In each of the conventional examples I to III, since the main space of the parking lot is located on the ground, and it is not possible to enter and exit from the uppermost layer, there is a problem that the underground cannot be fully utilized. Further, in Conventional Example IV, the uppermost layer is the loading / unloading layer, but each of the intermediate layers requires a lifting device, which not only complicates the structure but also eliminates the parking space due to the space occupied by the lifting device. Therefore, there is a problem that the volume efficiency of the parking lot is low.

In recent years, however, soaring land has become a major social problem, and there is a great demand to make effective use of small land as much as possible. This is especially true in multistory parking lots installed in urban areas. Nonetheless, it is hard to say that the conventional multi-storey parking lot uses the underground space inadequately, and even if it is used, the parking lot volume is fully utilized. Such a basic problem also applies to a three-dimensional warehouse.

In the present invention, all n layers are storage spaces,
In addition, m storage pallets corresponding to the total number of rows are installed in the lowermost layer, and m-1 storage pallets, which is one less than the total number of rows, are installed in each layer from the topmost layer to one layer above the bottommost layer. Has been done. Therefore, since the non-storage space is only one storage pallet above the bottom layer, the volume efficiency is very high. Also, the transverse storage pallets for each layer except the bottom layer are pushed up and down by the push-up posts of the bottom-level lifting storage pallet and it is not necessary to mount the lifting device by itself, so the space occupied by the lifting device in the underground space Is extremely small, which also improves the volumetric efficiency of the hangar.

The lifting pallet PA is as shown in FIG.
A guide roller 5 and a sheave 6 for raising and lowering are axially attached to four corners of a base frame 4 on which an automobile is loaded, four push-up posts 7 are erected on the upper surface of the base frame 4, and further on the lower surface of the base frame. At least one lock cylinder 8 is mounted. As shown in FIG. 5, the guide roller 5 rolls in contact with both ends of the elevating guide 2 to guide the elevating operation of the elevating pallet PA. Two rope sheaves 6 on one side of the pallet are sequentially hung around a rope body (hereinafter referred to as a rope 9) such as a wire rope or a chain, and the rope 9 is a guide sheave that is axially attached to the uppermost layer.
Guided by 10, one end is wound around a winding drum 12 connected to a speed reducer motor 11, and the other end is fixed to an anchor 13. In addition, it is preferable that an appropriate counterweight 14 is attached to the hoisting mechanism to reduce hoisting power. The winding path of the roller 9 is generally shown in FIG. 1, and the rope 9 fed from the winding drum 12 is shown.
However, it goes down to the lowermost layer and is wound around the elevating sheaves 6, 6 on both sides of the elevating pallet PA, and ascending again to the guide sheave 10 on the uppermost layer 1F, and again descending to the elevating sheave 6 of the elevating pallet PA in the adjacent row, It is wound around 6, and repeated again to the adjacent guide sheave 10, and the extreme end is fixed to the anchor 13 provided in the uppermost layer 1F.

When the piston rod is extended, the lock cylinder 8 engages with a mating member provided at a proper place of the parking facility, and can restrain the elevator pallet PA from being lifted and lowered. Therefore, if the lock cylinder 8 is contracted and unlocked for any one of the five lifting pallets PA and the lock cylinders 8 are activated and locked for the other four, the motor 11 can be driven. Thus, it is possible to move up and down any one lifting pallet PA. The lock mechanism is not limited to the one described above, and any mechanism can be adopted. For example, the lock cylinder may be provided on the fixed side of the parking facility and the mating member may be attached to the lifting pallet. Further, various mechanisms such as a mechanism for engaging a hook or a mechanism for engaging a baffle plate can be used.

Next, a method of entering and leaving the multi-storey parking lot of this embodiment will be described. (1) Case of loading and unloading a car of the lowermost lifting pallet PA (Part 1) When unloading a car with the symbol shown in FIG. 8 (A), one transverse pallet is also located above the lifting pallet PA. Since it has not been done, it is sufficient to raise the lifting pallet PA to the uppermost layer. The state indicated by the imaginary line is the state where the uppermost layer has been reached, and in this state the car can leave. When the vehicle is to be parked, the above operations may be performed in the reverse order.
