2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in medical institutions such as hospitals, a dried drug contained in a drug container such as a vial is dissolved in distilled water, a saline solution, a solution such as glucose solution (including other drug solutions), and then an intravenous injection is made. It is used for In order to perform such a dissolution operation, conventionally, a syringe with a needle or a device having a hollow puncture needle at both ends such as a double-ended needle has been used. That is, when using a syringe with a needle, first, a fixed amount of the solution is collected in the syringe, the needle is inserted into the rubber stopper at the mouth of the vial, and the solution is injected into the vial. Then, shake the vial to dissolve the drug, insert the needle again into the rubber stopper, collect a fixed amount of the drug solution in the syringe, and directly
Alternatively, it is transferred to an infusion bottle containing glucose solution or saline and intravenously administered using an infusion set or the like.
When using a double-ended needle, insert the puncture needles at both ends of the double-ended needle into the rubber stoppers of the vial containing the drug and the rubber stopper of the dissolution liquid container, respectively, to communicate the two, and to dissolve the dissolution liquid in the vial. To dissolve the drug, remove the solution container and the double-ended needle from the vial, and collect a fixed amount of the drug solution from the vial into the syringe directly or in the same way as above to transfer the drug solution in the vial into the solution container. It is transferred, the vial and the double-ended needle are removed from the dissolution liquid container, and intravenous administration is performed via an infusion set connected to the dissolution liquid container.

In these conventional techniques, when a drug-dissolving operation is performed using a syringe with a needle, not only the operation is complicated, but also when the liquid is injected / collected, the liquid changes due to the fluctuation of the pressure in the vial. It is a problem because it may leak from the insertion part of the rubber stopper, and when using a double-ended needle, when applying to a drug that needs to collect a drug solution directly from the vial after the communication operation, It is uneconomical because it is necessary to prepare each equipment to be used. Therefore, in order to solve such a problem, there has been proposed a drug solution transfusing tool which does not leak a drug solution during the dissolution operation and can perform both operations of injecting and collecting the drug solution (Japanese Patent Publication No.
No. 24791).

The drug solution transfer device disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 5-24791 is a syringe with a needle, and a drug contained in a small vial such as a protein preparation or a vitamin preparation which requires direct collection of the drug solution from the vial after the communication operation. It is convenient for dissolving. However, when the drug is a protein preparation such as albumin or globulin and the inside of the vial is maintained at a negative pressure, the syringe with a needle is used when the solution is injected or when the vial is shaken after the solution is injected. Bubbles are generated, so when collecting the drug solution, the bubbles may be inhaled together with the drug solution, and the amount of the liquid cannot be accurately measured, and it is uneconomical because bubbles of the drug solution remain in the vial. This was a problem, especially for expensive drugs.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention communicates with the inner cavity of a needle base in the longitudinal direction of a hollow needle made of synthetic resin and consisting of a needle and a needle base. And a gas passage that is open to the blade tip of the needle portion and a gas passage that is open to the side wall of the needle base near the needle portion and is open to the blade tip of the needle portion. inside with sterilization filter is provided for, it employs a chemical shift Chugu for protein preparation dissolved, characterized in that sealed freely opened by the vent port closure. In this case, the closing member used for the drug solution infusion device may be a cap or a film. Further, a check valve may be provided inside the ventilation port adjacent to the sterilization filter to prevent the fluid from moving toward the ventilation port.

[Advantageous Effects] According to the above construction, the drug solution transfer tool is attached to the syringe, the needle part thereof is pierced into the rubber stopper of the vial to inject the solution into the vial, and the protein preparation is dissolved, and then the vent is closed. When the member is removed, the outside air flows into the vial through the gas passage through the gas passage, so that the inside of the vial becomes a negative pressure to a normal pressure. At this time, the bubbles of the drug solution generated in the vial are crushed and disappear by the increase of the internal pressure. Further, when inhaling the drug solution, similarly, the outside air flows in from the vent hole and the inside of the vial is always maintained at normal pressure, so that the drug solution does not leak from the insertion portion of the rubber stopper.

The chemical liquid infusion tool is a hollow needle made entirely of synthetic resin such as polypropylene, polyethylene, ABS resin, polycarbonate, polystyrene and the like, and comprises a needle portion 1 and a needle base portion 2, and the needle is arranged in the longitudinal direction thereof. The drug solution passageway 3 communicating with the inner cavity 10 of the base portion 2 and opening at the cutting edge of the needle portion 1, and the vent hole 5 provided on the side wall of the needle base portion 2 in the vicinity of the needle portion 1 and opening the needle portion 1 Gas passage 4 opening to the cutting edge
Are formed. The vent hole 5 is sealed by a closing member, and the sterilization filter 6 is provided inside the vent hole 5 to prevent bacteria from entering a vial (not shown) when outside air is introduced. It is provided. The closing member can be freely opened from the vent hole 5, and bubbles generated when the drug in the vial is dissolved by the dissolution liquid can be erased by opening it. As such an openable closing member, in addition to the cap 8 as shown in FIG. 1, a film (not shown) which is easily peeled off can be adopted. Any closing member that can open 5 can be used. still,
The cap 8 may be provided with a tab 81 as shown in FIG. 1 so that the cap 8 can be easily removed from the vent hole 5, and a flexible connecting branch 82 may be provided to be coupled to the drug solution infusion tool and removed. The cap 8 may not be lost.

A check valve 7 may be provided in the ventilation port 5 adjacent to and inside the sterilization filter 8 to prevent the fluid from moving toward the ventilation port 5. Particularly in the case of a highly viscous chemical solution, the chemical solution that has entered the air passage 4 may adhere to the sterilization filter 8 and impair air permeation. However, the check valve 7 prevents the chemical solution from entering the sterilization filter 8. Adhesion can be prevented. A collar 9 is provided at the boundary between the needle portion 1 and the needle base portion 2, and this limits the depth of penetration of the needle portion 1 into a rubber plug (not shown).
