できる。また前記した実施例のように、弾性部材である
ばね21を備えておけば、前記の同様に異常音の発生を
防止できる。但しサーボモータを用いた方式の場合はば
ね21は不要である。

特に第1発明のエアダンパによれば、シャッタ板閉塞時
の異常音の発生をも防止することができる。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】クリーンルームに通じる入口通路に据付け
られ、人体,物体の通過時には通路側壁に開口したジェ
ット気流噴出口より通路内へ高速ジェット気流を噴出
し、定常時には天井に開口した循環気流吹出口より通路
内へ清浄空気流をダウンフローして循環送風するように
したエアシャワー装置において、通路の下部に開口する
リターン空気流吸込口とジェット気流噴出口との間にま
たがって通路の側方に画成した側部風胴内に高速,低速
切換え運転可能な送風機,およびHEPAフィルタを配
備するとともに、循環気流吹出口を含む天井側に画成し
た上部風胴と前記側部風胴との間を連通させ、かつ該両
風胴間の連通箇所に、前記側部風胴内の圧力上昇に伴っ
て前記連通箇所に設けられた連通穴を閉塞するシャッタ
板と、前記連通箇所と前記シャッタ板との間に介装され
前記側部風胴内の圧力に対抗して前記シャッタ板の移動
を規制する弾性部材とを有するエアダンパを備えて成る
ことを特徴とするエアシャワー装置。

閉塞するシャッタ板と、前記送風機の運転速度切換え信
号に応動して前記シャッタ板を電気的に開閉動作する手
段とを有するエアダンパを備えて成ることを特徴とする
エアシャワー装置。
