<Prior Art> Drugs such as antibiotics and blood products that are difficult to store in a solution state are commercially available in freeze-dried and powdered form in order to maintain quality during storage. When administering such a powdered drug to a patient, it is generally used by dissolving it in a solution to prepare an injection solution or an infusion solution, and therefore a bottle containing the solution (hereinafter referred to as a solution solution). It is necessary to aseptically introduce the solution from the bottle) into the bottle containing the drug (hereinafter referred to as the drug bottle).

In such a solution introducing operation, conventionally, for example,
Dissolving liquid introducer consisting of a disc-shaped plate and needles penetrating the central part of this plate and protruding on both sides thereof, and this dissolving liquid introducing device is further provided with a cylindrical casing. Is formed by the disc-shaped plate so as to be divided into two chambers, an upper chamber and a lower chamber.
No. 351) is used. When performing the operation of introducing the solution using these solution introducing devices,
Remove the protector capped on the needle to prevent contamination by bacteria, first pierce one of the piercing parts into the rubber stopper of the solution bottle, and then pierce the other piercing part into the rubber stopper of the drug bottle. Then, the positions of the dissolution liquid bottle and the medicine bottle were reversed, and the dissolution liquid was introduced into the medicine bottle through the liquid circulation hole by its own gravity.

<Problems of the prior art> However, in the conventional solution introducing device, when the piercing part is pierced into the solution bottle, the solution bottle is generally slightly depressurized, and the liquid circulation hole is also formed. Since the gas flow holes are also opened in both piercing parts, there is a possibility that outside air may enter from the other piercing part and contaminate the inside of the dissolution liquid bottle.

Further, in the conventional solution introducing device, since the heights of the openings of the liquid flow hole and the gas flow hole are different, one of the piercing parts is pierced into the rubber stopper of the solubilizing solution bottle and the other is pierced. When the passage portion is pierced into the medicine bottle, a state occurs in which the opening of the liquid circulation hole is inside the medicine bottle and the opening of the gas circulation hole is outside the medicine bottle as shown in FIG. Since the chemical bottle is generally depressurized, there is a risk that outside air may enter through the gas flow hole and contaminate the inside of the dissolution liquid bottle and the inside of the chemical bottle.

<Means for Solving Problems> As a result of earnest studies in view of the above-mentioned first problem, the inventor of the present application wears a protector with a sterilization filter on the piercing part of the solution introducing device. Was conceived. However, when an experiment was conducted on a lysate introducer in which a protector with a sterilization filter was attached to the piercing part, it was found that the second problem described above occurred. Therefore, as a result of further study, if the heights of the openings of the liquid flow hole and the gas flow hole are almost the same, it is possible to more completely eliminate the contamination caused by the invasion of the outside air during the operation of introducing the solution. And completed the present invention.

Further, similarly to the conventional dissolution liquid introduction method using the dissolution liquid introduction device of the present invention, the dissolution liquid introduction operation was performed by a method of first piercing the rubber stopper of the dissolution liquid bottle and then piercing the rubber stopper of the drug bottle. In this case, there was often the problem that the dissolution liquid would not flow, so when we made a thorough study on this point, we first pierced the rubber stopper of the drug bottle to make the internal pressure of the drug bottle equal to the outside air, and then the dissolution liquid bottle. It was found that the above problems can be solved by piercing the rubber plug of No. 3, and completed the second invention of the present application.

That is, the present invention relates to an aseptic solution introducing device, wherein at least one of the protectors covered with the two piercing portions of the needle of the solution introducing device is a protector with a sterilization filter. It is preferable that the openings of the liquid flow hole and the gas flow hole are formed at substantially the same height along the axial direction of the needle portion.

Also, the present invention, while the protector with a sterilization filter is capped on one of the piercing parts of the aseptic solution introducing device, the other piercing part is pierced into the rubber stopper of the drug bottle, and the atmospheric pressure in the drug bottle is adjusted After making it the same as the outside air, remove the protector with the sterilization filter, pierce the rubber stopper of the dissolution liquid bottle with the piercing part with the protector removed, and the dissolution liquid bottle sandwiches the sterile type dissolution liquid introduction device and the drug bottle. It is a method for introducing a dissolution liquid, which is characterized in that the dissolution liquid is introduced so as to be placed on top of.

<Operation> Since the lysate introducer of the present invention has at least one of the piercing portions capped with the sterilization filter, the other piercing portion still has the sterilization filter-protected protector. When one of the piercing parts is pierced into the medicine bottle, the outside air is purified by the sterilization filter and then introduced into the medicine bottle through the gas circulation hole, so that the inside of the medicine bottle is not contaminated.

Further, in the solution introducing device of the present invention, since the height of the opening of the liquid flow hole and the opening of the gas flow hole formed along the axial direction of the needle portion is substantially equal, the other piercing part is used as the solution bottle. When pierced into, the opening of the liquid flow hole and the gas flow hole will be exposed to the atmosphere in the dissolution liquid bottle almost at the same time, and therefore contaminated outside air enters the drug bottle through the gas flow hole, Next, the phenomenon similar to that shown in FIG. 6 such as flowing into the dissolution liquid bottle through the liquid circulation hole does not occur, and the inside of the bottle is not contaminated.

Further, in the dissolution liquid introducing method of the present invention, first, the atmospheric pressure inside the drug bottle is made equal to the atmospheric pressure outside, and then the inside of the drug bottle and the inside of the dissolution liquid bottle are communicated with each other. The air pressure inside the drug bottle is slightly higher than the air pressure inside the solution bottle. Therefore, when the drug bottle is placed downward and the solution bottle up through the solution introducer, the gas is on the high pressure side. Since it moves from the low pressure side to the low pressure side, the air in the drug bottle can smoothly flow into the dissolution liquid bottle through the gas circulation hole, and therefore the dissolution liquid also smoothly flows through the other liquid circulation hole. Will be introduced in.
