The stop lever 242 is telescopically arranged at a circumferential position of the central core body 22. The stop lever 242 is connected to a driving device, and the stop lever 242 is controlled to extend and retract by the driving device. In one embodiment, the driving device includes a cylinder, an electromagnet, and the like. The stop lever 242 is used for controlling the position of the weft thread on the weft thread disc 241, so that the weft thread is located at the gap position of the warp thread on the upper outer warp disc group 231, the lower outer warp disc group 232, the upper inner warp disc group 233 and the lower inner warp disc group 234, and the weft thread is prevented from contacting and interweaving with the warp thread when the upper outer warp disc group 231, the lower outer warp disc group 232, the upper inner warp disc group 233 and the lower inner warp disc group 234 move up and down alternately, so that the warp thread of the upper outer warp disc group 231, the lower outer warp disc group 232, the upper inner warp disc group 233 and the lower inner warp disc group 234 cannot alternate up and down normally. Specifically, when weft insertion is needed during weaving, the weft insertion device controls the weft coil 241 to move around the circumference of the middle core 22 along the initial rotation direction and retract the stop lever 242, when the position of the weft coil 241 exceeds the position of the stop lever 242 and is located between the stop lever 242 and the middle core 22, the driving device controls the stop lever 242 to extend out, the weft insertion device controls the weft coil 241 to rotate in the opposite direction, and the stop lever 242 stops the rotation of the weft, so that the weft of the weft coil 241 is located in the movement gap of the warp. In one embodiment, the warp threads are gathered toward the axis of the central core 22, and the weft insertion device controls the weft threads to stick to the side of the stop lever 242 and point to the axis of the central core 22, so that the weft threads avoid the up-and-down movement track of the warp threads. In one embodiment, the stop lever 242 is movable or two in number, two or four adjacent warps are interlaced and knotted in the weaving of the three-dimensional fabric, and if the stop lever 242 can place the weft in the gap between two adjacent groups of interlaced and knotted warps, the weft can be prevented from being twisted when the warps are interlaced and knotted, so as to avoid affecting the normal weft insertion process. Since the circumferential positions of the warp thread groups knotted alternately in the front and rear weaving cycles are different, the positions of the stop levers 242 in the front and rear weaving cycles are required to be different, and therefore, the positions of the stop levers 242 are required to be movable or the number of the stop levers 242 is required to be at least two. As shown in fig. 4, the weft yarn knotting prevention device is used for preventing the warp yarns and the weft yarns from being knotted in the weaving process, so that the weft yarns cannot be tightened on the warp yarns to form a cloth body, and the quality of the formed cloth body is influenced. In one embodiment, the operating bar is located outside the warp interlacing area.
In one embodiment, the stop lever 242 is also movably disposed around the outside of the circumference of the center core 22. When the warp yarn discs of the inner warp yarn disc set and the outer warp yarn disc set are more and the warp yarns are denser, the positions of the weft yarns are changed by controlling the stop lever 242 and the weft yarn disc 241 to move around the periphery of the central core body 22, so that the requirement of the inner warp yarn disc set and the outer warp yarn disc set on the upper and lower alternate positions in sequence is met. Specifically, the stop lever 242 is controlled to move to a proper position to extend the stop lever 242, the position of the weft coil 241 is controlled to be located in the gap between the warps of the outer warp coil, the moving assembly 21 is used to control the up-and-down alternate position of the outer warp coil group, the extended stop lever 242 is controlled to move to another position, the position of the weft coil 241 is controlled to be located in the gap between the warps of the inner warp coil group, and the moving assembly 21 is used to control the up-and-down alternate position of the inner warp coil group, so that the up-and-down alternate of the inner warp coil group is completed. It is to be understood that the order of the alternate positions of the inner and outer warp disk sets is not limited to the above definition.
In one embodiment, the woof assembly 24 further includes a tensioning mechanism including a hold down assembly 243 and a tension control assembly, the hold down assembly 243 being movably disposed about the circumference of the center core 22. The compressing assembly 243 comprises a fixing rod 2431, a fixing plate 2432 arranged on the fixing rod 2431, and a driving element connected to the fixing rod 2431, wherein the fixing rod 2431 is arranged opposite to an end face of the yarn blocking sleeve 221 near to the fixing sleeve 222. In one embodiment, the fixing bar 2431 is located behind the stop bar 242 with respect to the initial rotation direction of the weft thread, and the weft thread is wound around the fixing bar 2431 and then wound around the stop bar 242. The driving member is used for driving the fixing bar 2431 to move telescopically in the axial direction of the central core body 22, and controlling the fixing bar 2432 to cooperate with the yarn blocking sleeve 221 to extrude a weft thread. In one embodiment, an end surface of the yarn blocking sleeve 221 near the fixing sleeve 222 is provided with a fixing hole for receiving the fixing rod 2431, and an inner diameter of the fixing hole is substantially the same as an outer diameter of the fixing rod 2431. In one embodiment, the driving member includes a cylinder, an electromagnet, and the like. The tension control assembly is arranged on the weft insertion device and is used for tensioning the weft among the compression assembly 243, the stop lever 242 and the weft coil 241, so that the tensioned weft is positioned in a gap of warp of a warp coil, and the loose weft is prevented from colliding with the moving position of the warp. In one embodiment, the compression assembly 243 is also movably disposed about the outer periphery of the center core 22.
Specifically, the weft insertion device controls the weft tray 241 to start weft insertion around the circumference of the central core 22 and move in an initial direction, after the weft of the weft tray 241 is separated from contact with the stop lever 242, the stop lever 242 and the fixing lever 2431 retract and remove the blockage to the weft, after the weft tray 241 continues to move forward, the driving device controls the fixing lever 2431 to extend out, when the weft is wound on one side of the fixing lever 2431 away from the central core 22, the driving device then continues to control the fixing lever 2431 to move, so that the fixing lever 2431 abuts against the fixing hole of the weft blocking sleeve 221, one side of the fixing disc 2432 abuts against the weft blocking sleeve 221, so that part of the weft is squeezed between the weft blocking sleeve 221 and the fixing disc 2432, when the weft continues to move to the front of the stop lever 242, the driving device controls the stop lever 242 to extend out, the weft is wound on one side of the stop lever 242 close to the central core 22, at this time, the weft insertion device controls the warp blocking lever 242 to rotate in an opposite direction, the tension of the control machine controls the weft to tension between the warp blocking lever 241 and the weft in the warp blocking mechanism 241 to tension the weft, so that the weft tray 241 is in the warp tensioning mechanism 242.
