深さのある面パレットを使用している。図3および図4
は請求項2に記載の面パレットの断面図であって、図3
は底面に多数の水抜き用の細孔(8)を設けた面パレッ
ト(1)の底面に天然石塊(3)を嵌入する貫通穴(4

に嵌入した面パレット(1)の断面図を示すものであ
る。また図4は面パレット(1)内に敷設する貫通穴

に図5、図6、図7は請求項3記載の面パレットの詳細
な説明図であって、図5は底面に多数の水抜き用の細孔
(8)を設けた面パレット(1)上に天然石塊(3)を
間隔をおいて置き並べ、この間隔内にゴム片(2A)を
矢印Pのように押入して固定形成した面パレット(1)
の断面図であり、図6は天然石塊(3)とゴム片(2

の小片でもよい。次に本発明の面パレットを使用したコ
ンクリートブロックの製造方法を図8、図9により説明
する。図8は面パレット(1)上に配置された天然石塊
(3)であって、(2)はゴム板を図示するもので図1
に示されている面パレット(1)と同様のものである。
この面パレットの上から適量の水Wを噴霧する。図9は
図8によって水Wを噴霧して石塊表面が浸潤状となって
いる面パレット(1)を型枠(10)内に装置した断面
図でこの上からコンクリートCを投入する。(10)は
左右に分割する割型枠を示しているが、成形型枠はこれ
に限ることなく一体に構成された型枠でも同じである。

面に露現している天然石塊(3)の表面はゴム板(2)
内に嵌入しているため成形後特に洗い出しの必要もな
く、天然石の色合いや地肌が表現されている。本発明に
おいて使用している天然石材は加工石材で、図示におい
ては角形をしているが、それは大型の岩石を切断して成
形した石材であって、切断表面が美しく顕現されてい
る。本発明方法によるときは上記実施例に挙げたブロッ
クの外に軟練りのコンクリートを使用した流し込み成形
による大形コンクリート製品や変形のコンクリート製品
の成形にも応用できるものでその例をあげる。図10
は、天然石(3)の化粧面を有する大形のコンクリート
版の成形方法を示す型枠の断面図である。図において型
枠(1)底面に凹面を多数形成したゴム板(2)を敷設
し、この凹面に天然石(3)を押込んで固定する。そし
て、ゴム板(2)の凹面と凹面によって形成される凸
