn X may be inserted through this ring portion. Next, the case of using the second weaving method will be described (see FIGS. 20, 21, and 22).

(In either case of the first and second weaving methods, it is possible to weave by appropriately adding additional yarns Y A and Z A. This point is also disclosed in the prior application of the present inventor.) It is needless to say that the annular end portion 2 can be formed at the starting end portions of the warp yarn Y and the vertical yarn Z of the three-dimensional fabric B having such an additional design. Code C
Is the excised resection end in which additional tissue is woven, but it is possible to form the annular end 2 also in this portion instead of the resection end C. In this case, the weft yarn X already woven is used instead of the piano wire 7 of the jig 3.
