Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal liquid storage container capable of preventing germs in the air from entering the medicinal liquid from mouth parts of a large number of medicinal liquid storage containers naturally arranged on a desk, and a medicinal liquid injection set to be communicated with a drip infu sion set by a simple operation. SOLUTION: This medicinal liquid storage container 1 comprises a brittle part integrated with a container body and a thick-walled tub which is thicker than the brittle part, and a puncturable sheet 4 to seal a medicinal liquid 10 stored in the container body is provided on a part inside the container from an opening part. An inner surface of the opening part of the mouth part is a cylindrical lock adapter 11 formed in Luer-tapered shape, and a projecting bar part 13 to be screwed and locked to a female screw 23 formed on an end part of a connection pipe for drip infusion is provided on the outer circumference of an end part of the adapter 11. A medicinal liquid injection set is formed by connecting the medicinal liquid storage container 1 to a drip infusion set 20.

2. Description of the Related Art As a method of communicating a drip set with a drug solution container containing a drug solution such as physiological saline or glucose, for example, as shown in FIG.
By inserting a bottle needle 43 attached to the end of a drip connection pipe 44 of a drip set via a connection portion into a rubber stopper 42 provided in 41, a glass vial serving as a drug solution container is pierced.
Forty chemicals are injected into the human body via the drip communication pipe 44 and the drip set. Since this communication method has a structure in which the bottle needle 43 is merely pierced into the rubber stopper 42, the bottle needle 43 falls off the rubber stopper 42 when liquid leaks from the connection part or when the patient moves during the drip. Or danger. In addition, bottle needle 43
There is a problem in that when the rubber is inserted into the rubber stopper 42, rubber dust is generated, enters the chemical solution container, and is mixed as foreign matter of the chemical solution.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 9-182777 discloses a chemical solution container which solves these problems. The opening portion of the chemical solution container and the end portion of the drip set are formed in a cylindrical opening projecting without using a rubber stopper and a needle. There has been introduced a medical fluid filling bottle that connects a medical fluid container and an infusion set by fitting and screwing together using a part and a tubular body to inject a medical fluid into a human body. Further, the medical fluid discharge opening of the bottle is sealed with a screw-off tab cap which can be opened and opened, and the tab of the bottle which has been screw-sealed is opened by rotating the tab cap by hand. Has become.

When a medical fluid must be injected into a blood vessel in a short period of time like a contrast medium, a medical fluid filling bottle having a mouth opened by threading a tab is immediately drip-injected. There is no problem because the drip is started by connecting to the set, but when using general medical solutions such as infusions at general hospitals, a large number of medical fluids with a screwed tab and open mouth are used. Line up the bottles on the desk and leave
The drug solution is infused to the patient by being sequentially connected to an infusion set.
At this time, since the opening of the bottle is exposed to the outside air, there is a risk that bacteria in the air may enter the chemical solution.

FIGS. 4 and 5 are partial cross-sectional views showing one embodiment of the drug solution container of the present invention. FIG. 4 shows a state before the tip of the syringe is connected to the mouth of the drug solution container of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a partial cross-sectional explanatory view showing a state, and FIG. 5 is a partial cross-sectional explanatory view showing a state after connecting a medical-solution container and a syringe. The distal end of the syringe 30 has a tapered outer peripheral surface (needle base) 25 that can be fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the mouth of the chemical liquid storage container 1, and the chemical liquid storage container 1 sheet 4
A puncture needle 27 for penetrating the liquid medicine container 1 is integrally or attached thereto, and a female screw 28 is formed on the inner peripheral surface so as to be screwed with the ridge 13 formed at the outer end of the mouth of the drug solution container 1. An outer cylinder 26 of the tubular body 25 is provided. Since the syringe 30 fitted and screwed into and locked with the drug solution container 1 pierces the sheet 4 of the drug solution container 1 with the puncture needle 27 and communicates with the drug solution 10, the syringe is moved backward. As a result, the drug solution 10 enters the inside of the syringe via the puncture needle 27 and the tubular body 25.

According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent bacteria in the air from penetrating into the drug solution from the mouths of a large number of drug solution containers which are left standing side by side on a desk. Further, the medicinal solution container of the present invention can be aseptically communicated with the syringe or the drip set by a simple operation.
