Abstract

PURPOSE:To simply install and to bring flooring floors into close contact with each other by providing a mat laying frame having a lateral width to be contained between small floor joists and to be held between the joists at both side trims, and assembling a floor heating mat in a recess for containing the frame. CONSTITUTION:This installing apparatus has a containing recess 11 for containing a floor heating mat 13 on an upper surface, and a mat laying frame 10 formed with trims 12 bent horizontally at upper edges. A lateral width of the recess 11 of the frame 10 is set to a size to be contained between floor joists, and hence the frame 10 is held between the joists at the trims 12. The mat 13 is formed by arranging warm water tubes 14. When the mat 13 is contained in the recess 11 of the frame 10, the upper surface is so formed as to be in plane with the trims 12. According to this, installation of a floor heating can be facilitated, and a flooring floors can be brought into close contact with each other, and hence a floor heating with high heat transfer efficiency is performed.

Claims (5)

[Claims] 1. A storage recess for incorporating a floor heating mat is formed on the upper surface, and has a width that fits between the small joists, and all or part of the upper edge of the small joists is bent horizontally to form a brim. An apparatus for constructing a floor heating mat, comprising: a mat construction frame made up of the above; and a floor heating mat that can be incorporated into the accommodation recess of the mat construction frame. 2. The floor heating mat construction apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a hot water tube is incorporated in the floor heating mat. 3. The floor heating mat construction device according to claim 1, wherein an electric heater is incorporated in the floor heating mat. 4. The floor heating mat construction apparatus according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein a heat insulating material is attached to a lower surface of the mat construction frame. 5. The floor heating mat construction apparatus according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein a heat insulating material is first incorporated in the mat construction frame, and the floor heating mat is incorporated thereon.
